所述直立结构纤维棉生产装置包括: 梳棉机 Γ和在该梳棉机 Γ输出口设有两个对 辊 4, 其中一只对棍 4外表面设有多组相互平行的倒刺结构 41, 每组倒刺结构 41上倒 刺位于同一个圆上, 其他结构与上述实施例相同, 不再赘述。优选地, 所述倒刺结构 41 在对棍 4的轴向间的距离相等。
在梳棉机 梳理出正常的纤维层 3后, 该纤维层 3从两个对辊 4之间通过, 由于 其中一只对辊 4上有倒刺结构 41,其可以带走一部分纤维,从而在纤维层 3的横向上形 成纤维槽 31 (或纤维间隙), 该纤维层 3再通过竖棉机构得到直立结构的纤维棉, 由于 纤维棉在其纵向和横向都有纤维槽 31 (或纤维间隙), 因而具备双向弹性。
如图 5所示, 本发明又一目是提供一种由短纤维制成的具有双向可伸縮的直立结 构纤维棉生产方法的实施例。
该具有双向可伸縮的直立结构维棉生产方法以下步骤包括:
S10 步骤, 梳棉步骤, 将纤维梳理成纤维沿一个方向的纤维层; 具体地说, 可以 由梳棉机对纤维进行梳棉处理, 特别是短纤维进行梳理处理, 将纤维梳理形成沿一个方 的纤维层。
S11步骤, 挑棉步骤, 具体地说, 对 S10步骤产生的纤维层进行挑棉, 在所述纤维 层沿其长度方向上形成纤维槽或纤维间隙; 例如可采用上述实施例中的道夫 2; 在道夫 2工作时, 在缠有针布结构 21的道夫 2才能从锡林 1上剥下纤维层 3, 针布结构 21之 间的间隙以及针布之间是不能从锡林 1上剥下纤维的, 因此得到的纤维层 3为横向有纤 维槽 31 (或纤维间隙) 的纤维层, 在该纤维槽 31 (或纤维间隙) 作用下纤维棉在其横 向上具有伸縮性。
也可以由纤维层 3从两个对辊 4之间通过, 由于其中一只对棍 4外表面设有多组 相互平行的倒刺结构 41, 每组倒刺结构 41 上倒刺位于同一个圆上, 所述倒刺结构 41 在对棍 4的轴向间的距离相等; 设有倒刺结构 41的一只对辊 4带走一部分纤维, 从而 在纤维层 3的长度方向上(纵向)上形成纤维槽 31 (或纤维间隙)。由于该纤维槽 31 (或 纤维间隙)的纤维层 3成型得到直立结构的纤维棉, 在与纤维槽 31 (或纤维间隙)垂直 方向, 即纤维层 3的横向具有伸縮性。
S12 步骤, 铺网成型步骤, 再将设有纤维槽或纤维间隙的纤维层在竖直方向的铺 网叠加并成型, 即将上述 S11步骤中挑过棉的纤维层进行铺网叠加, 使纤维层叠加成具 有一定厚度和长度的块状纤维棉并进行成型; 由于在纤维层 3叠加形成的直立结构的纤 维棉时, 沿纤维层的长度方向上形成间隙, 该间隙在纤维棉的纵向上形成可伸縮性。 因 此由所述纤维层铺网叠加形成的纤维棉在其横向和纵向上都具有申请性,可以广泛用汽 车坐垫、 沙发, 也可以用于女性内衣如胸罩衬, 避免只有一个方向伸縮时产生变形。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例, 并非因此限制本发明的专利范围, 凡是利用本 发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关 的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明的专利。

Claims

权利要求
1. 具有双向可伸縮的直立结构纤维棉, 包括由梳棉机将纤维梳理同一方向且同均 厚度的纤维层叠加而成, 其特征在于:
所述直立结构纤维棉纵向和横向上分别设有由成网或铺网叠加形成的间隙和纤维 槽或纤维间隙。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述具有双向可伸縮的直立结构纤维棉, 其特征在于: 所述纤维槽或纤维间隙均匀设置在纤维层上, 且相邻的纤维槽或纤维间隙相互平 行。
3. 具有双向可伸縮的直立结构纤维棉生产装置, 包括锡林和道夫, 其特征在于: 在所述道夫的外表面设有至少两组相互平等的针布结构, 该针布结构包括由至少 一个针布构成; 当所述针布结构由至少两个针布结构成时, 至少两个针布均匀分布在同 一个圆上。
4.根据权利要求 3所述具有双向可伸縮的直立结构纤维棉生产装置,其特征在于: 所述针布结构均匀沿道夫的轴向分布。
5. 具有双向可伸縮的直立结构纤维棉生产装置, 包括梳棉机, 其特征在于: 在该梳棉机输出口设有两个对辊, 其中一只对棍外表面设有至少两组相互平等的 倒刺结构, 该倒刺结构包括由至少一个倒刺构成; 当所述倒刺结构由至少两个倒刺结构 成时, 至少两个倒刺均匀分布在同一个圆上。
6.根据权利要求 5所述具有双向可伸縮的直立结构纤维棉生产装置,其特征在于: 所述倒刺结构均匀沿道夫的轴向分布。
7. 具有双向可伸縮的直立结构纤维棉生产方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 将纤维梳理成纤维沿一个方向的纤维层;
在所述纤维层沿其长度方向上形成纤维槽或纤维间隙 再将设有纤维槽或纤维间隙的纤维层在竖直方向的铺网叠加成型。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的具有双向可伸縮的直立结构纤维棉生产方法, 其特征在 于, 所述在纤维层沿其长度方向上形成纤维槽或纤维间隙的步骤包括:
对所述纤维层进行挑棉,在该纤维层的挑棉位置形成纤维密度或 /和厚度小于纤维 层其他部位的纤维槽或纤维间隙。
9. 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的具有双向可伸縮的直立结构纤维棉生产方法, 其特 征在于:
所述纤维槽或纤维间隙为纤维密度或 /和厚度小于纤维层其他部位。
