본 발명은 박하뇌(박하상)를 포함하는 금연 향재 및 상기 금연 향재를 포함하는 필터부, 필터 삽입부 및 연통부를 포함하는 금연 파이프가 제공된다.

Description

금연 향재 및 금연 향재를 포함하는 금연 파이프
본 발명은 박하뇌(박하상)를 포함하는 금연 향재 및 상기 금연 향재를 포함하는 금연 파이프에 관한 것이다.
흡연으로 인한 피해는 각종 폐암, 후두암 등의 각종 암과 더불어 각종 호흡기 질환, 심혈관계 질환 등의 원인이 되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, 흡연은 흡연자 뿐만 아니라 담배 연기에 간접적으로 노출되는 비흡연자에게도 각종 악영향을 미치고 있고, 건강에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아져서, 많은 흡연자들이 금연을 결심하고 있다.
그러나, 담배 연기의 주 성분인 니코틴의 강한 중독성으로 인하여 한번 흡연을 시작한 사람들은 금연에 성공하지 못하는 경우가 많고, 일단 성공하더라도 수년 후 다시 흡연하는 경우가 많아져서 흡연 인구는 크게 줄어들지 않고 있다.
이에 금연을 보조하기 위하여, 금연 용구 및 금연 보조제 등이 시판중인데, 구체적으로는 니코틴 성분이 함유된 패치 또는 껌, 금연침, 금연 물질을 함유하는 각종 약재나 보조 용구 등이 있지만, 실제로 금연에 강력한 효과를 나타내는 금연 약재 또는 용구는 미흡한 실정이다.
이에 본 발명자는 금연 용구에 대하여 연구하던 중, 박하뇌(박하상)를 포함하는 금연 향재가 금연에 탁월한 효과가 있음을 발견하고, 박하뇌(박하상)를 포함하는 금연 향재 및 상기 금연 향재를 포함하는 금연 파이프를 개발하기에 이르렀다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 발명은 박하뇌(박하상)를 포함하는 금연 향재를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 금연 향재의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 금연 향재를 장입한 금연 파이프를 제공한다.
본 발명에 사용되는 용어 "박하뇌(薄荷腦)"는, 박하(Mentha arvensis var. piperascens)의 잎 또는 줄기를 수증기로 증류하여 얻는 정유(精油)로서 무색 또는 연한 노란색의 액체인 박하유를 냉각·정제한 흰색의 바늘 모양의 결정체로 박하상(薄荷相)이라고도 불린다. 박하의 잎을 증류하여 냉각하면 뇌가 생기고, 이것을 다시 끓여 녹인 것을 헝겊으로 거르고 결정하여 바람에 건조하여 제조한다. 박하뇌(박하상)는 향기가 독특하고 맛이 시원하며, 한방에서는 신경통, 위통, 천식 등의 질병에 약재 또는 구강 향료로 사용하고 있다. 화학식은 C10H20이다.
본 발명에 따른 금연 향재는 건조된 분말 형태의 박하뇌(박하상)를 포함한다.
또한, 본 발명은 본 발명에 따른 금연 향재가 삽입된 필터를 포함하는 금연 파이프를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 금연 파이프는, 일측에 공기 흡기구가 형성되고 필터 삽입을 위한 중공이 형성된 필터 삽입부, 상기 필터 삽입부에 삽입되는 본 발명에 따른 금연 향재를 포함하는 필터부, 일측에 상기 필터 삽입부의 타측과 체결하기 위한 체결부가 형성되고 타측에 순접부가 형성된 연통부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
도 1 및 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 금연 파이프를 나타낸 것이다. 도 1 및 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 금연파이프는 본 발명에 따른 금연 향재를 포함하는 필터부(30), 필터부가 삽입되는 필터 삽입부(20), 입술에 접하는 순접부(11) 및 체결부(12)가 형성된 연통부(10)로 이루어져 있으며, 필터 삽입부(20)을 제1 분체로 하고, 필터부(30)를 제2 분체로 하며, 연통부(10)를 제3 분체로 하는 세개의 분체로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 필터부(30)가 필터 삽입부(20)에 삽입된 상태에서, 필터 삽입부(20)와 연통부(10)가 암수 결합의 끼움방식으로 결합된다.
상기 필터부(30)에는 본 발명에 따른 금연 향재가 장입되고, 금연 향재가 장입된 필터부(30)을 상기 필터 삽입부(20)에 삽입한 후, 상기 연통부(10)를 체결부(12)를 통하여 필터 삽입부(20)에 결합시킨 후 사용한다. 공기 흡기구(21)를 통하여 유입된 공기는 필터부(30)을 통과하고, 연통부(10)의 순접부(11)를 통과하여 인체에 유입된다. 필터부(30)를 통과한 공기는 박하뇌(박하상) 성분으로 인하여 강한 박하향을 가진다. 상기 필터부(30)는 박하뇌(박하상)의 향이 다하게 되면 교체하여 쓸 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 금연 파이프의 순접부를 입에 물고 숨을 들이쉬면 필터 삽입부(20)에 형성되어 있는 공기 흡기구(21)를 통하여 공기가 흡입되고, 그 공기는 필터 삽입부(20)에 삽입된 필터부(30)을 통과하여 필터부 중의 강한 박하향을 연통부(10) 및 순접부(11)를 통하여 입안으로 전달하여, 청량감 및 진정 효과를 일으킨다.
본 발명에 따른 금연 파이프에 사용되는 박하뇌(박하상)는 그 향이 일반 박하에 비하여 훨씬 강하기 때문에 본 발명에 따른 금연 파이프로 호흡한 후, 흡연하게 되면 심한 오심, 구토감 등의 거부감을 일으켜 자연적으로 금연하게 하는 효과가 있다.
흡연 욕구가 생길 때 본 발명에 따른 금연 파이프로 3회 이상 공기를 흡입한다. 금연시에는 본 발명에 따른 금연 파이프를 사용하는 한편, 가능한 물을 많이 섭취하고, 향이 강한 무과당 사탕을 섭취하는 것이 좋다. 평소 흡입량에 따라 다소 차이가 있지만, 본 발명에 따른 금연 파이프를 35 내지 60일 가량 사용하면 담배에 대한 거부감이 생기고 금단현상이 없어지게 된다.
본 발명에 따른 금연 향재는 담배의 주성분인 니코틴, 타르 등의 마약성 성분에 비하여 인체에 무해하면서도 더 강한 향으로 금단 현상을 없앨 수 있다. 따라서, 흡연자들이 본 발명에 따른 금연 향재를 장입한 금연 파이프를 물고 있다가 담배를 피우면 강한 거부 반응을 일으켜 흡연에 대한 욕구를 감소시킨다. 또한 파이프를 물고 있음으로써 심리적 안정감을 얻을 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 파이프의 결합 사시도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 파이프의 분해 사시도이다.
모두 분말 형태인 박하뇌(박하상)를 필터부에 장입한 후, 상기 필터부를 필터 삽입부에 삽입한 후 연통부에 결합하여 금연 파이프를 완성하였다.
상기 금연 파이프를 A대학교 한의과대학 대학원 과정 이수중인 100여명의 대학원생을 대상으로 금연 파이프를 사용한 후 금연 효과를 실험에 보았다.
상기 실험 결과 95% 이상이 금연에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  1. 박하뇌를 포함하는 금연 향재.
  2. 일측에 공기 흡기구가 형성되고 타측에 필터 삽입을 위한 중공이 형성된 필터 삽입부, 상기 필터 삽입부에 삽입되는 제1항에 따른 금연 향재를 포함하는 필터부, 일측에 상기 필터 삽입부의 타측과 체결하기 위한 체결부가 형성되고 타측에 순접부가 형성된 연통부를 포함하는 금연 파이프.
