本申请要求于 2010 年 11 月 3 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201020601079.0、 发明名称为 "一种耳机座及带有耳机座的电子产品" 的 中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及电子产品领域, 特别涉及一种耳机座及带有耳机座的电子产 口 背景技术
从 1876年贝尔发明电话以来, 经历了长达一个多世纪的发展, 电话技术 和业务发生了巨大变化, 通信的地点由固定方式转向移动方式。 移动通讯的迅猛发展, 使现代生活节奏越来越快。 目前, 手机的功能已不 再局限于通话和短信, 越来越多的功能手机可以兼作上网、 听歌、 收听广播和 /或照相的工具, 而带有耳机座的手机就是众多功能手机中的一种。 如图 1所示, 现有技术中的耳机座 10 , 包括内部中空的塑胶本体 11 , 设 置在塑胶本体 11前部的球形接触端子 12 , 球形接触端子 12前端设有与塑胶 本体 11相连的圆柱形的保护罩 13 , 圆柱形的保护罩前端面 14为耳机的定位 面, 其上设有圆形的耳机插入孔 15。 如图 2所示, 现有技术中的带有耳机座 10的手机, 其中, 耳机座 10嵌入 手机外壳 20中,耳机座 10的前端面即保护罩前端面 14与手机外壳 20端面共 面。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题: 如图 2所示的现有技术中, 受现有耳机座 10结构的限制,耳机座 10的长 度不能做到最小, 无法完成手机产品小型化的发展需要; 而且由于耳机座 10 的前端面外露,使得对应置耳机座 10处的手机外壳 20必须增加棱线 21造型, 影响了手机的整体外形曲面的连续性。 发明内容
为了解决现有技术中, 由于耳机座的长度不能做到最小, 而无法完成手机 产品小型化的发展需要的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种耳机座及带有耳机座 的电子产品。 所述技术方案如下:
一种耳机座, 包括塑胶本体和接触端子, 所述塑胶本体内部中空, 所述接 触端子为弹片, 并且设置在所述塑胶本体的贴板面的前端, 所述接触端子相对 的塑胶本体上设有斜面, 所述斜面与所述塑胶本体相贯出弧形的耳机插入孔。
本发明实施例还提供了一种带有耳机座的电子产品,包括产品壳体及嵌入 其内的耳机座,所述耳机座包括塑胶本体和接触端子,所述塑胶本体内部中空, 所述接触端子为弹片, 并且设置在所述塑胶本体的贴板面的前端,所述接触端 子相对的塑胶本体上设有斜面,所述斜面与所述塑胶本体相贯出弧形的耳机插 入孔。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案的有益效果是:本发明实施例通过将弹片式 的接触端子设置在塑胶本体的贴板面的前端,并在接触端子相对的塑胶本体上 设有斜面,使斜面与塑胶本体相贯出弧形的耳机插入孔, 此种结构由于取消掉 了现有技术中耳机座前端的保护罩, 因此可将耳机座的长度做小, 完成手机产 品小型化的发展需要; 另外, 此结构的耳机座完全隐藏在手机外壳的内部, 无
须增加棱线造型, 可使手机的整体外形曲面连续, 增加了手机外型的美观度。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本发明 实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
实施例 1
本实施例, 以上为 3. 5mm耳机座为例加以说明, 当然, 本领域技术人员可 以理解, 本设计不局限于 3. 5匪耳机座, 例如可扩展至 2. 5匪耳机座设计。
如图 3所示, 本发明实施例所述的耳机座 30 , 还可参见图 4 , 本实施例主 要以图 3加以说明, 耳机座 30包括塑胶本体 31和接触端子 32 , 塑胶本体 31 内部中空, 接触端子 32为弹片, 并且设置在塑胶本体 31的贴板面的前端, 接 触端子 32相对的塑胶本体 31上设有斜面 33 , 斜面 33与塑胶本体 31相贯出 弧形的耳机插入孔 34。
本发明实施例通过将弹片式的接触端子 32设置在塑胶本体 31的贴板面的 前端, 并在接触端子 32相对的塑胶本体 31上设有斜面 33 , 使斜面 33与塑胶 本体 31相贯出弧形的耳机插入孔 34 , 此种结构由于取消掉了现有技术中耳机 座前端的保护罩, 因此可将耳机座 30的长度做小, 完成手机产品小型化的发 展需要。 另外, 此结构的耳机座 30完全隐藏在手机外壳的内部, 无须增加棱 线造型, 可使手机的整体外形曲面连续, 增加了手机外型的美观度。
具体地, 如图 4所示, 本实施例, 在保证耳机座 30性能的基础上, 将弧 形的耳机插入孔 34的弧度面做到最大化, 以增加耳机座 30的通用性。
具体地, 如图 4所示, 接触端子 32的前端向所述贴板面弯折, 通过将耳 机座 30前端的接触端子 32使用弯折方式将耳机座 30尺寸做小。 本实施例, 目前在业界已经做到尺寸最小。
进一步地, 如图 4所示, 本例中, 接触端子 32的前端面 36相对塑胶本体 的前端面 35略微内缩,在避免外界物体对接触端子 32的触碰的同时, 达到最 优的结构布局。
具体实施时,接触端子的前端面与塑胶本体的前端面还可以齐平, 可有效
避免外界物体对接触端子的触碰, 而导致接触端子的形变。
进一步地, 如图 4所示, 塑胶本体 31的贴板面可选择现有技术中常见的 直板面或沉板面。 本例中, 采用直板面。
实施例 1
本发明实施例以带有耳机座的手机为例,但不局限于此, 本领域技术人员 可以理解, 该耳机座结构可适用于所有带有耳机座的电子产品中, 如 MP3 , PC 机, 电脑主机, 等电子产品。
如图 5所示, 本发明实施例 2提供的一种带有耳机座的电子产品, 包括产 品壳体及嵌入其内的耳机座 30 (可参见图 3 )。 参见图 3 , 耳机座 30包括塑胶 本体 31和接触端子 32 , 塑胶本体 31内部中空, 接触端子 32为弹片, 并且设 置在塑胶本体 31的贴板面的前端, 接触端子 32相对的塑胶本体 31上设有斜 面 33 , 所述斜面 33与所述塑胶本体 31相贯出弧形的耳机插入孔 34。
本发明实施例通过将弹片式的接触端子 32设置在塑胶本体 31的贴板面的 前端, 并在接触端子 32相对的塑胶本体 31上设有斜面 33 , 使斜面 33与塑胶 本体 31相贯出弧形的耳机插入孔 34 , 此种结构由于取消掉了现有技术中耳机 座前端的保护罩, 因此可将耳机座的长度做小, 完成手机产品小型化的发展需 要。 另外, 此结构的耳机座完全隐藏在手机外壳的内部, 无须增加棱线造型, 可使手机的整体外形曲面连续, 增加了手机外型的美观度。
参见图 4 , 接触端子 32的前端向贴板面弯折, 可使耳机座 30尺寸做小。 参见图 4 , 接触端子 32的前端面 36与塑胶本体的前端面 35齐平, 可避 免其他物体的碰触, 防止接触端子变形。 具体实施时, 接触端子的前端面还可 以相对塑胶本体的前端面略微内缩,在防止接触端子变形的同时,做到结构最
优化。
参见图 4 , 塑胶本体 31的贴板面为直板面或沉板面。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的 精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的 保护范围之内。
Claims
1、 一种耳机座, 包括塑胶本体和接触端子, 所述塑胶本体内部中空, 其 特征在于, 所述接触端子为弹片, 并且设置在所述塑胶本体的贴板面的前端, 所述接触端子相对的塑胶本体上设有斜面,所述斜面与所述塑胶本体相贯出弧 形的耳机插入孔。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的耳机座, 其特征在于, 所述接触端子的前端向所 述贴板面弯折。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的耳机座, 其特征在于, 所述接触端子的前端面与 所述塑胶本体的前端面齐平。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的耳机座, 其特征在于, 所述接触端子的前端面相 对所述塑胶本体的前面端略微内缩。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一项权要求所述的耳机座, 其特征在于, 所述塑胶 本体的贴板面为直板面或沉板面。
6、 一种带有耳机座的电子产品, 包括产品壳体及嵌入其内的耳机座, 所 述耳机座包括塑胶本体和接触端子, 所述塑胶本体内部中空, 其特征在于, 所 述接触端子为弹片, 并且设置在所述塑胶本体的贴板面的前端, 所述接触端子 相对的塑胶本体上设有斜面,所述斜面与所述塑胶本体相贯出弧形的耳机插入 孔。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的电子产品, 其特征在于, 所述接触端子的前端向 所述贴板面弯折。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电子产品, 其特征在于, 所述接触端子的前端面 与所述塑胶本体的前端面齐平。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的电子产品, 其特征在于, 所述接触端子的前端面 相对所述塑胶本体的前端面端略微内缩。
10、 如权利要求 6-9任一项权要求所述的电子产品, 其特征在于, 所述塑 胶本体的贴板面为直板面或沉板面。
