本实用新型涉及民用航空业,尤其是指一种用于飞机上航空座椅的保险带装置。
背景技术
随着全世界民用航空业的迅速发展,人们旅行乘坐飞机的机会越来越多,乘坐飞机的安全性也越来越受到人们的重视。目前飞机上的航空座椅保险带装置,通常是由两条子母带组合而成,如图1所示,它需要乘客用双手配合插入而有效,而且保险带装置正放在乘客的肚子前方,当乘客在用餐或取物穿鞋时,容易受到伤害,它既不利于孕妇及儿童乘客的安全,也不利于老人或有手残疾和弱视力的乘客系扣和解扣保险带。甚至有乘客嫌麻烦而不扣安全带,在飞机的飞行途中遇到突然袭来的气流而措手不及,造成十分严重的损害。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本实用新型提供一种可以方便系扣,并且不会影响到乘客动作的保险带装置。
一种用于飞机上航空座椅的保险带装置,包括锁扣装置和带子,锁扣装置包括可以相互嵌合的插口和锁紧器,所述锁紧器固定在航空座椅的一侧,所述插口与固定在航空座椅另一侧的带子连接。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述锁紧器上设有可以松开插口的按钮。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,座椅上方上设有感应插口是否插入的安全信号灯,安全信号灯通过电缆连接在锁紧器上。
本实用新型将应用于小汽车的安全带装置应用于航天飞机上,避免锁扣放在肚子前方引起的不便,也方便老人或有手残疾和弱视力的乘客系扣和解扣保险带;上面设有的安全信号灯可以方便乘务人员检查乘客是否系上安全带,以避免不必要的伤害。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,一种用于飞机上航空座椅的保险带装置,包括锁扣装置和带子1,所述锁扣装置包括可以相互嵌合的插口2和锁紧器3,所述锁紧器3固定在航空座椅6的一侧,所述插口2与固定在航空座椅6另一侧的带子1连接。所述锁紧器3上设有可以松开插口2的按钮4。
另外,座椅6上方设有感应插口2是否插入的安全信号灯5,安全信号灯5通过电缆连接在锁紧器3上。
乘客入座位后,只需拉住保险带的插口2,插入座椅6另一侧的锁紧器3,保险带就会被自动锁定。反之,按下按钮4,则保险带自动解开。即像汽车轿车座椅6上的保险带装置那样,只需要改变现有保险带的锁卡装置则可。
另外本实用新型还在座椅6上方设有感应插口2是否插入的安全信号灯5,可以及时提醒乘客和引起航空乘务员的注意,从而避免乘客在飞机飞行途中遇到气流和飞机降落地面上时遇到惯性而受到伤害。
当然,本实用新型还可以有其他多种实施例,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可以根据本发明做出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所的权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种用于飞机上航空座椅的保险带装置,包括锁扣装置和带子(1),其特征在于:锁扣装置包括可以相互嵌合的插口(2)和锁紧器(3),所述锁紧器(3)固定在航空座椅的一侧,所述插口(2)与固定在航空座椅另一侧的带子(1)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于飞机上航空座椅的保险带装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧器(3)上设有可以松开插口(2)的按钮(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于飞机上航空座椅的保险带装置,其特征在于:座椅上方上设有感应插口(2)是否插入的安全信号灯(5),安全信号灯(5)通过电缆连接在锁紧器(3)上。
