全自动除披锋机
技术领域
本发明涉及除披锋机技术领域,尤其涉及一种全自动除披锋机。
背景技术
披锋是指塑胶材料注塑成型后工件上遗留的毛刺,为防止毛刺扎手,需进行切除披锋的工作。而传统的去除披锋的方法为采用手工将披锋刮除,这样的方法不但效率低、品质低,而且产品的生产成本高。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种针对管形工件的全自动除披锋机,以自动化机械切除管形工件的披锋,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种全自动除披锋机,包括:机架,所述机架上端固定有产品定位座及气缸固定座,所述产品定位座内设有定位槽;
气缸固定座,所述气缸固定座上固定有气缸;导向支架,所述导向支架可活动设于所述机架上端,并与所述气缸的输出轴同步固定连接,所述导向支架上设有顶针固定板及冲针固定板,所述顶针固定板及所述冲针固定板上分别固定有顶针与冲针,所述顶针及所述冲针分别位于所述产品定位座两侧,所述顶针及所述冲针在所述气缸作用下位于同一直线上来回往复运动,并在所述产品定位座的所述定位槽内穿插;送料装置,所述送料装置底部设有漏料槽,所述漏料槽位于所述定位槽上方;程控箱,所述程控箱内设有控制芯片,所述控制芯片控制所述气缸作来回往复运动。
优选地,所述送料装置为漏斗形 ,漏斗形的所述送料装置斜底边设有送料片,所述送料片与设于所述送料装置上的震转动器连接,所述震转动器自身产生震动并带动所述送料片动作,所述送料片在所述震转动器的作用下沿斜底边来回往复运动以打开和关闭所述漏料槽。
优选地,所述程控箱内的控制芯片还与所述震转动器连接,并控制所述震转动器与所述气缸同步运动。
优选地,所述程控箱设有按键以设定预定的生产数量,并以计数器计算生产的数量。
优选地,所述机架上端还固定有卸料板,所述卸料板设于所述冲针固定板与所述产品定位座之间,并于所述卸料板上开设供所述冲针穿过的通孔。
(三)有益效果
本发明的全自动除披锋机的除披锋全过程均以自动化机械完成,生产效率高、成本低,能够达到自动化生产的效果。

具体实施方式
本发明提出的全自动除披锋机,结合附图及实施例详细说明如下。
如图1/3-3/3所示,本发明的全自动除披锋机主要用于对管形工件切除披锋,主要包括机架1,产品定位座2、汽缸固定座3、送料装置6、以及程控箱7。
其中,机架1上端固定产品定位座2及气缸固定座3,产品定位座2内设有定位槽21。
气缸固定座3上固定有气缸4。
导向支架5可活动设于机架1上端,导向支架5还与汽缸4的输出轴同步固定连接,导向支架5上设有顶针固定板51及冲针固定板52,顶针固定板51及冲针固定板52上分别固定有顶针510与冲针520,该顶针510及冲针520分别位于产品定位座2的两侧,顶针510、冲针520在气缸4作用下位于同一直线上来回往复运动,并于产品定位座2的定位槽21内穿插。需要说明的是,冲针520的大小形状与待加工管形工件的中空孔大小形状一致,而且定位槽21关于冲针520的另一侧应设有挡位,防止工件因冲针520的穿插而挤出定位槽21。
送料装置6底部设有漏料槽62,漏料槽62位于定位槽21的上方,送料装置6为漏斗形,漏斗形的送料装置6斜底边设有送料片61,该送料片61与设于送料装置6上的震转动器8连接,该震转动器8自身产生震动并带动送料片61动作,送料片61在震转动器8的作用下沿斜底边来回往复运动以打开和关闭漏料槽62。
程控箱7固定于机架1上,该程控箱7内设有控制芯片,该控制芯片控制气缸4作来回往复运动。
机架1上端还固定有卸料板9,该卸料板9设于冲针固定板52与产品定位座2之间,并在卸料板9上开设供冲针520穿过的通孔,该卸料板9的作用是当工件与冲针520一起退出定位槽21时,将冲针520与工件进行分离。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,程控箱7内的控制芯片还与震转动器8连接,并控制震转动器8与气缸4同步运动,以使送料与切除披锋紧密配合,实现自动化生产。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,程控箱7可以通过设置按键进行不同数量的生产定单设置,并通过开启计数按键来计算生产数量,当所设定的数量完成时,程控箱7自动控制机器的运转,达到自动化生产的效果。这种程序控制方法属于现有技术,其具体控制过程在此不再赘述。
下面对本发明的工作过程做简单介绍:
首先在将待处理管形工件排列有序置入送料装置,开启震转动器使送料片移动打开漏料槽,工件从漏料槽进入产品定位座内的定位槽内,然后整转动器使送料片移动关闭漏料槽,并以此循环动作。
工件进入定位槽内后,气缸动作带动导向支架运动,导向支架再带动冲针运动,冲针在气缸带动下插入管形工件的通孔中切除管形工件内壁的披锋,然后导向支架往回运动,导向支架另一端的顶针将管形工件从定位槽中顶出进入下料槽内进入指定包装贮存盒内。
以上实施方式仅用于说明本发明,而并非对本发明的限制,有关技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变化和变型,因此所有等同的技术方案也属于本发明的范畴,本发明的专利保护范围应由权利要求限定。
工业实用性
本发明的全自动除披锋机的除披锋全过程均以自动化机械完成,生产效率高、成本低,能够达到自动化生产的效果。

    1、一种全自动除披锋机,其特征在于,包括:
    机架,所述机架上端固定有产品定位座及气缸固定座,所述产品定位座内设有定位槽;
    气缸固定座,所述气缸固定座上固定有气缸;
    导向支架,所述导向支架可活动设于所述机架上端,并与所述气缸的输出轴同步固定连接,所述导向支架上设有顶针固定板及冲针固定板,所述顶针固定板及所述冲针固定板上分别固定有顶针与冲针,所述顶针及所述冲针分别位于所述产品定位座两侧,所述顶针及所述冲针在所述气缸作用下位于同一直线上来回往复运动,并在所述产品定位座的所述定位槽内穿插;
    送料装置,所述送料装置底部设有漏料槽,所述漏料槽位于所述定位槽上方;
    程控箱,所述程控箱内设有控制芯片,所述控制芯片控制所述气缸作来回往复运动。
    2、如权利要求1所述的全自动除披锋机,其特征在于,所述送料装置为漏斗形 ,漏斗形的所述送料装置斜底边设有送料片,所述送料片与设于所述送料装置上的震转动器连接,所述震转动器自身产生震动并带动所述送料片动作,所述送料片在所述震转动器的作用下沿斜底边来回往复运动以打开和关闭所述漏料槽。
    3、如权利要求2所述的全自动除披锋机,其特征在于,所述程控箱内的控制芯片还与所述震转动器连接,并控制所述震转动器与所述气缸同步运动。
    4、如权利要求3所述的全自动除披锋机,其特征在于,所述程控箱设有按键以设定预定的生产数量,并以计数器计算生产的数量。
    5、如权利要求4所述的全自动除披锋机,其特征在于,所述机架上端还固定有卸料板,所述卸料板设于所述冲针固定板与所述产品定位座之间,并于所述卸料板上开设供所述冲针穿过的通孔。
