Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant d'entrer rapidement un texte à l'aide d'un écran tactile. Des modèles de texte qui sont fréquemment entrés par un utilisateur sont compris de sorte que le texte puisse être entré plus simplement, plus précisément et plus rapidement en prédisant et suggérant le texte que l'utilisateur veut entrer. Plus spécifiquement, un aspect de la présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'entrer rapidement un texte à l'aide d'un écran tactile, ledit dispositif comprenant : un écran tactile qui est capable de marquer et d'entrer au moins un ou plusieurs textes suggérés par l'utilisateur, et qui affiche un ensemble desdits textes entrés ; une unité de suggestion de textes qui stocke des données de modèles selon le texte entré par ledit utilisateur et qui transmet, au dit écran tactile à l'aide desdites données de modèles, un indicateur, concernant le texte prédictif que l'utilisateur veut entrer, pour le texte qui a été entré par l'utilisateur ; et une unité de traitement de données de texte qui fournit, à l'unité de suggestion de texte, les informations sur le texte qui est entré par le biais dudit écran tactile, et fournit, au dit écran tactile, les informations sur le texte qui est prédit par ladite unité de suggestion de textes ou les informations de texte confirmées.
