- the control unit 55 controls the operation of each functional unit or the operation mechanism described above according to operation commands from various switches provided in the operation unit 52.
- the control unit 55 controls the energization of the hot water heater 21 that heats the cleaning water in the hot water tank 20 (not shown in FIG. 10), the operation control of the nozzle device 100, and the hot water tank 20.
- the control of the warm water temperature measurement part 22 which measures the temperature of warm water is illustrated.
- nozzle cleaning setting switch 64 when the nozzle cleaning setting switch 64 is operated, a “nozzle cleaning” command signal is output to the control unit 55, so that the control unit 55 controls the nozzle device 100 to perform nozzle cleaning.
- the hot water temperature measurement unit 22 measures the temperature of the hot water (washing water) in the hot water tank 20 under the control of the control unit 55 and outputs the measured temperature data to the control unit 55.
- the control unit 55 controls energization of the hot water heater 21 based on the obtained temperature data, or uses the temperature data for the nozzle cleaning start determination process in the third embodiment to be described later.
- the control unit 55 first determines whether or not the “heat insulation interruption” is set by the heat insulation interruption setting switch 63 (step S ⁇ b> 11). If it is set to “Hot Thermal Suspension” (Yes in Step S11), it is next determined whether “Nozzle Cleaning” is set by the nozzle cleaning setting switch 64 (Step S12).
- step S12 the control unit 55 determines whether nozzle cleaning has already been performed during the setting of the “warming interruption” (step S13). This determination is performed in order to prevent the hot water remaining in the hot water tank 20 from being used up by repeatedly performing the nozzle cleaning operation during the setting of “warming interruption”.
- step S 14 the control unit 55 causes the user to sit on the toilet seat unit 53 and performs a human body cleaning start operation using the operation unit 52. It is determined whether or not a human body cleaning request has occurred (step S14). If a human body cleaning request is generated (Yes in step S14), nozzle cleaning is not started and human body cleaning is performed. If there is no human body cleaning request and the conditions of the above-described determinations (steps S11, S12, and S13) are satisfied, the control unit 55 starts nozzle cleaning (step S15), and ends the nozzle cleaning start determination process. On the other hand, when the conditions of the above-described determinations (steps S11 to S14) are not satisfied, the nozzle cleaning is not started and the determination process ends.
- the control unit 55 since the control unit 55 performs such a determination process, the user sets the “warm-up interruption” with the heat-hold interruption setting switch 63, so that the user does not intend to use the sanitary washing device 50 for a certain period of time. It becomes clear, and since the warm water in the warm water tank 20 is not used during that time, the energization to the warm water heater 21 can be stopped.
- the nozzle cleaning is performed using the hot water remaining in the hot water tank 20 in the state where the “thermal insulation interruption” is set. . Therefore, since a sufficient amount of hot water can be used for cleaning the nozzle device 100, sufficient nozzle cleaning can be performed even if the temperature is not higher than the hot water temperature for cleaning the human body part. Therefore, the hot water in the hot water tank 20 can be effectively used to maintain the nozzle device 100 in a sanitary manner, and the possibility of impairing usability such as no hot water to be used for the next local cleaning is avoided. be able to.
- the nozzle cleaning setting switch 64 is provided and the nozzle cleaning is performed only when “nozzle cleaning” is set.
- the present invention is not limited to this. No nozzle 64 is provided, and when “warming interruption” is set by the heat retention interruption setting switch 63, nozzle cleaning may be automatically performed.

- Other known configurations that can be used for cleaning are also possible. That is, in the present embodiment, the cleaning water (warm water) is introduced from the nozzle cleaning water discharge port 151 that opens along the tangential direction of the outer periphery of the cleaning enlargement unit 113, whereby the nozzle unit 200 at the storage position is cleaned.
- the cleaning may be performed by providing a dedicated cleaning mechanism different from the nozzle cleaning water discharge port 151.
- the nozzle body 200 is constituted by the nozzle body 300 and the nozzle cover 400, and the nozzle unit 200 is slidably provided in the nozzle guide 111 provided in the nozzle casing 110.
- the nozzle cleaning water discharge port 151 serving as a nozzle cleaning unit can clean not only the nozzle body 300 but also the entire nozzle unit 200.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the nozzle device 100 includes at least a cylindrical nozzle body 300 and a nozzle casing 110 that can accommodate the nozzle body 300, and the nozzle cleaning unit cleans at least the nozzle body 300. What is necessary is just to be comprised so that it can do.
- the nozzle cleaning unit is configured to be capable of performing “nozzle sterilization cleaning” that removes dirt, germs, and the like adhering to the nozzle body 300 or the nozzle unit 200. It is not limited to this, and it is only necessary that “nozzle cleaning” for removing at least the attached dirt can be performed.
- the heat retention interruption setting unit is configured by a heat retention interruption setting switch 63 provided in the operation unit 52, but the configuration of the heat retention interruption setting unit is not limited thereto, and can be performed by a user operation. As long as the configuration is operated, a configuration realized by operating other switches, an operation unit, or the like without providing a dedicated switch or the like may be used.

- FIG. 12 is a flowchart illustrating an example of the determination process of the nozzle cleaning start of the control unit according to the present embodiment.
- control part 55 determines first whether it is set to "the heat retention interruption” by the heat retention interruption setting switch 63 (step S21). If it is set to “Hot Thermal Interruption” (Yes in Step S21), it is next determined whether “Nozzle Cleaning” is set by the nozzle cleaning setting switch 64 (Step S22).
- the control unit 55 determines whether or not a predetermined time has passed since the previous use of hot water such as local cleaning (step S23).
- the predetermined time may be a time in which the washing water is sufficiently replenished in the hot water tank 20 and the washing water can be sufficiently heated up to a temperature used for local washing. Therefore, the predetermined time can be appropriately set according to various conditions such as the heating capacity of the hot water heater 21, the amount of water stored in the hot water tank 20, and the replenishment capacity of washing water to the hot water tank 20. What is necessary is just to preset suitable time in the part 55 grade
- step S24 If nozzle cleaning is not performed during the setting of “warming interruption” (Yes in step S24), the user is seated on the toilet seat 53 and a human body cleaning request is generated by performing a human body cleaning start operation by the operation unit 52. It is determined whether it is not (step S25). If a human body cleaning request has been generated (Yes in step S25), nozzle cleaning is not started and human body cleaning is performed. If there is no human body cleaning request and the conditions of the above-described determinations (steps S21 to S24) are satisfied, the control unit 55 starts nozzle cleaning (step S26) and ends the nozzle cleaning start determination process. On the other hand, if the conditions of the above-described determinations (steps S21 to S25) are not satisfied, the nozzle cleaning is not started and the determination process ends.
- the cleaning water in the hot water tank 20 can be raised to a temperature used for local cleaning. Therefore, the nozzle cleaning can be performed after securing a sufficient amount of water and temperature to remove the germs attached to the nozzle device 100.
- the nozzle cleaning setting unit is configured by the nozzle cleaning setting switch 64 provided in the operation unit 52.
- the configuration of the nozzle cleaning setting unit is not limited to this, and can be determined by a user operation. As long as the configuration is operated, a configuration realized by operating other switches, an operation unit, or the like without providing a dedicated switch or the like may be used.
- the determination process of the nozzle cleaning start performed by the control unit is basically the same as the determination process in the sanitary washing device according to the second embodiment. The difference is that the temperature of hot water (wash water) is determined in the determination process.
- the determination process by the sanitary washing device according to the present embodiment will be specifically described with reference to FIG.
- FIG. 13 is a flowchart illustrating an example of the determination process of the nozzle cleaning start of the control unit according to the present embodiment.
- control part 55 determines first whether it is set to "the heat retention interruption” by the heat retention interruption setting switch 63 (step S31). If it is set to “Hot Thermal Suspension” (Yes in Step S31), it is next determined whether “Nozzle Cleaning” is set by the nozzle cleaning setting switch 64 (Step S32).
- the control unit 55 determines whether or not a predetermined time has passed since the previous use of hot water such as local cleaning (step S33). If the predetermined time has elapsed (Yes in step S33), the temperature of the cleaning water in the hot water tank 20 is measured by the hot water temperature measurement unit 22 to determine whether the temperature required for nozzle cleaning has been reached (step S34). ).
- the “temperature required for nozzle cleaning” herein may be substantially the same temperature as the hot water used for local cleaning, in other words, it may be a preset temperature range that can be used for local cleaning. That's fine.
- the control unit 55 determines whether or not the temperature measured by the hot water temperature measurement unit 22 has reached a temperature about 1 to 2 ° C. higher than about 40 ° C. If not reached (No in step S34), the hot water heater 21 is energized and heated to the determination temperature.
- step S34 determines whether nozzle cleaning has already been performed during the setting of the “warming interruption” (step S35). If the nozzle cleaning is not performed during the setting of “warming interruption” (Yes in step S35), the user is seated on the toilet seat 53, and a human body cleaning request is generated by performing a human body cleaning start operation by the operation unit 52. It is determined whether it is not (step S36). If a human body cleaning request has been generated (Yes in step S36), nozzle cleaning is not started and human body cleaning is performed.
- step S37 the control unit 55 starts nozzle cleaning (step S37) and ends the nozzle cleaning start determination process.
- step S37 ends the nozzle cleaning start determination process.
