Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément organique de génération de lumière à champ électrique présentant une faible tension d'entraînement et une meilleure durabilité. Plus précisément, cet élément organique de génération de lumière à champ électrique possède sur un substrat une paire d'électrodes constituées d'une anode et d'une cathode, et une couche de génération de lumière entre cette paire d'électrodes; l'élément organique de génération de lumière à champ électrique possède également une ou plusieurs couches organiques entre la couche de génération de lumière et la cathode. En outre, l'élément organique de génération de lumière à champ électrique comprend dans la couche de génération de lumière un composé carbazole de structure spécifiée constituant un matériau de transport de charges positives et négatives; et comprend également, dans la ou les couches organiques entre la couche de génération de lumière et la cathode, un dérivé de triphénylène de structure spécifiée pouvant être considéré comme possédant une mobilité élevée des électrons.
