Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flügelzellenpumpe mit einem in einem Pumpengehäuse gelagerten, von einer Welle angetriebenen Rotor, mehreren im äußeren Umfang dieses Rotors radial verschiebbar gelagerten Flügelplatten und einen den Rotor und die Flügelplatten umgebenden, direkt im Pumpengehäuse angeordneten Außenmantel. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine neuartige Flügelzellenpumpe zu entwickeln, welche keine neuen Flügelmaterialien und keine neuen Flügelgeometrien erfordert, und die bei einfachem konstruktivem Aufbau, bei einfacher kostengünstiger Fertigung und Montage, selbst bei kleinen doppeltwirkenden Flügelzellenpumpe eine optimale vollständige Befüllung der Pumpenkammern bereits im Drehzahlbereich von 0 U/min bis 400 U/min gewährleisten kann, und die zudem gleichzeitig stets wartungsfrei und mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit bei hohem Wirkungsgrad arbeitet. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch eine Flügelzellenpumpe gelöst, die sich insbesondere dadurch auszeichnet, dass die Flügelbewegung im unteren Drehzahlbereich durch erfindungsgemäße, zwangsgeführte, von den Flügelplatten (5) entkoppelte Stifte, den Führungsnadeln (12) bewirkt wird, die bei drucklosem Betrieb beidseitig des Rotors (3) in den erfindungsgemäß in der/den Stirnseite/n des Pumpengehäuses (1) und/oder in dem/den stirnseitig am Pumpengehäuse (1) angeordneten Pumpengehäusedeckel/n (9) angeordneten Steuernuten, den Führungsnuten (13), zwangsgeführt werden.
