the middle part of the movable frame is sleeved on the rotary supporting shaft, the movable plate is fixedly connected to the front end of the movable frame, the rear end of the movable frame is fixedly provided with a transmission shaft, the displacement mechanism comprises a transmission arm, a power transmission shaft and a rotary motor, the power transmission shaft is rotatably arranged on the frame, one end of the power transmission shaft is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the rotary motor, the other end of the power transmission shaft is fixedly connected with the lower end of the transmission arm, the upper end of the transmission arm is hinged with the transmission shaft, and the transmission arm is eccentrically arranged relative to the central position of the power transmission shaft;
