- the plastic film 6 also passes through the cutting system; it passes between the knife 15 and the counter knife 16 which are arranged so as to form, in the inactive cutting position, one and the other, guide members for said plastic film 6.
- control means of the rollers 11 and 13 motors organize a slight difference in speed between these two rollers 11 and 13, which has the effect of producing a tension on the portion of the plastic film 6 which situated between this upstream roll 11 and this downstream roll 13.

- two driven press rollers 14 are mounted, independently of one another, each in a frame 19, which frame 19 is carried by a beam 20 which acts as a reference beam with respect to the frame 2 of the machine and this beam 20 is secured to the general frame 1 of the machine through means which will be detailed later.
- Each frame 19 comprises, at its ends, flanges 21 and 22 which receive the axis 23 of the roller 14 and this frame 19 is movable relative to the beam 20, guided appropriately by slide systems 24.
- the slide systems 24 establish the travel d of the frame 19 relative to the beam 20.
- This travel d between the frame 19 and the beam 20 is of the order of 2 mm for example.
- each frame 19 and the beam 20 there is the presence of several elastic members. These elastic members are shown in detail in FIG. 3. They are housed in the beam 20, in a borehole 26 and are each constituted, as represented in FIG. 3, by a spring 27 and a pusher 28.
- the spring 27 is interposed between the pusher 28 and a plate 29, which plate 29 is fixed on the beam 20 to close the bore 26.
- the pusher 28 is in the form of a part of revolution whose central portion is in the form of a base 30, which base 30 serves as a bearing surface for the spring 27. - the beam 20 comprises, at its ends, arrangements 34 which allow to secure it precisely on the part 2b of the frame 2 of the machine by means of screws 35 for fixing and centering, for example.
- each pressure roller 14 The adjustment of the pressure that can be applied by each pressure roller 14 is feasible in two ways: either by a change of the pushers 28 whose base can be more or less thick, either by a change of the spring 27, or by means a change of the two, the pusher 28 and the spring 27, as needed.
- This setting can be done directly in the factory, depending on the destination of the machine.
- Such a setting, well chosen, has the advantage of being foolproof in normal use, because the pressure application elements are inaccessible without appropriate tools.
