ANTECEDENTES BACKGROUND

Es importante destacar que la bomba de engranes hidráulica preferentemente debe trabajar en promedio a 1800 rpm, y se debe mantener en ella, una presión constante de 1 ,032 PSI para poder generar y mantener las revoluciones requeridas y por tanto transmitirle su fuerza a; un motor hidráulico de alto torque, el cual opera promedio a 180 rpm con las siguientes características: 48.67 cc/rev, montaje SAE "A" de 2 tornillos flecha recta con cuñero de 1" y puertos de ½ NPTF. Dicho motor hidráulico, tiene adicionadas un par de mangueras que recorren el interior del contenedor para luego salir de él, hasta llegar cada una a unos conectores receptores ubicados respectivamente en; una servo válvula, que se encarga de regular la presión existente entre la bomba de engranes hidráulica y el motor hidráulico es muy importante incluir este regulador de presión ya que sin este dispositivo, el generador eléctrico no funciona. La servo válvula tiene cuatro puertos de entrada dos se conectan con los puertos de entrada del motor hidráulico, de modo que una es utilizada para dar revoluciones hacia adelante y la otra sirve para invertir la rotación del motor, el tercer puerto de entrada es para conectar la bomba de engranes hidráulica con la servo válvula para llevar acabo la regulación del aceite hidráulico, el cuarto puerto es para la devolución del aceite hidráulico al filtro el cual lo reingresa al interior del contenedor cuando esta limpio. El motor hidráulico, a su vez transmite su fuerza a; un juego de engranes multiplicadores de velocidad, utilizados para obtener las 1800 rpm, necesarias para que el conjunto mecánico opere. Este juego de engranes cuenta con al menos un par de flechas dotadas cada una de ellas de chumaceras en sus extremos los cuales les permiten a los engranes girar libremente. Este juego de engranes sirve para multiplicar las revoluciones del motor hidráulico para llegar a las 1800 rpm necesarias para la generación de energía y darle fuerza al ' motor hidráulico de esta manera opera más eficientemente, cabe en este punto aclarar que la presente invención, no necesita de tanques externos para el almacenamiento del liquido hidráulico.
