Abstract

본 발명은 마늘다지기와 육류,생선,비닐봉지,햄 등 다양한 식재료를 손쉽게 절단하며 당근,감자의 껍질을 벗기는 필러와 가위 사용 후 세척이 용이하고 장기간 사용하여도 상하부가위날의 밀착력이 유지되는 주방용 가위에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 상하가위날 몸체가 X자형으로 힌지 결합되거나 U자형 탄성편으로 일체로 결합되는 통상의 가위에 있어서, 상하부가위날 몸체에 마늘이나 생강을 으깨는 마늘다지기부와 체적이 있는 야채를 절단하는 야채절단부, 육류를 절단하는 육류절단부, 감자의 껍질을 벗기는 필러를 설치하고, 힌지부에는 스프링 끼움홈이 형성된 힌지축과 토션스프링, 스프링 제어변을 가진 노브로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
