Abstract

본 발명은 맥반석 김 구이기에 관한 것으로, 김이 이송되는 컨베이어(20); 컨베이어(20)의 상부에 설치되며, 히터(32)가 내장되는 맥반석 재질의 가열판(30); 컨베이어(20)의 하부에 이격 배치되며, 컨베이어(20)를 통해 이송되는 김으로부터 분리 낙하되는 폐조미료 및 김 부스러기를 수집하기 위한 낙하물받이판(40); 컨베이어(20) 및 낙하물받이판(40) 중 어느 하나를 승강시켜 낙하물받이판(40)과 컨베이어(20) 사이의 이격거리를 조절하는 실린더형 액추에이터(50)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 그 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 구성에 의해 김이 타지 않고 효율적으로 구워지며, 맛이나 영양 측면에서도 우수한 김을 생산할 수 있고, 이와 동시에 컨베이어 및 낙하물받이판에 점착된 폐조미료 및 김 부스러기를 간편하게 제거할 수 있어 위생적이다.
