Abstract

Eine Strömungsmaschine (1, 40) mit zumindest zwei Rotoren (10, 11), die in zueinander entgegen gesetzter Richtung um eine Drehachse (7) drehbar gelagert sind und an denen Schaufeln (14) oder Flügel angeordnet sind, mit einer drehbar gelagerten Maschinenwelle (15) und mit einem Antriebsmechanismus (16), der die Maschinenwelle (15) mit den zumindest zwei Rotoren (10, 11) verbindet und der eine Drehbewegung der Maschinenwelle (15) in zueinander entgegen gesetzt gerichtete Drehbewegungen der Rotoren (10, 11) umwandelt oder umgekehrt, soll die hydrodynamischen Vorteile kontrarotierender Rotoren nutzen, dabei jedoch einen vergleichsweise geringe mechanische Komplexität und Bauteildichte und somit erhöhte Zuverlässigkeit aufweisen. Dies ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch möglich, dass die Strömungsmaschine (1, 40) ein Gehäuse (2) aufweist, das einen Kanal (3) für ein Strömen eines Fluides ausbildet, wobei die Rotoren (10, 11) in dem Kanal (3) in Strömungsrichtung (6) des Fluides hintereinander angeordnet sind, die Maschinenwelle (15) und die Rotoren (10, 11) ringförmig ausgebildet und drehbar in dem Gehäuse (2) gelagert sind, und wobei die ringförmig ausgebildeten Rotoren (10, 11) jeweils eine Ringinnenseite (12) und eine Ringaußenseite (13) aufweisen, wobei die Schaufeln (14) oder Flügel auf der Ringinnenseite (12) angeordnet sind.
