步骤三: 移动终端接收到 AGPS开启控制信号, 并根据 AGPS开启控 制信号开启 AGPS功能。 具体实现时, 可根据实际需求, 确定移动终端是 否开启 AGPS功能, 例如, 如果是应用于灾区 :援的过程中, 可以由移动 终端接收到 AGPS开启控制信号后, 向用户显示 "AGPS功能即将开启" 的 提示信息, 用户可以选择 "确定" 或 "取消 ", 如果用户选择 "确定", 或 者在预设的时间内, 例如五分钟之内, 没有做出任何回应, 则移动终端将 向 GPS定位服务器返回 AGPS定位请求信号,这样可以在用户行动不便时, 由网络侧在等待预设时间后开启 AGPS功能, 从而定位受灾人员, 并且, 在预设时间内, 用户也可以选择 "取消" 来拒绝该功能, 从而区分出未受 灾人员; 如果是应用于追踪罪犯的过程中, 可以在移动终端接收到 AGPS 功能后直接开启 AGPS功能,向 GPS定位服务器返回 AGPS定位请求信号, 从而迅速定位罪犯的位置。
步骤四: GPS定位服务器接收到移动终端发送的 AGPS定位请求信号 后, 生成相应的 GPS辅助定位信息, 并将 GPS辅助定位信息发送给移动终 端。 其中, GPS定位服务器接收到 AGPS定位请求信号后, 需要判断发送 该 AGPS定位请求信号的移动终端所处的大概的地理区域, 并根据所述地 理区域, 结合 GPS定位服务器从 GPS卫星接收到的 GPS信号, 生成与所 述移动终端相应的 GPS辅助定位信息, 其具体执行方式是本领域技术人员 熟知的, 此处不再赘述。
步骤五: 移动终端接收到 GPS辅助定位信息后, 利用 GPS辅助定位信 息,从 GPS卫星接收 GPS信号,并根据接收到的 GPS信号产生 GPS数据。
步骤六: 移动终端根据 GPS数据计算位置数据,得到移动终端的位置, 并将位置数据发送给 GPS定位服务器, 以便于救援人员定位。在本步骤中, 为了减化移动终端, 也可以将计算位置数据的功能由 GPS定位服务器来执 行, 这时, 移动终端将步骤五中产生的 GPS数据发送给 GPS定位服务器, 由 GPS定位服务器根据 GPS数据计算位置数据, 得到移动终端的位置, 得 到位置数据后, 可以将位置数据发送给移动终端, 也可以不发送, 视情况 而定。
通过釆用本发明实施例提供的利用 AGPS进行定位的方法, 可以通过 网络侧设备主动触发 AGPS功能, 完成对移动终端的定位, 从而可在移动 终端持有者遭遇突发事件时, 由网络侧开启 AGPS功能, 从而使得移动终 端持有者可快速得到救援。
本发明实施例还提供了一种利用 AGPS进行定位的装置, 如图 3所示, 包括:
控制单元 31 , 用于通过移动通信网络向移动终端发送 AGPS开启控制 信号;
辅助定位单元 32, 用于根据移动终端返回的 AGPS定位请求信号, 生 成 AGPS辅助定位信息并将所述 AGPS辅助定位信息发送给所述移动终端; 定位单元 33 , 用于根据所述移动终端返回的定位信息, 确定所述移动 终端的位置。
较佳的, 辅助定位单元 32具体用于根据 AGPS定位请求信号确定移动 终端的地理区域, 并根据地理区域生成相应的 AGPS辅助定位信息。
较佳的, 定位单元 33具体用于: 当移动终端返回的定位信息为移动终 端的位置数据时, 直接根据定位信息得到移动终端的位置; 或, 当移动终 端返回的定位信息为 GPS数据时, 根据 GPS数据计算移动终端的位置。
本发明实施例还提供了一种利用 AGPS进行定位的装置, 如图 4所示, 包括: 接收单元 41 ,用于接收 GPS定位服务器通过移动通信网络发送的 AGPS 开启控制信号;
GPS控制单元 42 , 用于在确定开启 AGPS功能时, 向 GPS定位服务器 返回 AGPS定位请求信号, 并接收 GPS定位服务器返回的 AGPS辅助定位 信息;
GPS定位单元 43 , 用于根据 AGPS辅助定位信息产生定位信息, 并将 定位信息发送给 GPS定位服务器。
较佳的, GPS控制单元 42 , 具体用于: 收到 AGPS开启控制信号后, 提示用户 AGPS功能即将开启, 若接收到用户发出的确认开启的指令, 则 确定开启 AGPS功能; 或, 收到 AGPS开启控制信号后, 提示用户 AGPS 功能即将开启, 若在预设的时间内没有接收到用户发出的拒绝开启的指令, 则确定开启 AGPS功能。
较佳的, GPS定位单元 43 , 具体用于: 利用 AGPS辅助定位信息, 通 过 GPS卫星接收 GPS数据; 或, 利用述 AGPS辅助定位信息, 通过 GPS 卫星接收 GPS数据, 根据 GPS数据计算所述移动终端的位置数据。
通过釆用本发明实施例提供的利用 AGPS进行定位的装置, 可以通过 网络侧设备主动触发 AGPS功能, 完成对移动终端的定位, 从而可在移动 终端持有者遭遇突发事件时, 由网络侧开启 AGPS功能, 从而使得移动终 端持有者可快速得到救援。
本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种利用辅助全球定位系统 AGPS进行定位的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
通过移动通信网络向移动终端发送 AGPS开启控制信号;
根据移动终端返回的 AGPS定位请求信号, 生成 AGPS辅助定位信息 并将所述 AGPS辅助定位信息发送给所述移动终端;
根据所述移动终端返回的定位信息, 确定所述移动终端的位置。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述生成 AGPS辅助定位 信息的步骤具体包括:
根据所述 AGPS定位请求信号确定所述移动终端的地理区域, 并根据 所述地理区域生成相应的 AGPS辅助定位信息。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述移动终端返 回的定位信息, 确定所述移动终端的位置的步骤具体包括:
当所述移动终端返回的定位信息为所述移动终端的位置数据时, 直接 才艮据所述定位信息得到所述移动终端的位置; 或,
当所述移动终端返回的定位信息为全球定位系统 GPS数据时, 根据所 述 GPS数据计算所述移动终端的位置。
4、 一种利用辅助全球定位系统 AGPS进行定位的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
接收全球定位系统 GPS定位服务器通过移动通信网络发送的 AGPS开 启控制信号;
确定开启 AGPS功能时,向 GPS定位服务器返回 AGPS定位请求信号, 并接收 GPS定位服务器返回的 AGPS辅助定位信息;
根据所述 AGPS辅助定位信息产生定位信息, 并将所述定位信息发送 给 GPS定位服务器。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 确定开启 AGPS功能的步 骤具体包括:
收到 AGPS开启控制信号后, 提示用户 AGPS功能即将开启, 若接收 到用户发出的确认开启的指令, 则确定开启 AGPS功能; 或,
收到 AGPS开启控制信号后, 提示用户 AGPS功能即将开启, 若在预 设的时间内没有接收到用户发出的拒绝开启的指令, 则确定开启 AGPS功

7、 一种利用辅助全球定位系统 AGPS进行定位的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括:
控制单元, 用于通过移动通信网络向移动终端发送 AGPS开启控制信 号;
辅助定位单元, 用于根据移动终端返回的 AGPS定位请求信号, 生成 AGPS辅助定位信息并将所述 AGPS辅助定位信息发送给所述移动终端; 定位单元, 用于根据所述移动终端返回的定位信息, 确定所述移动终 端的位置。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述辅助定位单元具体用 于根据所述 AGPS定位请求信号确定所述移动终端的地理区域, 并根据所 述地理区域生成相应的 AGPS辅助定位信息。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述定位单元具体用于: 当所述移动终端返回的定位信息为所述移动终端的位置数据时, 直接 才艮据所述定位信息得到所述移动终端的位置; 或,
当所述移动终端返回的定位信息为全球定位系统 GPS数据时, 根据所 述 GPS数据计算所述移动终端的位置。
10、 一种利用辅助全球定位系统 AGPS进行定位的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括:
接收单元, 用于接收全球定位系统 GPS定位服务器通过移动通信网络 发送的 AGPS开启控制信号;
GPS控制单元, 用于在确定开启 AGPS功能时, 向 GPS定位服务器返 回 AGPS定位请求信号, 并接收 GPS定位服务器返回的 AGPS辅助定位信 息;
GPS定位单元, 用于 4艮据所述 AGPS辅助定位信息产生定位信息, 并 将所述定位信息发送给 GPS定位服务器。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 GPS控制单元, 具 体用于:
收到 AGPS开启控制信号后, 提示用户 AGPS功能即将开启, 若接收 到用户发出的确认开启的指令, 则确定开启 AGPS功能; 或,
收到 AGPS开启控制信号后, 提示用户 AGPS功能即将开启, 若在预 设的时间内没有接收到用户发出的拒绝开启的指令, 则确定开启 AGPS功 b
