本发明实施例涉及铁路运输车辆技术领域, 尤其涉及一种带防波板的铁 路轻油罐车。 背景技术
目前, 罐车在铁路运输领域得到广泛的应用, 但是, 一般运输液态介质 的罐车, 在多山地带的曲线半径小、 长大坡道多的铁道上运行时, 往往会由 于惯性力的作用, 使液态介质对罐体产生冲击力, 从而会影响罐车的运行品
发明内容
为了解决了现有技术中罐车在曲线半径小、 长大坡道多的铁道上运行时 由于液体冲击而影响罐车运行品质的问题, 本发明提供了一种带防波板的铁 路轻油罐车。
本发明提供的一种带防波板的铁路轻油罐车, 包括罐体, 所述罐体内部 设置有防波板, 所述防波板固定于罐体内壁上; 所述防波板上设置有长圓孔。
上述防波板是通过固定装置固定在罐体内壁上; 所述固定装置是包括设 置在罐体内壁的垫板、 与垫板垂直的固定板和压板; 所述防波板平行设置于 固定板和压板之间。
上述垫板与固定板的连接处设置有固定连接垫板与固定板的筋板。
上述筋板是一个或者多个。 上述防波板是一个或者多个。
上述防波板正对罐体底部和顶部的侧边中段设置有翻边。
上述防波板正对罐体底部和顶部的侧边两端设置有筋。
本发明所提供的带防波板的铁路轻油罐车, 具有以下优点:
1、 本发明的罐体内部设置有防波板, 在车辆运行中产生冲力罐体内液体 流动时, 防波板会产生阻挡, 阻止液体的流动, 从而降低液体的冲动, 提高 车辆运行品质。
2、本发明的罐体内由于釆用的防波板上设有长圓孔,防波板会小幅滑动, 可以释放部分冲击的能量, 起到緩冲作用, 同时緩冲罐体冲击变形而对防波 板的附加载荷, 防波板两端、 中间部分设有翻边, 两侧设有筋, 增加了防波 板的强度, 延长了防波板的寿命, 并提高了防波板的工作效率。 附图说明

为使本发明实施例的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合本发 明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于 本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获 得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
参见图 1 ,本发明的带防波板的铁路轻油罐车的较佳实施例,包括罐体 1 , 在罐体 1的内部设置有防波板 7, 其中防波板 7是竖直设置在罐体 1底部内 壁, 在罐体 1两端的下部设置有转向架 4, 在罐体 1下部转向架 4的端部设 置有牵枕 2 , 牵枕 2与罐体 1可以焊接为一体, 这样在车辆运行中的纵向拉 伸与压缩力可以由罐体 1和牵枕 2共同承载, 可以降低车辆的自重; 在牵枕 2的末端还设置有车钩緩冲装置 5;且在罐体 1其中一端的牵枕 2上罐体 1的 末端外壁上设置有真空制动装置 6;在罐体 1中部下方还设置有下排油装置 3。 上述牵枕 2包括端梁、 枕梁、 牵引梁和侧梁; 端梁分布于牵枕的端部, 枕梁、 牵引梁位于牵枕的中部, 侧梁位于牵枕的两侧。
参见图 2、 3、 4、 5, 防波板 7可以是一个或者多个, 以四个为佳, 四个 防波板 7将罐体容积分成五个空腔, 各个空腔之间的液体可以相互流动, 当 车辆运行中产生冲力, 使罐体内液体流动时防波板 7能产生阻挡, 阻止液体 的流动, 从而降低液体的冲动, 提高车辆运行质量。 防波板 7是通过固定装 置固定在罐体 1底部内壁上, 固定装置是在罐体 1的底部内壁上紧贴的垫板 9和相互平行设置的固定板 11、 防波板 7和压板 12, 固定板 11、 防波板 7和 压板 12固定连接且垂直于垫板, 另外固定板 11与垫板 9固定连接, 防波板 7设置于固定板 11和压板 12之间, 且通过紧固装置 13固定连接或者活动连 接的固定方式固定在一起, 一般可以釆用螺栓 14或者销钉。 垫板 9可以直接 焊接在罐体壁上而且垫板与罐体接触的面曲线应当与罐体内壁曲线吻合; 为 了固定稳定、 牢靠, 可以在垫板 9与固定板 11的连接处设置有固定连接垫板 9与固定板 11的筋板 10, 筋板 10可以是一个或多个; 防波板 7正对罐体 1 侧壁的两端均设置有多个长圓孔 15 , 这样当罐体 1受到冲击变形时, 长圓孔 15可使防波板 7相对固定板 11和压板 12发生微量滑动, 以緩冲罐体 1变形 对防波板 7造成的破坏, 在防波板 7正对罐体 1底部和顶部的两侧中段还设 置有翻边 17, 这样可以增加防波板 7的强度。 防波板 7正对罐体 1底部和顶 部的两端设置有多个筋 18, 这样可使防波板 7均有一定的弹性, 增加了防波 板 7的緩冲性能, 以緩冲液体的冲击力, 从而避免因液体冲击而造成防波板 7的破坏, 防波板 7防波的效果会更好。 防波板 7的正对罐体 1侧壁的边沿 可以设置为与罐体 1内壁曲线匹配的圓弧 16。
盛装液体时, 在运输的过程中液体会不断重复冲击防波板 7 , 由于防波 板 7上设有长圓孔 15 , 防波板 7会小幅滑动, 可以释放部分冲击的能量, 起 到緩冲作用, 同时緩冲罐体 1冲击变形而对防波板 7的附加载荷, 防波板 7 两端中间部分设有翻边 17 , 两侧设有筋 18, 增加了防波板 7的强度, 延长了 防波板 7的寿命, 并提高了防波板 7的工作效率。
罐体 1的底部可以设置为从两端到中部逐渐向下倾斜呈倒楔形, 即其使 罐体 1呈圓截面斜底结构, 这样可解决卸油时罐体 1内液体存留, 有利于罐 体 1内液体完全卸净。
真空制动装置 6可以安装在罐车端部的牵枕 2上,可以有效的利用车辆空间。 上述的防波板 7—般是适用于轻油罐车, 这样, 因罐车运行过程中液体 的强大冲击力对防波板 7冲击。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的带防波板的铁路轻油罐车, 其特征在于: 所述 防波板是通过固定装置固定在罐体内壁上; 所述固定装置包括设置在罐体内 壁的垫板、 与垫板垂直的固定板和压板; 所述防波板平行设置于固定板和压 板之间。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的带防波板的铁路轻油罐车, 其特征在于: 所述 垫板与固定板的连接处设置有固定连接所述垫板与固定板的筋板。
