Abstract

본 발명은, 제1병렬전원으로부터 출력된 전압을 수신하여 제1전압으로 하향 변환하는 제1전압변환부와, 상기 제1병렬전원보다 높은 전압을 출력하며, 상기 제1병렬전원과 병렬 연결된 제2병렬전원으로부터 출력된 전압을 수신하여 제2전압으로 하향 변환하는 제2전압변환부와, 상기 제1전압변환부에서 출력된 상기 제1전압을 통과 또는 차단하도록 동작하는 스위치; 및 비반전단자 및 반전단자에 각각 상기 제1전압 및 제2전압이 입력되면 턴 오프 신호를 상기 스위치로 피드백시키고, 상기 제2전압을 마이컴 전원에 전달하는 비교기를 포함하는 병렬전원이 연결된 전동압축기용 인버터 및 그 구동 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 전동압축기 인버터의 제어를 위한 마이컴이 저전압 인가만으로 구동이 가능하도록 하며, 고전압 인가시 저전압을 차단하고 고전압으로 마이컴을 구동시켜 전동압축기의 인버터 구동 전원을 선택적으로 사용할 수 있게 한다.
