Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, mit dem die einzelnen Stränge von Photovoltaik-Anlagen (PV-Anlagen) auf Diebstahl (von PV-Modulen) und auf Auftreten von Spannungsüberschlägen/Lichtbögen überwacht werden können. Um Diebstähle von PV-Modulen (1) festzustellen, werden in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen Spannungsimpulse in mindestens einen Strang (2) der PV-Anlage geleitet, und die sich auf die Spannungsimpulse einstellenden Spannungsantworten aus dem mindestens einen Strang (2) ausgewertet. Bei einer signifikanten Änderung der Spannungsantworten wird ein Alarm ausgelöst. Außerdem wird während des Betriebs der Photovoltaikanlage der Strom durch den mindestens einen Strang (2) überwacht. Beim Auftreten eines für Spannungsüberschläge oder Lichtbögen typischen Stromverlaufs wird zumindest der Strang (2), in dem der typische Stromverlauf auftrat, vom Wechselrichter (4) getrennt.
