Abstract

본 발명은 트랙터의 전륜증속 4륜 구동장치에 관한 것으로서, 트랙터의 변속기에 설치되는 주행계 구동축; 상기 주행계 구동축에 연결 및 분리되고 트랙터의 전차축에 연결되는 전차축 연결축; 상기 주형계 구동축에 결합된 대기어; 상기 전차축 연결축 끝단에 장착된 4륜구동 도그클러치; 상기 전차축 연결축에 장착된 전륜증속 유압습식클러치; 상기 전륜증속 유압습식클러치에 연결되어 전자축 연결축에 장착된 허브기어; 상기 전륜증속 유압습식클러치 내로 이어지는 전륜증속 오일통로; 상기 4륜구동 도그클러치 내로 이어지는 4륜구동 오일통로; 및 일측은 바깥둘레에 장착된 전륜증속기어가 상기 허브기어와 기어결합되며, 타측은 바깥둘레에 형성된 기어가 상기 대기어와 기어결합된 전륜증속 피동축;으로 이루어져, 트랙터의 엔진정지시 상기 전륜증속 오일통로와 4륜구동 오일통로를 통한 유압의 공급이 차단되어 유압이 제거되는 것에 의해 상기 전륜증속 유압습식클러치는 작동하지 않아 전륜증속이 이루어지지 않고, 상기 4륜구동 도그클러치는 작동하여 주행계 구동축에 전차축 연결축이 자동으로 연결됨으로써 4륜구동이 이루어지는 효과가 있다.
