Abstract

본 발명은 감압증류된 탈아스팔트유를 이용하여 윤활기유를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하게는 용매 탈아스팔트 공정(SDA)으로부터 얻어진 유분을 감압증류하여 중질 탈아스팔트유(H-DAO) 및 경질 탈아스팔트유(Lt-DAO)를 얻고, 각각을 촉매반응공정 및 수소화 반응공정 처리하여 다양한 종류의 윤활기유를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 종래의 촉매 반응공정으로 얻지 못하였던 고점도 등급의 중질 윤활기유 (150BS) 제품뿐만 아니라, 수소화 반응공정을 처리하여 그룹Ⅲ 윤활기유를 고수율로 얻을 수 있어 경제성 및 효율성 측면에서 우수하다.
