Abstract
Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Stromstecksystem (1) mit einer Buchse (2) und einem Stecker (3) mit Kontaktstiften (4) angegeben. Die Buchse (2) weist Mittel (6, 7, 9) auf, durch die erfassbar ist, wenn der Stecker (3) mit seinen Kontaktstiften (4) in die Buchse (2) gesteckt wird.

Beschreibung
Stromstecksystem mit Kontaktierungserkennung Die Erfindung betrifft ein Stromstecksystem mit einer Buchse und einem Stecker mit Kontaktstiften.
Derartige Stromstecksysteme, z.B. Schuko-Systeme, sind hin¬ länglich bekannt. Bei bestimmten Anwendungen, z.B. für Lade- Steckdosen, über die Fahrzeugbatterien von Elektrofahrzeugen aufgeladen werden, besteht die Forderung durch die Norm
IEC61851, dass das Stromstecksystem stromlos ist, solange kein Fahrzeug angeschlossen ist. Speziell beim Laden mit niedrigen Leistungen über die bereits installierte Infra- struktur mit Schuko-Systemen ist eine entsprechende Kontaktierungserkennung nicht bekannt.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Stromstecksystem der oben genannten Art vorzuschlagen, bei dem ei- ne Beaufschlagung mit Spannung erst nach Einstecken des Steckers in die Buchse vorgesehen ist.
Die Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen nach Anspruch 1 gelöst. Dabei weist die Buchse Mittel auf, durch die erfassbar ist, wenn der Stecker mit seinen Kontaktstiften in die Buchse gesteckt wird.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des Stromstecksystems be- steht, wenn gemäß Anspruch 2 die Mittel eine Steuerleitung umfassen. Über die Steuerleitung kann nach Stecken des Steckers in die Buchse, d.h. bei vorliegender Kontaktierung, z.B. ein Stromsignal an eine Leitstelle gesendet werden, die den Ladestrom auf das Stromstecksystem aufschaltet.
Weist die Steuerleitung nach Anspruch 3 mindestens einen Schaltkontakt auf, kann durch diesen der Stromkreis der Steu-
erleitung geschlossen werden, um den gesteckten Zustand anzuzeigen .
Eine besonders vorteilhafte Aus führungs form besteht, wenn ge- maß Anspruch 4 der Schaltkontakt durch einen der Kontaktstif¬ te des Steckers beim Einstecken in die Buchse schließbar ist.
Vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn gemäß Anspruch 5 der Stecker einen Isolierfinger aufweist, durch den der Schaltkontakt beim Einstecken des Steckers in die Buchse schließbar ist.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Aus führungs form besteht, wenn gemäß Anspruch 6 die Buchse einen Sensor aufweist, mit dem das Einstecken des Steckers in die Buchse erfassbar ist.
Vorteilhafterweise ist der Sensor gemäß Anspruch 7 ein berührungslos arbeitender Näherungsschalter.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im Folgenden an- hand einer Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
FIG 1 ein Stromstecksystem mit zwei durch Kontaktstifte des Steckers betätigbaren Schaltkontakten in einer Steuerleitung,
FIG 2 ein Stromstecksystem mit einem durch einen Isolierfinger des Steckers betätigbaren Schaltkontakt in einer Steuerleitung und
FIG 3 ein Stromstecksystem mit einem Abstandssensor in der Buchse .
In FIG 1 ist ein Stromstecksystem 1 mit einer Buchse 2 und einem Stecker 3 mit zwei Kontaktstiften 4 dargestellt. Die Buchse 2 ist im nicht gesteckten Zustand stromlos, d.h. an der Stromversorgungsleitung 5 liegt keine Spannung an.
Derartige Stromstecksysteme 1 werden z.B. gemäß Norm IEC61851 für das Laden von Fahrzeugbatterien von Elektrofahrzeugen gefordert. Erst wenn der Stecker 3 für den Ladevorgang in die
Buchse 2 eingesteckt wird, soll das Stromstecksystem 1 mit Strom beaufschlagt werden.
Um dies zu gewährleisten, wird neben den Versorgungsleitungen, die den Ladestrom tragen sollen, zu der Buchse 2 eine Steuerleitung 6 geführt. Die Steuerleitung 6 kann über zwei in der Buchse 2 angeordnete Schaltkontakte 7 durch die Kon¬ taktstifte 4 beim Einstecken des Steckers 3 in die Buchse 2 geschlossen werden. Die beweglichen Schaltkontakte sind bei dieser Anwendung isoliert ausgeführt.
Auf diese Weise kann über die Steuerleitung 6 der gesteckte bzw. kontaktierte Zustand in einer Leitstelle erkannt werden. Erst dann wird normgemäß das Stromstecksystem 1 mit Strom be¬ aufschlagt .
FIG 2 zeigt eine etwas abgewandelte Aus führungs form gegenüber dem Stromstecksystem 1 nach FIG 1. Hier ist ein einzelner Schaltkontakt 7 in der Steuerleitung 6 vorgesehen. Der Stecker 3 weist einen Isolierfinger 8 auf, der beim Einstecken des Steckers 3 in die Buchse 2 den Schaltkontakt 7 der Steu¬ erleitung 6 schließt. Die Funktion ist im Übrigen gleich wie beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach FIG 1.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß FIG 3 ist an die Steuerlei- tung 6 ein Sensor 9 angeschlossen, der durch die Annäherung des Steckers 3, insbesondere seiner Kontaktstifte 4, beim Einstecken des Steckers 3 anspricht. Auch hier wird das
Stromstecksystem 1 erst mit Strom beaufschlagt, nachdem die Kontaktierung mithilfe des Sensors 9 erkannt wurde.
Die Betätigung der Schaltkontakte kann alternativ aber auch durch eine Magnetkraft erfolgen. Hierzu wird sowohl am beweg¬ lichen Schaltkontakt 7 als auch an dem Stecker 3 an geeigneter Stelle ein Permanentmagnet angebracht.
Claims
1. Stromstecksystem (1) mit einer Buchse (2) und einem Stecker (3) mit Kontaktstiften (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (2) Mittel (6,7,9) aufweist, durch die erfassbar ist, wenn der Stecker (3) mit seinen Kontaktstiften (4) in die Buchse (2) gesteckt wird.
2. Stromstecksystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel eine Steuerleitung (6) umfassen.
3. Stromstecksystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerleitung (6) mindestens einen Schaltkontakt (7) aufweist .
4. Stromstecksystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaltkontakt (7) durch einen der Kontaktstifte (4) des Steckers (3) beim Einstecken in die Buchse (2) schließbar ist .
5. Stromstecksystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stecker (3) einen Isolierfinger (8) aufweist, durch den der Schaltkontakt (7) beim Einstecken des Steckers (3) in die Buchse (2) schließbar ist.
6. Stromstecksystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Steuerleitung in der Buchse (2) ein Sensor (9) angeschlossen ist, mit dem das Einstecken des Steckers (3) in die Buchse (2) erfassbar ist.
7. Stromstecksystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (9) ein berührungslos arbeitender Näherungs¬ schalter ist.
8. Stromstecksystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaltkontakt (7) und der Stecker (3) jeweils mit einem Permanentmagneten versehen sind, durch deren Magnet- kraft der Schaltkontakt (7) beim Einstecken des Steckers in die Buchse (2) schließbar ist.
