图 2是本发明实施例提供的打印装置纵向剖视图; 图 3是图 2所示的打印装置的可动支架打开时的结构示意图; 图 4是图 2所示的打印装置的可动支架闭合时的局部放大结构示意图; 以 及 图 5是图 2所示的打印装置的可动支架打开时的局部放大结构示意图。 具体实施方式 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征 可以相互组合。 下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种打印装置。 以下以点阵式打印装置举例 来进行描述。 图 2是本发明实施例提供的打印装置纵向剖视图。 如图所示, 打印装置包括: 机架 1 ; 可动支架 2 , 与机架 1铰接; 容纳卷 筒纸的纸仓 3 , 设置于机架 1上; 以及打印机构 4和第一输送辊组件 5 , 沿卷 筒纸输送方向依次设置于第一走纸通道 6中, 位于纸仓 3的下游, 其中, 第一 输送昆组件 5包括: 主动 昆 51 , 安装在可动支架 2上; 以及从动 昆 52 , 安装 在机架 1上; 其中, 打印机构 4包括: 打印垫板 41 , 与可动支架 2连接; 打印 头 42 , 与机架 1连接, 其中, 打印垫板 41与可动支架 2可活动地连接并且打 印垫板 41 相对于铰接部具有第一位置和第二位置, 其中, 在第一位置, 打印 垫板 41与打印头 42相配合, 在第二位置, 打印垫板 41相对于铰接部的最外 端与铰接部的距离小于等于从动辊 52和铰接部之间的距离。 在该实施例中, 由于可动支架 2与机架 1铰接并且打印垫板 41和打印头 42分别设置于可动支架 2与机架 1上, 因而, 在可动支架 2相对机架 1打开或 闭合的过程中, 打印垫板 41和打印头 42也能够分别随可动支架 2与机架 1运 动而分离或配合, 并且打印垫板 41可以避开从动 昆 52。 从而, 通过上述实施 例, 能够便于更换打印介质以及进行清洁打印头等维护工作。 其中, 打印垫板 41与可动支架 2可活动地连接, 并且打印垫板 41相对于 可动支架 2具有第一位置和第二位置, 在打印垫板 41相对于可动支架 2处于 第一位置时, 可动支架 2与机架 1相配合, 打印垫板 41与点阵式打印头 42相 配合, 在打印垫板 41相对于可动支架 2处于第二位置时, 打印垫板 41相对于 可动支架 2与机架 1铰接点的半径变小,打印垫板 41与铰接部的最大距离(打 印垫板相对于铰接部的最外端与所述铰接部的距离) 小于等于从动辊 52 和铰 接部之间的距离, 以便在可动支架 2与机架 1相分离时, 打印垫板 41不会接 触到从动昆 52。 如图所示, 可动支架 2与机架 1铰接, 可以相对机架 1打开或闭合。 在机 架 1长度方向的一侧, 对应于可动支架 2的下方, 设置有用于容纳卷筒纸的纸 仓 3。 沿卷筒纸输送方向, 在纸仓 3的下游, 依次设有打印机构 4和第一输送辊 组件 5。 打印机构 4包括打印垫板 41和点阵式打印头 42。 其中, 打印垫板 41 与可动支架 2活动地连接, 点阵式打印头 42与机架 1 固定连接, 打印垫板 41 可以随可动支架 2翻转打开, 与点阵式打印头 42配合或分离。 第一输送辊组 件 5靠近打印垫板 41 , 包括主动辊 51和从动辊 52 , 其中主动辊 51安装在可 动支架 2上, 从动辊 52安装在机架 1上, 主动辊 51随可动支架 2同步运动, 与从动辊 52分离或配合。 当可动支架 2相对于机架 1闭合时, 打印垫板 41与 点阵式打印头 42的打印端面相对, 主动棍 51与从动棍 52相切配合, 共同形 成第一走纸通道 6 , 并且在主动棍 51与从动棍 52之间具有第一出纸口 61 , 卷 筒纸从纸仓 3输入第一走纸通道 6 ,点针式打印头 42在驱动机构(图中未显示) 的驱动下沿打印垫板 41 长度方向往返运动, 运动过程中, 打印针将覆盖在打 印头端面的墨带 (图中未显示) 上的墨汁击打到打印介质上, 从而形成设定的 图像和文字, 完成打印的卷筒纸在第一输送辊组件 5驱动下排出打印装置。 当 可动支架 2相对于机架 1打开时, 打印垫板 41相对于可动支架 2向远离从动 辊 52的方向移动, 从而打印垫板 41在不与从动辊 52发生千涉的情况下随可 动支架 2翻转打开, 与点阵式打印头 42分离, 使纸仓 3和第一走纸通道 6完 全敞开, 便于更换卷筒纸和清洁打印头。 在机架 1长度方向的另一侧, 对应于点阵式打印头 42的下方, 设有用于 输送单张纸的第二走纸通道 7。 第二通道 7的入纸端与外界入纸口 71连通, 其 出纸端经过打印机构 4与第二出纸口 72连通。 在第二通道 7内设有用于输送 单张纸的第二输送辊组件 8。 第二输送辊组件 8包括至少一对输送辊, 优选地, 本实施例中第二输送辊组件 8包括第一对输送辊 81和第二对输送辊 82两组输 送棍, 其中, 第一对输送棍 81位于第二通道 7的入纸端, 第二对输送棍 82位 于第二通道 7临近打印机构 4的一端。 这样, 单张纸由入纸口 71输入, 在第 二输送棍组件 7驱动下, 经过打印机构 4完成打印后, 由从动棍和打印头之间 设置的第二出纸口 72排出打印装置。 下面详细介绍本实施例中打印装置的可动支架 2的开合结构。 图 3是图 2 所示的打印装置可动支架 2打开时的结构示意图; 图 4是图 2所示的打印装置 的可动支架闭合时的局部放大示意图; 图 5是图 2所示的打印装置的可动支架 打开时的局部放大示意图。 如图 3所示, 在可动支架 2上通过转轴 21铰接设置有扳手 22 , 在机架 1 上固定设置有与转轴 21相配合的开口向上的限位槽 11和与扳手 22卡接配合 的锁紧轴 12 ,当可动支架 2相对于机架 1闭合时,转轴 21与限位槽 11相配合, 扳手 22与锁紧轴 12卡接锁紧, 可动支架 2相对于机架 1 固定; 按下扳手 22, 扳手 22脱离锁紧轴 12 , 继续向上抬起扳手 22 , 可动支架 2可随之翻转打开。 打印机构 4 中的打印垫板 41 沿打印纸宽度方向延伸设置, 包括与点阵式 打印头 42的打印端面相对配合的支撑面 411 , 以及垂直于支撑面 411的右端面 412、 左端面 413 , 在右端面 412和左端面 413上对称设置有定位柱 414和长槽 孑 L 415。 其中定位柱 414垂直于打印垫板 41的左端面 322和右端面 323 , 位于 靠近支撑面 411 的一侧; 长槽孔 415沿走纸方向设置在打印垫板 41 上远离支 撑面 411的一侧, 长槽孔 415的长度方向与支撑面 411垂直。 优选地, 定位柱 414中心、 长槽孔 415宽度方向的中心线与支撑面 411沿打印针高度方向上的 中心线重合, 即长槽孔 415中心、 定位柱 414中心以及支撑面 411沿打印针高 度方向上的中心三点连成一条直线, 这样能够使支撑面 411受力更加均匀, 从 而保证打印质量。 转轴 21 穿过打印垫板 41 的长槽孔 415, 支撑打印垫板 41 与可动支架 2 活动连接在一起, 长槽孔 415的长度大于转轴 21直径, 其宽度与转轴 21相匹 配, 因 打印垫板 41可以相对可动支架 2沿长 ^曹孔 415的长度方向移动, 同时可以绕转轴 21相对可动支架 2转动。 在可动支架 2的侧面上, 设有与定位柱 414接触配合的导向槽 24。 导向槽 24开口向下, 包括锁钩部 241和导引部 242。 其中锁钩部 241位于靠近打印通 道的一端,其形状为与定位柱 414相配合的圓弧;导引部 242为一与锁钩部 241 的圓弧相切过渡的斜边, 向远离打印垫板支撑面的方向延伸, 其方向与打印垫 板 41的支撑面 411呈锐角设置。 在打印垫板 41与可动支架 2之间, 设置有拉簧 23 , 其一端与打印垫板 41 的定位柱 414 固定连接, 另一端与设置在可动支架 2上的转轴 21 固定连接。 受拉簧 23的作用, 打印垫板 41的定位柱 414始终存在沿导向槽 24的导引部 242 向远离锁钩部 241 方向移动的趋势, 所以打印垫板 41 也始终具有以转轴 21为圓心相对可动支架 2转动,并受导引部 242限制向远离锁钩部 241方向移 动的趋势, 即打印垫板 41在定位柱 414与导向槽 24、 长槽孔 415与转轴 21 以及拉簧 23三者作用下, 具有在绕转轴 21旋转的同时沿导引部 242和长槽孔 415移动趋势。 在可动支架 2打开的状态下, 定位柱 414受拉簧 24作用移动到 导引部 242远离锁钩部 241 的末端, 此时, 由于打印垫板 41上的长槽孑 ϋ 415 临近定位柱 414的一端已经与转轴 21接触, 因此打印垫板 41无法再沿长槽孔 415长度方向移动, 定位柱 414也不能继续沿导引部 242移动, 打印垫板 41 相对可动支架 2处于静止位置。 下面详细介绍可动支架 2的打开过程。 如图 4所示, 当可动支架 2相对于机架 1闭合时, 可动支架 2上的转轴 21 与机架 1上的第一限位槽 12相配合, 铰接在转轴 21上的扳手 22与机架 1上 的锁紧轴 1 1卡接锁紧, 可动支架 2相对机架 1 固定。 在机架 1上与定位柱 414 对应位置上横向设置有第二限位槽 13 ,第二限位槽 13的从向高度与定位柱 414 外径相配合, 横向宽度大于定位柱 414的外径。 当可动支架 2相对于机架 1闭 合时, 打印垫板 41的定位柱 414与导向槽 24的锁紧部 241卡合, 并由第二限 位槽 13的下槽面 131支撑, 其位置相对机架 1 固定, 因此打印垫板 41在转轴 21和定位柱 414支撑作用下位置相对于点阵式打印头 42位置固定。 如图 5所示, 当开启可动支架 2时, 按下扳手 22 , 抬起可动支架 2 , 在可 动支架 2运动过程中, 定位柱 414在拉簧 23作用下, 沿第二限位槽 13的上槽 面 132和可动支架 2上的导向槽 24的导引部 242向远离打印通道的方向移动, 当定位柱 414脱离第二限位槽 13的上槽面 132后, 定位柱 414继续沿导向槽 24的导引部 242向远离锁钩部 241的方向移动。同时,随着定位柱 414的移动, 打印垫板 41一边绕转轴 21转动, 一边沿长槽孔 415长度方向向远离点阵式打 印头 42的方向移动。 当打印垫板 41上的长槽孔 415临近支撑面 411一端与转 轴 21接触时, 打印垫板 41相对可动支架 2处于静止位置。 这样, 打印垫板 41 在随可动支架 2翻转打开的过程中, 打印垫板 41在绕转轴 21旋转的同时, 沿 可动支架 2的导引部 242移动, 使打印垫板 41随可动支架 2翻转打开的旋转 半径缩小, 从而打印垫板 41在旋转过程中能够避开从动辊 52 , 将纸仓 3和走 纸通道 6完全敞开。 优选地, 可动支架 2上设置有与偏压导向槽 24相对应的用于支撑定位柱
414的第二限位槽 13。第二限位槽 13开口向上, 包括: 水平延伸的下槽面 131 ; 水平延伸的上槽面 132 , 与下槽面 131相对地设置; 倾斜导引面 133 , 与下槽 面 131相连接。 当相对机架 1闭合可动支架 2时, 初始时, 打印垫板 41相对于可动支架 2 处于静止位置, 因此, 在随可动支架 2向机架 1 闭合的过程中打印垫板 41不 会与从动辊 52发生千涉。 随着可动支架 2继续向机架 1 闭合, 当定位柱 414 接触到第二限位槽 13的下槽面 131时, 继续按下可动支架 2 , 定位柱 414受可 动支架 2的导引部 242和第二限位槽 13下槽面 131作用, 沿导引部 242和下 槽面 131向点阵式打印头 42方向移动, 同时, 在拉簧 23的作用下, 打印垫板 41一边绕转轴 21向靠近从动棍方向转动, 一边沿长槽孔 415方向向接近点阵 式打印头 42的方向移动, 当定位柱 414与可动支架 2的锁钩部 241卡合时, 导向槽 24以及第二限位槽 13的下槽面 131共同限制定位柱 414的位置, 定位 柱 414位置相对固定, 因此打印垫板 41的位置相对固定, 同时转轴 21与第一 限位槽 11相配合, 扳手 22与锁紧轴 12配合锁紧, 可动支架 2相对于机架 1 闭合锁紧。 通过上述结构, 使可动支架 2相对于机架 1翻转打开时, 安装在可动支架
2上的打印垫板 41随可动支架 2翻转打开的旋转半径缩小,翻转时能够避开位 于在其上方的从动辊 52 , 从而可以轻易打开可动支架 2 , 将卷筒纸走纸通道全 部敞开, 便于进行上纸、 清洁打印头等操作。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实施例所提供的打印装置便于用户上 纸操作, 也方便用户进行清除塞纸、 清洁打印头等维护操作, 极大地提高了打 印装置的操作性和维护性。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领 域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之 内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种打印装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
机架 ( 1 );
可动支架(2 ), 经由铰接部与所述机架( 1 )铰接以相对于所述机架 ( 1 ) 打开或闭合;
容纳卷筒纸的纸仓 ( 3 ), 设置于所述机架 ( 1 ) 上;
打印机构(4), 位于所述纸仓(3) 的下游, 沿卷筒纸输送方向设置 于第一走纸通道 (6) 中; 以及
第一输送辊组件 (5), 位于所述打印机构 (4) 的下游, 包括: 主动辊 (51), 安装在所述可动支架 (2) 上; 以及
从动辊 ( 52 ), 安装在所述机架 ( 1 ) 上,
其中, 所述打印机构 (4) 包括:
打印垫板(41), 与所述可动支架 (2) 连接; 以及
打印头 (42), 与所述机架 ( 1) 连接,
其中, 所述打印垫板 ( 41 )与所述可动支架( 2 )可活动地连接并且 所述打印垫板 ( 41 )相对于所述铰接部具有第一位置和第二位置, 其中, 在所述第一位置, 所述打印垫板 (41) 与所述打印头 (42) 相配合, 在 所述第二位置, 所述打印垫板 (41) 相对于铰接部的最外端与所述铰接 部的距离小于等于所述从动辊 (52) 和所述铰接部之间的距离。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的打印装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一出纸口 ( 61 ), 位于所述主动辊 ( 51 )和所述从动辊 ( 52 )之间; 以及
第二出纸口 ( 72 ), 位于所述从动辊( 52 )和所述打印头( 42 )之间。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的打印装置, 其特征在于,
所述打印垫板 (41) 包括:
支撑面 (411), 与所述打印头 (42) 的打印端面相对配合; 以 及 右端面 (412)和左端面 (413), 垂直于所述支撑面 (411), 其 中, 在所述右端面 (412) 和所述左端面 (413) 上分别设置有定位 柱 (414) 和长槽孑 L (415 ),
所述可动支架( 2 )包括支撑所述打印垫板 ( 41 )的左侧板和右侧板, 所述左侧板和所述右侧板上分别设置有偏压导向槽 (24) 和转轴 (21), 在所述打印垫板( 41 )与所述可动支架( 2 )之间设置有弹性元件( 23 ), 所述弹性元件( 23 )一端与所述定位柱( 414 )连接, 另一端与所述转轴 (21 ) 连接,
其中, 所述可动支架(2)上的所述偏压导向槽(24)与所述打印垫 板 (41) 上的所述定位柱 (414) 相配合, 所述可动支架 (2) 上的所述 转轴 (21) 穿过所述打印垫板 (41) 上的所述长槽孔 (415), 所述弹性 元件 ( 23 )通过所述长槽孔( 415 )和偏压导向槽 ( 24 )使所述打印垫板 (41) 具有所述第一位置和所述第二位置。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的打印装置, 其特征在于, 在所述可动框架( 2 )相 对于所述主框架( 1)开启时,所述可动框架(2)通过所述弹性元件(723 ) 带动所述打印垫板 (41) 沿所述长槽孔 (415) 和所述偏压导向槽 (24) 运动以使所述打印垫板(41) 从所述第一位置向所述第二位置运动。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的打印装置, 其特征在于, 所述长槽孔(415)的长 度方向与所述支撑面 (411) 垂直, 且所述长槽孔 (415) 的长度大于所 述转轴 (21) 直径, 宽度与所述转轴 (21)相匹配。
6. 根据权利要求 3所述的打印装置, 其特征在于, 所述定位柱(414)的中 心、 所述长槽孔 (415) 宽度方向的中心线以及与所述支撑面 (411) 沿 打印针高度方向上的中心线重合。
7. 根据权利要求 3所述的打印装置, 其特征在于, 所述偏压导向槽 (24) 开口向下, 包括:
锁钩部 (241), 呈圓弧状, 位于所述偏压导向槽 (24) 的远离所述 转轴 (21) 的一端, 用于与所述定位柱 (414 )相配合; 以及
所述导引部 ( 242 ), 与所述锁钩部 ( 241 ) 的圓弧相切过渡。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的打印装置, 其特征在于, 所述机架( 1 )上设置有 与所述偏压导向槽(24)相对应的用于支撑所述定位柱(414)的第二限 位槽 ( 13 )。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的打印装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二限位槽 ( 13 ) 包括:
水平延伸的下 ^曹面 ( 131 );
水平延伸的上槽面 ( 132), 与所述下槽面 ( 131 )相连接并与所述下 槽面 ( 131 ) 相对地设置; 以及
倾斜导引面 ( 133), 与所述下槽面 ( 131) 相连接。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的打印装置, 其特征在于, 在所述可动支架(2)上 设置有扳手 (22), 在所述机架( 1 )上设置有锁紧轴( 11 ), 其中, 在所 述可动支架 (2) 相对于所述机架 ( 1) 闭合时, 所述扳手 (22) 与所述 锁紧轴 ( 11) 卡接锁紧。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的打印装置, 其特征在于, 所述扳手(22)通过转 轴 (21) 与所述可动支架 (2) 相铰接, 在所述机架 ( 1) 上设置有开口 向上的第三限位槽 ( 12), 其中, 在所述可动支架 (2) 相对于所述机架
( 1) 闭合时, 所述转轴 (21) 与所述第三限位槽 ( 12) 相配合。
