Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et une chaîne de production (1) réalisée de manière correspondante et destinée à fabriquer un produit plat en acier plat laminé à froid (E) à partir d'un feuillard à chaud (W) calaminé constitué d'un acier inoxydable. Au cours du procédé selon l'invention, le feuillard à chaud calaminé (W) est laminé à froid pour obtenir le produit plat en acier (E), le produit plat en acier laminé à froid (E) est recuit et le produit plat en acier recuit (E) est décalaminé. Selon l'invention, le produit plat en acier laminé à froid (E) obtenu après le laminage à froid du feuillard à chaud (W) est soumis dans l'état laminé dur avant le recuit à un traitement de décalaminage au cours duquel la calamine présente sur le produit plat en acier laminé à froid (E) est retirée mécaniquement. De cette façon, il est possible de réaliser un procédé et des chaînes de production permettant de façon peu onéreuse de produire des produits plats en acier laminés à froid à partir d'un acier inoxydable dont l'état de surface est amélioré.
