20还包括: 配置管理模块 204, 连接所述无线接入点模块, 用于接收所述终端 设备的路径选择指令,选择通过所述站点模块或无线调整解调器模块将所述终 端设备连接至互联网。 可选地, 本实施例的无线路由器 20, 还用于当存在固网的无线接入点时, 优先选择所述固网的无线接入点, 将所述终端设备连接至互联网。 可选地, 本发明实施例的无线路由器 20还包括: 路由模块 205, 用于接 收来自所述终端设备或互联网的报文,根据报文的目的地址,将所述报文从所 述终端设备路由至互联网; 或者将来自互联网的报文路由至所述终端设备。具 体地: 路由模块根据 MAC地址判断, 如果目的 MAC地址在 MAC表中, 则 转发到本地网络, 否则发送到 IP层; 在 IP层根据目的 IP地址判断, 如果是 访问无线路由器则发送到传输层处理; 如果是访问外网的请求, 则把 IP数据 包路由到 WAN接口上 可选地, 本发明实施例的无线路由器的无线接入点模块 201 采用局域网 LAN接口连接所述终端设备;站点模块 202采用广域网 WAN接口连接所述固 网的无线接入点设备; 无线调制解调器模块 203采用广域网 WAN接口连接所 述移动网的接入设备。 本发明实施例提供的无线移动路由器, 采用两个 WLAN芯片, 一个作为 AP, 一个作为 STA, 既可以当作 AP给本地 STA提供接入服务, 同时还能作 为 STA连接提供 Internet服务的 AP上, 实现上网功能, 还可以选择通过固网 的热点或者无线 modem接入到 Internet 该无线路由器可以自由选择 AP或无 线 Modem拨号上网, 在有固网热点时可以优先选择固网热点来拨号上网, 降 低了用户资费, 增大移动路由器的使用范围。 本发明实施例还提供了一种无线路由方法,该方法的执行主体为前述实施 例的无线路由器 20。 图 5为本发明实施例的无线路由方法整体流程图, 如图 5 所示:

将所述终端设备连接至互联网。 可选地, S503 可以具体包括: 接收所述终端设备的路径选择指令; 根据 所述路径选择指令,选择将所述终端设备通过固网的无线接入点设备连接至互 联网, 或者通过移动网的接入设备连接至互联网。 可选地, S503 还可以具体包括: 当存在固网的无线接入点时, 优先选择 所述固网的无线接入点, 将所述终端设备连接至互联网。 可选地, 所述方法还包括:
5504、 接收来自所述终端设备或互联网的报文;
5505、 根据报文的目的地址, 将所述报文从所述终端设备路由至互联网; 或者将来自互联网的报文路由至所述终端设备。 下面结合图 4 的系统原理图来举例说明本发明实施例的无线路由方法过 程:
步骤一、 无线路由器 20的 AP模块 201提供热点服务, 用户 PDA、 笔记 本等终端设备 10上网时先连接到 AP模块 201上; AP模块 201在无线路由器 20中的接口为 LAN口, 终端设备的数据包发送到 LAN接口上; 步骤二、 终端设备 10通过 LAN 口连接无线路由器, 通过配置管理模块 204来选择 WAN1、 WAN2的接口连接 Internet; 步骤三、 当用户选择 WAN1连接 Internet时, STA模块 202根据用户配置 参数来连接指定的 AP, 使用预配置的用户名和密码接入到运营商网络中, 其 中, 用户配置参数包括例如 STA模块 202根据配置管理模块 204保存的固网 AP的 SSID( Service Set Identifier,服务集标识);当用户选择 WAN2连接 Internet 时, 无线路由器通过用户配置的拨号参数, 使用 Modem模块 203连接到移动 网各中; 步骤四、 无线路由器的路由模块 205根据报文的目的地址进行报文转发。 具体地, 可以根据 MAC地址判断, 如果目的 MAC地址在 MAC表中, 则转 发到本地网络, 否则发送到 IP层; 在 IP层根据目的 IP地址判断, 如果是访 问无线路由器 20则发送到传输层处理; 如果是访问外网的请求, 则把 IP数据
包路由到 WAN接口上。其中,所述的在 IP层根据目的 IP地址判断具体包括: 在 IP层解析数据包目的 IP地址, 和路由器 LAN接口的 IP进行比较。
通过上面的处理流程,用户终端可以通过本发明实施例的无线路由器选择 固网或移动网络接入到 Internet 本发明无线路由方法解决了用户选择 WLAN AP或者无线 Modem接入 Internet的问题,在有固网 WLAN热点覆盖和无线网络覆盖的地方都能接入到 Internet,扩大了用户终端的接入范围。 通过本发明实施例的方法, 用户可以选 择资费较低的方式接入到网络中, 减低了用户的费用。
照前述实施例对本发明实施例进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当 理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部 分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质 脱离本发明实施例各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims
1、 一种无线路由器, 其特征在于, 所述无线路由器包括:
无线接入点模块,通过无线链路连接终端设备, 用于实现所述终端设备的 无线接入;
站点模块, 通过无线链路连接固网的无线接入点设备, 用于将所述终端设 备通过所述固网的无线接入点设备连接至互联网;
无线调制解调器模块,通过无线链路连接移动网的接入设备, 用于将所述 终端设备通过所述移动网的接入设备连接至互联网。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的无线路由器, 其特征在于, 所述无线路由器还包 括:
配置管理模块, 连接所述无线接入点模块, 用于接收所述终端设备的路径 选择指令,选择通过所述站点模块或无线调整解调器模块将所述终端设备连接 至互联网。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的无线路由器, 其特征在于, 所述无线路由器还包 括:
路由模块, 用于接收来自所述终端设备或互联网的报文,根据报文的目的 地址,将所述报文从所述终端设备路由至互联网; 或者将来自互联网的报文路 由至所述终端设备。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的无线路由器, 其特征在于,
所述无线接入点模块采用局域网 LAN接口连接所述终端设备;
所述站点模块采用广域网 WAN接口连接所述固网的无线接入点设备; 所述无线调制解调器模块采用广域网 WAN接口连接所述移动网的接入设 备。
5、 一种无线路由方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
通过无线链路连接终端设备, 为所述终端设备提供无线接入;
通过无线链路连接固网的无线接入点以及移动网的接入设备;
从所述固网的无线接入点以及移动网的接入设备中选择其中之一,将所述 终端设备连接至互联网。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 从所述固网的无线接入点以 及移动网的接入设备中选择其中之一, 将所述终端设备连接至互联网包括: 接收所述终端设备的路径选择指令;
根据所述路径选择指令,选择将所述终端设备通过固网的无线接入点设备 连接至互联网, 或者通过移动网的接入设备连接至互联网。
7、根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 从所述固网的无线接入点以 及移动网的接入设备中选择其中之一进行无线接入还包括:
当存在固网的无线接入点时,优先选择所述固网的无线接入点, 将所述终 端设备连接至互联网。
8、 一种无线路由系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 终端设备, 无线路 由器、 固网的无线接入点设备以及移动网的接入设备; 所述终端设备通过无线 链路连接所述无线路由器;所述无线路由器通过无线链路连接所述固网的无线 接入点设备以及所述移动网的接入设备;
所述无线路由器, 用于通过无线链路连接终端设备, 为所述终端设备提供 无线接入; 将所述终端设备通过固网的无线接入点设备连接至互联网, 或者通 过移动网的接入设备连接至互联网。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的无线路由系统, 其特征在于,
所述终端设备, 用于向所述无线路由器发送路径选择指令, 所述路径选择 指令用于指示通过站点模块或通过无线调制解调器模块来连接至互联网; 所述无线路由器,还用于接收所述终端设备的路径选择指令,选择通过所 述站点模块或无线调整解调器模块将所述终端设备连接至互联网。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的无线路由系统, 其特征在于,
所述无线路由器,还用于接收来自所述终端设备或互联网的报文,根据报 文的目的地址,将所述报文从所述终端设备路由至互联网; 或者将来自互联网 的报文路由至所述终端设备。
