本发明涉及一种金色避孕套的生产方法。
背景技术
目前避孕套的种类和颜色有很多种, 但由于胶乳和金色色浆的物 理和化学特征使其很难融合, 因此生产金色避孕套成为一个行业的难 题。 中国专利 2007100492970、 2007100492932分别公开了 "珠光避孕 套"和 "金黄色避孕套"。 采用金黄色珠光颜料粉与增稠剂、 氨水等配 制成金黄色珠光分散体, 将金黄色珠光分散体、 增稠剂加入预硫化胶 乳配制成增稠金色胶乳, 采用常规技术生产金色避孕套。 这种工艺虽 然可以生产出金色的避孕套, 但由于增稠剂的使用, 使胶乳的粘稠度 增加, 流平性差, 增加了后续生产的难度, 容易造成产品成品率降低, 而且不能采用联动生产线生产, 生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全简单、 产品合格率高的金色避孕套 的生产方法。
为达到上述目的, 本发明采用如下的技术方案:
本发明所述的金色避孕套的生产方法, 其特征在于包括如下步骤:
A)配制金色色浆, 采用金色珠光粉与分散剂、 润湿剂、 增稠剂、 软化水混合研磨, 产生金色色浆; B)配制金色胶乳, 将干胶含量为 35% 45%的预硫化离心胶乳 85-95重量份过滤至机台停放罐, 搅拌的同时加入 0.5-1.5重量份的防 沉剂, 直到防沉剂均匀分布在预硫化离心胶乳中; 再将步骤 A)产生的 金色色浆 3-10重量份加入到上述含有防沉剂的预硫化离心胶乳中, 搅 拌 10-30分钟, 使其充分分散均匀, 即得到金色胶乳;
CM吏用上述步骤 B)得到的金色胶乳,, 通过联动生产线, 采用常规 生产避孕套的工艺即可得到金色避孕套。
上述防沉剂为水性聚烯烃蜡类防沉剂。
采用上述技术方案以后, 金色色浆可以充分均匀地分散到胶乳中, 且胶乳体系粘度不会增加, 适合联动生产线浸渍生产避孕套, 有利于 大规模的避孕套套浸渍生产, 有利于大规模生产优质的金色避孕套产

ΠΠ 具体实施方式
实施例 1:
本发明所述的金色避孕套的生产方法包括如下步骤:
A)配制金色色浆, 采用金色珠光粉与分散剂、 润湿剂、 增稠剂、 软化水混合研磨, 产生金色色浆; 其中各组分重量比如为
金色珠光粉 60% 分散剂 1%
润湿剂 0. 5% 增稠剂 1-2%
软化水 余量;
配制金色色浆的方法是将分散剂、 润湿剂、 增稠剂依次加入球磨 罐中,然后放入软化水,最后将金色珠光粉加入球磨罐后在转速 60-120 转 /分钟的速度下进行研磨 30分钟即可。 另外, 金色色浆各组分重量比还可以是
金色珠光粉 40% 分散剂 1%
润湿剂 0. 5% 增稠剂 1-2%
软化水 余量;
上述分散剂采用聚羧酸钠盐; 润湿剂采用的是低分子环氧乙垸化 合物; 增稠剂采用的是疏水改性碱溶胀增稠剂。
金色色浆各组分重量份数比还可以采用现有技术中的其他配比方 式, 在此不再一一叙述。
B)配制金色胶乳,将干胶含量为 45%的预硫化离心胶乳 85重量份 过滤至机台停放罐, 搅拌的同时加入 0.5重量份的防沉剂, 直到防沉剂 均匀分布在预硫化离心胶乳中; 再将步骤 A)产生的金色色浆 3重量份 加入到上述含有防沉剂的预硫化离心胶乳中, 搅拌 10分钟, 使其充分 分散均匀, 即得到金色胶乳;
CM吏用上述步骤 B)得到的金色胶乳, 通过联动生产线, 采用常规 生产避孕套的工艺即可得到金色避孕套。
所述防沉剂为水性聚烯烃蜡类防沉剂。该类防沉剂使用方便,且不 影响体系的表面粘度,在防沉降的同时提供很好的流平性。
实施例 2:
同实施例 1, 其中配制金色胶乳各组份的重量分数比为
干胶含量为 35%的预硫化离心胶乳 95;
金色色浆 10;
防沉剂 5。
当然, 配制金色胶乳各组份的重量分数比可以在工艺设计要求的 范围内适当调整。 搅拌时间根据各组分配比的情况而变化, 以金色色 浆能够均匀分散到胶乳中为最终目的, 通常为 10 30分钟。

权利要求书
1、 金色避孕套的生产方法, 其特征在于包括如下步骤:
A) 配制金色色浆, 采用金色珠光粉与分散剂、 润湿剂、 增稠剂、 软化 水混合研磨, 产生金色色浆;
B)配制金色胶乳, 将干胶含量为 35% 45%的预硫化离心胶乳 85-95 重量份过滤至机台停放罐, 搅拌的同时加入 0.5-1.5重量份的防沉剂, 直到防沉剂均匀分布在预硫化离心胶乳中; 再将步骤 A)产生的金色色 浆 3-10重量份加入到上述含有防沉剂的预硫化离心胶乳中,搅拌 10-30 分钟, 使其充分分散均匀, 即得到金色胶乳;
C)使用上述步骤 B)得到的金色胶乳, 通过联动生产线, 采用常规生产 避孕套的工艺即可得到金色避孕套。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的金色避孕套的生产方法, 其特征在于: 所述 防沉剂为水性聚烯烃蜡类防沉剂。
