背景技术
目前,电动自行车以其节能、环保、实用等已越来越受到人们的欢迎,逐渐成为重要的交通工具之一。而现有电动车的控制系统约99%采用轮毂电机,仅有约1%采用中置电机系统。 占有市场的 99% 轮毂电机电动车,这样的电动车在无电骑行时,因受电机磁阻,骑行远比自行车费力,无电骑行功能不强;且轮毂电机在设计时只适合某种情况下骑行效率才高,爬坡能力不强,如需爬坡能力强需做很大功率的功率才能满足,这要一来在平路或轻载时就又处于低效率区,且大功率电机需采用大容量电池,电池不仅笨重成本也很高,故在此情况下很难更好满足于市场的需求。
因此, 有很多厂商开始使用一些中置电机电动车,中置电机因电机安装于车架中间位置,具有很多优点,大致如下:( 1 )驱动结构合理紧凑,中置电机安装在车架中部,用链条与后轮连接,外形美观,简洁、轻巧,重心低,骑行舒适、安全;( 2 )人力、 . 电机力都是通过一根链条与后轮链接,可利用自行车机械的变速系统实现变速、变扭矩,小功率也能大扭矩、爬大坡,爬坡能力超强;( 3 )无电骑行时没有任何电机磁阻力的影响,同普通自行车一样,滑行距离长。虽然中置电机系统的出现的确在功能上有效地解决了轮毂电机的缺陷,但中置电机系统仍存在以下缺点:破坏了自行车的原有结构,生产工艺复杂,车架模具或工装需特别制造,生产周期长,生产费用高。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是为了解决上述中置电机系统破坏自行车的原有结构、生产工艺复杂的问题,提供一种可以实现人电合力驱动,可以实现小功率大扭矩、爬大坡的 电动自行车用 中置助力装置 。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
电动自行车用 中置助力装置,包括车架、中轴和齿盘,齿盘固定在自行车中轴上,其特征在于:还包括外置式电动助力单元,所述电动助力单元由电机和减速箱构成,所述电动助力单元通过易装拆式连接结构安装 于车架上,电机和减速箱位于自行车五通下方,电机的动力输出轴连接减速箱的输入端,减速箱的输出端通过齿轮传动机构或链轮链条传动机构与齿盘连接。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术方案达到:

本发明具有如下突出的有益效果:
1 、本发明由于是在自行车的车架要上设置 外置式电动助力单元,所述电动助力单元通过易装拆式连接结构安装 于车架上,因此,无需改动自行车结构,即不会破坏自行车原有结构,无需另外特置车架 ( 生产无需专用模具 ) ,具有生产工艺简单、生产周期短、生产费用低,拆装置及使用方便的有益效果。
2 、本发明通过支架固定于自行车五通处,使其电机和减速箱位于五通下方,电机经过减速箱减速后,其输出末端有一链轮,通过链条与自行车齿盘一链轮连接 , 即电机力先经过减速减速后再通过链条将力传递到自行车齿盘上;自行车齿盘固定于中轴上,齿盘再通过链条与后轮连接,达到驱动自行车,这样实现人电合力驱动 , 可以实现小功率大扭矩、爬大坡。

本实施例中,齿盘 1 可以有两个。在齿盘 1 上可以设有链轮之一 14 。通过链条 15 形成对外连接结构。在电机 2 上可以设有与齿轮 之二 7 、齿轮 之一 5 相啮合的齿轮组。在输出轴 5 上可以固定有链轮之二 16 。箱体 3 固定在支架 12 上,支架 12 通过中轴 13 固定于自行车的车架 17 的五通处,自行车齿盘固定于中轴 13 上,该自行车齿盘再通过链条 15 与自行车后轮连接。
实际应用中,
本发明的电力传动原理:依次由电机 2 →电机 2 上的齿轮→齿轮之二 10 →齿轮之一 5 →输出轴 6 →链轮之二 16 →链条 15 →链轮之一 14 →齿盘 1 ,最后由齿盘 1 带动自行车的车轮转动。
本发明的人力传动原理:通过自行车曲柄→中轴 13 →齿盘 1 ,最后由齿盘 1 带动车轮转动。
其他具体实施例:
本发明的其他具体实施例的主要特点是: 齿盘 1 有 3 个、 4 个甚至 4 个以上,其余同具体实施例 1 。
