Abstract

Der wassergekühlte Schub-Verbrennungsrost besteht entweder aus lauter beweglichen Rostplatten (6) oder aber aus einer Kombination von beweglichen Rostplatten (6) und stationären Rostplatten (5). Diese Rostplatten (5,6) liegen treppenförmig aufeinander auf und die beweglichen Rostplatten (6) können quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung hin und her bewegt werden. Die Länge der über die Rostbahnbreite durchgehenden Rostplatten (5,6) misst mehr als 6 Meter. Hierzu sind sie auf zwischenliegenden Stahlträgern (45) abgestützt. Die beweglichen Rostplatten (6) sind von je einem Parallel-Antrieb aus zwei gesonderten Antriebseinheiten angetrieben, mittels welcher Antriebseinheiten je ein Endbereich einer beweglichen Rostplatte (6) hin und her verschiebbar ist, wobei die beiden Antriebseinheiten synchronisierbar sind. Zur Separierung der Primärluft über mehrere Bereiche quer über die Rostbahn kann mindestens eine Trennwand sich längs der Rostbahn unter dem Rost und seinen stationären Rostplatten (5) und beweglichen Rostplatten (6) erstrecken.
