- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 신축지지유닛(601)은,상기 베이스(3)에 세워져 고정된 외통(300),상기 외통(300) 안에 설치된 쇼크 업소버(310),하단부가 상기 외통(300)안의 쇼크 업소버(310)에 연결되며, 상단부가 상기 주 좌판(2a)의 밑면에 고정된 스핀들(200), 및상기 쇼크 업소버(310)의 내부에 설치되어 쇼크 업소버가 신장되도록 탄성력을 발휘하는 스프링;을 포함하며,상기 주좌판(2a)과 상기 보조좌판(2b)은 서로 연결된 상태에서 상하 방향으로 이동이 가능하고,사람이 상기 주 좌판(2a) 및 보조좌판(2b)에 앉을 때는 상기 쇼크 업소버(310)가 천천히 수축되고, 사람이 상기 좌판들에서 일어서려고 할 때는 상기 스프링의 탄성력이 발휘되어 상기 쇼크 업소버(15)가 천천히 신장되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 신축지지유닛(601)은,상기 베이스(3)에 세워져 고정된 외통(300),상기 외통(300) 안에 설치된 전동 실린더, 및하단부가 상기 외통(300)안의 전동 실린더에 연결되며, 상단부가 상기 주 좌판(2a)의 밑면에 고정된 스핀들(200)을 포함하며;상기 주 좌판(2a)과 상기 보조좌판(2b)은 서로 연결된 상태에서 상하 방향으로 이동이 가능하고,상기 전동 실린더의 수축 또는 신장에 따라 상기 주 좌판(2a)이 하강하거나 상승하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 제10항, 제11항 및 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외통(300)은 상기 베이스(3)에 대한 수직(垂直) 방향으로부터 상기 보조 좌판(2b) 쪽을 향하여 1~10° 만큼 기울어진 상태로 상기 베이스(3)상에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 사람의 둔부가 닿아 앉을 수 있는 좌판(2);상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 부분에 회동가능하게 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 접촉하여 지지되는 신축지지유닛(602); 및상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 부분에 회동가능하게 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 접촉하여 지지되는 제2지지로드(12);를 포함하며,상기 신축지지유닛(602)은, 하단부가 지면과 접촉하여 지지되는 제1지지로드(11), 및 하단부가 상기 제1지지로드(11)와 연결되고 상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 부분에 연결된 쇼크 업소버(15)를 포함하고,상기 제1지지로드(11)와 상기 제2지지로드(12)는 서로 X자 형태로 교차된 상태에서 로드 체결핀(400)에 의해 상호 회동가능하게 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제2지지로드(12)의 하단부는 베이스(3)와의 결합에 의해 위치가 고정되며, 상기 제1지지로드(11)의 하단부는 바퀴(31a)가 설치되어, 사람이 의자에 앉으면 상기 제1지지로드(11)의 하단부가 의자의 앞쪽 방향을 향해 이동하였다가, 사람이 의자에서 일어서면 상기 제1지지로드(11)의 하단부가 의자의 뒤쪽 방향을 향해 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1지지로드(11)의 하단부는 베이스(3)와의 결합에 의해 위치가 고정되며, 상기 제2지지로드(12)의 하단부는 바퀴(32b)가 설치되어, 사람이 의자에 앉으면 상기 제2지지로드(12)의 하단부가 의자의 앞쪽 방향을 향해 이동하였다가, 사람이 의자에서 일어서면 상기 제2지지로드(12)의 하단부가 의자의 뒤쪽 방향을 향해 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 사람의 둔부가 닿아 앉을 수 있는 좌판(2);상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽을 향하며, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 접촉하여 지지되는 제1지지로드(401);상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 부분에 회동가능하게 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 접촉하여 지지되는 제2지지로드(402);하단(下端)이 상기 제1지지로드(401)의 상단부와 체결핀(651)에 의해서 회동가능하게 핀 결합되고, 상기 좌판(2)의 전단부와 후단부 사이에 위치한 힘 작용지점(23)에 그 상단(上端)이 회동가능하게 결합됨으로써, 상기 좌판(2)과 상기 제2지지로드(402)를 연결하는 연결로드(650);상기 제1지지로드(401)와 상기 제2지지로드(402)의 교차지점을 핀 결합하는 로드 체결핀(400); 및상기 힘 작용지점(23)과 상기 로드 체결핀(400)의 사이에 설치된 쇼크 업소버(450);를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제1지지로드(401)의 상단부와 상기 제2지지로드(402)의 하단부의 사이에 설치된 제2쇼크 업소버(460)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 사람의 둔부가 닿아 앉을 수 있는 좌판(2);상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 부분에 회동가능하게 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 위치가 고정된 상태로 회동 가능하게 지지되는 기본 지지로드(500);상단부가 상기 기본 지지로드(500)의 길이 중에 회동 가능하게 고정되고, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 위치가 고정된 상태로 회동 가능하게 지지되는 제1쇼크 업소버(510); 및상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 부분에 회동가능하게 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 기본 지지로드(500)의 길이 중에 회동가능하게 고정되는 제2쇼크 업소버(520);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 사람의 둔부가 닿아 앉을 수 있는 좌판(2);상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 부분에 회동가능하게 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 접촉하여 지지되는 신축지지유닛(602); 및상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 부분에 회동가능하게 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 접촉하여 지지되는 제2지지로드(12);를 포함하며,상기 신축지지유닛(602)은, 하단부가 지면과 접촉하여 지지되는 제1지지로드(11), 및 하단부가 상기 제1지지로드(11)와 연결되고 상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 부분에 연결된 전동 실린더를 포함하고,상기 제1지지로드(11)와 상기 제2지지로드(12)는 서로 X자 형태로 교차된 상태에서 로드 체결핀(400)에 의해 상호 회동가능하게 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 사람의 둔부가 닿아 앉을 수 있는 좌판(2);상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽을 향하며, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 접촉하여 지지되는 제1지지로드(401);상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 부분에 회동가능하게 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 접촉하여 지지되는 제2지지로드(402);하단(下端)이 상기 제1지지로드(401)의 상단부와 체결핀(651)에 의해서 회동가능하게 핀 결합되고, 상기 좌판(2)의 전단부와 후단부 사이에 위치한 힘 작용지점(23)에 그 상단(上端)이 회동가능하게 결합됨으로써, 상기 좌판(2)과 상기 제2지지로드(402)를 연결하는 연결로드(650);상기 제1지지로드(401)와 상기 제2지지로드(402)의 교차지점을 핀 결합하는 로드 체결핀(400); 및상기 힘 작용지점(23)과 상기 로드 체결핀(400)의 사이에 설치된 전동 실린더;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 제1지지로드(401)의 상단부와 상기 제2지지로드(402)의 하단부의 사이에 설치된 제2전동 실린더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
- 사람의 둔부가 닿아 앉을 수 있는 좌판(2);상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 부분에 회동가능하게 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 위치가 고정된 상태로 회동 가능하게 지지되는 기본 지지로드(500);상단부가 상기 기본 지지로드(500)의 길이 중에 회동 가능하게 고정되고, 하단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 앞쪽 위치의 하방에서 지면에 위치가 고정된 상태로 회동 가능하게 지지되는 전동 실린더; 및상단부가 상기 좌판(2)의 뒤쪽 부분에 회동가능하게 고정되며, 하단부가 상기 기본 지지로드(500)의 길이 중에 회동가능하게 고정되는 전동 실린더;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 앉고 일어서기 쉬운 의자.
