Abstract

Mevcut buluş bir tür atkı cihazı ile ilgilidir, özellikle bir tür ağır dar dokuma tezgahında kullanılan atkı cihazı ile ilgilidir. Bu atkı cihazı motor tabanı, çelik kamış yuvası, bağlantı çubuğu, salıncak kolu şaft, salıncak kol ve atkı iğnesi içermektedir. Sözü edilen çelik kamış yuvası tefe ile bahsi geçen motor tabanını üzerine sabitlenir. Sözü edilen salıncak kolunun bir tarafı sözü edilen atkı iğnesi ile bağlanır, diğer tarafı ise sözü edilen salıncak kolu şaftın üst ucu ile bağlantılıdır. Bunun dışında söz konusu atkı cihazı kılavuz çubuğu da içermektedir. Söz konusu kılavuz çubuğu motor tabanının üzerine sabitlenir ve sözü edilen bağlantı çubuğu ile paraleldir. Söz konusu bağlantı çubuğunun bir tarafı bağlantı çubuğunun tabanıyla bahsi geçen çelik kamış yuvası ile bağlanır. Diğer tarafı ise bahsi geçen kılavuz çubuğu üzerinde düzenlenen ve kılavuz çubuğunun üzerinde kayabilen kılavuz yatak yastığı ile sabitlenir ve bağlanır. Söz konusu salıncak kolu şaftın alt ucunda sarkaç çubuğu bulunur. Söz konusu sarkaç çubuğu yatağı ve kılavuz yatak yastığıyla bağlanır. Mevcut buluş,- motor tabanının üzerine sabitlenen kılavuz çubuğu ile atkı iğnesinden gelen salınım gücünü transfer eder, transferin dengeli olmasını sağlar. Atkı iğnesinin sallanmasından dolayı yatağın zarar görmesini önleyerek atkının dengesini yükseltir.
