Device according to claim 1, wherein the two assemblies include a connecting support cap (11) fixed to the slide and from which shafts (13 - 14) are arranged, corresponding to each roller (4 - 5), gears (15 - 16), a separating, holding and guiding block (18) of the said shafts, associated to a supporting structure (24) integral to the slide, two free wheels (19 - 20) arranged above the separating block, each in close relation with one of the rollers (4 - 5), an upper spacer plate (21) for connection of the said rollers, the said plate taking fastening rods (22 - 23), associated to the aforementioned means.
  3. Device according to claim 2, wherein it comprises at the rear of rollers (4 - 5) vertical and parallel guide rods (25) mounted on the supporting structure and between which the flexible strip is priorly inserted onto the said rods, a profiled (26) being mounted capable of sliding and adjustment in height.
  4. Device according to claim 1, wherein the said means acting to form folds of ribbons or strips according to the position of the slide is a belt (27) the ends of which are in a fixed position and likely to be deformed according to a reciprocating movement, in relation to the reciprocating movement of the slide.
  5. Device according to claim 4, wherein the fixed ends of the belt (27) are arranged on the frame on bolts (28) in a plane substantially in front with respect to the front plane of the rollers (4 - 5) and giving an angle, the said belt being in addition guided by the return bolts (29 - 30) arranged in a fixed manner in the rear part of the frame, the said belt being subject to a cyclic deformation, according to the movement of the slide being guided by return rods (31 - 32) defining with the rollers a clearance for passage of the belt.
  6. Device according to claims 2 and 5 together, wherein the return rods (31 - 32) are fixed on the spacer plate (21), arranged on top for the connection of the rollers (4 - 5).
  7. Device according to claim 6, wherein the sides (27-3) of the belt defined between the fixing area of the ends of the latter and the return rods (31 - 32) associated to the roller (4 - 5) assembly, apply a positive action to the folds formed on the strip or ribbon.
