本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种传动稳定、 精度高的引纬装置, 适用 于重磅无梭织带机。 为了达到上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案为: 一种引纬装置, 包括机座、 钢筘座、 连杆、 摆臂轴、 摆臂和纬针, 所述钢筘座通过筘座脚固定在所述机座 上, 所述摆臂的一端与所述纬针连接, 另一端与所述摆臂轴的上端连接, 所述 引纬装置还包括导向杆, 所述导向杆固定设置在机座上, 并与所述连杆平行; 所述连杆的一端通过连杆座与所述钢筘座相连接, 另一端与所述导向杆上设置 的可在导向杆上滑动的导向轴承座固定连接; 所述摆臂轴的下端设有摆杆, 所 述摆杆通过轴承与导向轴承座连接。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明技术方案进行详细描述。
如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 本发明实施例提供一种引纬装置, 包括机座 1、 钢筘座 2、 连杆 3、 导向杆 4、 摆杆 5、 摆臂轴 6、 摆臂 7和纬针 8。
钢筘座 2通过机座 1两侧的筘座脚 9固定在机座 1上, 钢筘 10通过钢筘压 板 11固定在钢筘座 2上。
导向杆 4固定设置在机座 1上, 并与连杆 3平行。 导向杆 4两端采用涨紧 套 12定位, 导向杆 4的两端分别设有轴端压垫 13 , 轴端压垫 13在螺釘的作用 下压紧涨紧套 12, 使其固定在导向杆 4上, 提供优异的支撑效果。
连杆 3的一端通过连杆座 14与钢筘座 2相连接, 另一端与导向杆 4上设置 的可在导向杆 4上滑动的导向轴承座 15固定连接。 导向轴承座 15内设有可在 导向杆 4上往复滑动的直线轴承 16。 连杆 3的两端分别设有连杆头 20, 连杆头 20分别内压入设置在连杆座 14和导向轴承座 15上的向心球轴承 17, 使用自润 滑的向心球轴承使导向杆与连杆座和导向轴承座连接, 可使整体结构拥有更长 的使用寿命。 连杆 3上设有调整螺母 22, 连杆 2长度可根据织物不同进行微调, 调整后用调整螺母 22锁紧。
纬针 8固定在纬针座 18内, 纬针座 18固定在摆臂 7的一端, 摆臂 7的另 一端通过穿过摆臂压盖 19的螺釘与摆臂轴 6的上端连接。 从图 3中可清晰看出 本发明纬针 8摆动零件结构 , 了解过带板 27与纬针 8之间的关系。
摆杆 5的一端通过穿过摆杆压盖 21的螺釘与摆臂轴 6的下端连接, 摆杆 5 上设有长槽, 导向轴承座 15上的轴承 23作为滑动转子设置在摆杆 5的长槽内。 当导向轴承座 15在导向杆 4上往复滑动时, 推动摆杆 5摆动, 从而带动摆臂轴 6转动。
摆臂轴 6外围设有摆臂固定座 24 , 摆臂固定座 24固定在机座 1上,摆臂固 定座 24内设有两组支撑摆臂轴 6的向心球轴承 25 ,用来承受摆臂轴 6转动产生 的扭矩, 保证摆臂 7稳定转动。 摆杆 5与摆臂固定座 24之间设有摆杆隔套 26, 防止摆臂轴轴向移动。
随着织机主轴回转, 固定在机座 1两侧的筘座脚 9以筘座轴为中心作前后 方向的往复摆动。 钢筘座 2向机前方摆动时, 借固定在钢筘座 2上的钢筘 10将 纬纱推向织口。 当钢筘 10从织口前方摆向后方, 经纱形成开口, 固定在钢筘座 2上的连杆座 14随筘座脚 9的摆动传递动力,连杆 3拉动导向轴承座 15沿导向 杆 4向后移动, 通过作为滑动转子的轴承 23推动摆杆 5摆动, 带动摆臂轴 6转 动, 同时安装在摆臂 7上的纬针 8同步摆动, 进入梭口。 当钢筘座 2摆向后死 心, 纬针 8完全穿过梭口, 纬针 8将纬纱从梭口的左边带到右边。 纬纱被右边 转梭钩住后, 钢筘座 2从后死心摆向织口, 连杆 3拉动导向轴承座 15沿导向杆 4向前移动, 纬针 8退出织口, 梭口闭合, 经纱与纬纱交织, 此时钢筘座 2从梭 口后方摆向前方进行打纬, 完成一次引纬过程。

1、 一种引纬装置, 包括机座、 钢筘座、 连杆、 摆臂轴、 摆臂和 纬针, 所述钢筘座通过筘座脚固定在所述机座上, 所述摆臂的一端与 所述纬针连接, 另一端与所述摆臂轴的上端连接, 其特征在于: 所述 引纬装置还包括导向杆, 所述导向杆固定设置在机座上, 并与所述连 杆平行; 所述连杆的一端通过连杆座与所述钢筘座相连接, 另一端与 所述导向杆上设置的可在导向杆上滑动的导向轴承座固定连接;所述 摆臂轴的下端设有摆杆, 所述摆杆通过轴承与导向轴承座连接。

4、 如权利要求 1所述的引纬装置, 其特征在于: 所述连杆的两 端分别设有连杆头,所述连杆头分别内压入设置在所述连杆座和所述 导向轴承座上的向心球轴承。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的引纬装置, 其特征在于: 所述连杆上设 有调整螺母。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的引纬装置, 其特征在于: 所述摆臂轴外 围设有摆臂固定座, 所述摆臂固定座固定在所述机座上, 所述摆臂固 定座内设有支撑摆臂轴的向心球轴承。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的引纬装置, 其特征在于: 所述摆杆与摆 臂固定座之间设有摆杆隔套。
