종래의 의류는 제작된 형태에 따라 재킷, 원피스, 투피스, 정장 스커트, 미니스커트 등 정해진 형태로만 입을 수 있으며 수선을 하더라도 그 형태를 크게 벗어날 수 없다는 단점이 있다.

또한, 본 발명의 다변형 의류는 신체부위에 따라 늘리거나 줄일 수 있어 체중이 증가한 착용자라도 몸매에 맞춰 착용할 수 있다. 따라서 불필요하게 작아진 의류를 버리는 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다변형 의류는 착용자의 취향에 따라 칼라와 소매를 변경하거나 탈착할 수 있으며, 장식구가 달린 착탈편을 탈착할 수 있어 자신만의 스타일을 연출할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 다변형 의류(100)는 다양하게 변화시킬 수 있는 재킷(110)과 상기 재킷(110)의 안쪽에 부착되며 펼쳐 형성하는 스커트(180)로 구분되며, 재킷(110)의 앞가슴 쪽에는 수직방향으로 착탈편(121)이 위치하여 착탈편(121)의 착탈에 의해 재킷(110)의 흉부 둘레를 늘리거나 줄일 수 있다. 또한 재킷(110)은 팔과 앞가슴에 대응하는 재킷 상부(110H)와 허리에서 엉덩이를 덮는 길이 정도의 재킷 하부(110L)로 구분되며, 재킷 상부(110H)와 재킷 하부(110L)는 상호 체결하거나 분리할 수 있게 체결수단으로 연결된다.
아래에서는 이와 같이 구성된 다변형 의류에 대해 구체적으로 설명한다.
도 1 내지 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 재킷(110)의 앞쪽에는 수직방향으로 착탈편(121)이 위치한다. 착탈편(121)의 폭 양단에는 수직방향으로 슬라이드파스너(122)가 재봉되어 고정되고, 착탈편(121)의 폭 양단과 대응하는 재킷(110)의 개방부위 양단에도 슬라이드파스너(111)가 각각 재봉되어 고정된다. 따라서 착탈편(121)의 양단에 고정된 슬라이드파스너(122)와 재킷(110)의 슬라이드파스너(111)를 체결하면 재킷(110)은 착탈편(121)의 폭만큼 흉부 둘레가 넓어진다. 반대로 착탈편(121)을 제거한 후에 재킷(110)의 슬라이드파스너(111)끼리 체결하면 흉부 둘레는 좁아진다. 이와 같이 착용자의 흉부 둘레에 따라 착탈편(121)을 착탈할 수 있다.
여기서, 착탈편(121)은 품 조절을 더 넓고 자유롭게 할 수 있도록 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 주름을 잡은 형태가 바람직하다. 이 경우 주름은 착탈편(121)의 중심으로 대칭되게 접히며, 접힌 곳 안쪽에는 접힌 부분이 들뜨지 않도록 벨크로테이프(125)가 부착된다. 또한, 착탈편이 벌어지는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 접힌 부분이 만나는 가운데 중심에는 슬라이드파스너(123)가 부착된다.
한편, 착탈편(121)의 바깥면에는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 장식구(150)들이 재봉되어 고정되거나 또는 부착된다. 장식구(150)는 실로 재봉하여 착탈편(121)에 고정하거나, 스냅버튼(151)의 암컷(151F)을 착탈편(121)의 바깥면에 고정하고 장식구(150)에 스냅버튼(151)의 수컷(151M)을 고정하여 장식구(150)를 착탈편(121)에 착탈하게 구성할 수 있다. 여기에서 스냅버튼(151)의 암컷(151F)과 수컷(151M)은 바뀌어 장착될 수도 있다.
또한, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 재킷(110)은 재킷 상부(110H)와 재킷 하부(110L)로 구분되며, 재킷 상부(110H)와 재킷 하부(110L)는 상호 분리하거나 체결할 수 있게 체결수단인 벨크로테이프(127, 128)과 스냅버튼(151)의 암컷(151F)과 수컷(151M)을 이용하여 연결된다. 재킷 상부(110H)의 하단 안쪽면과 재킷 하부(110L)의 상단 바깥면에 상호 부착되는 벨크로테이프(127, 128)과 스냅버튼(151)의 암컷(151F)과 수컷(151M)이 각각 부착 고정되어 재킷 상부(110H)와 재킷 하부(110L)를 상호 부착하여 연결하거나 분리할 수 있다. 여기에서 하부(110L)를 제거하고 재킷(110)의 상부(110H)만을 착용함으로써, 숏재킷의 분위기를 연출할 수 있다. 재킷 하부(110L)에 대한 구성은 차후에 구체적으로 설명한다.
본 발명에 따른 다변형 의류(100)에 있어서, 착탈 가능한 부위에 고정된 착탈수단은 가장 바람직한 예를 들어 설명한 것뿐이며, 그 외에 다른 착탈수단을 대신하여 충분히 사용할 수 있다. 예로서, 착탈편(121)과 재킷(110)에는 슬라이드파스너(122, 111)가 장착되고, 재킷 상부와 재킷 하부의 연결은 벨크로테이프(127, 128)과 스냅버튼(151)의 암컷(151F)과 수컷(151M)에 의해 이루어지는 것으로 설명하고 있으나, 착탈수단으로서 다른 종류의 슬라이드파스너, 벨크로테이프, 스냅버튼, 단추와 구멍, 후크와 구멍 등 다양한 착탈수단들을 대신하여 장착할 수 있으며, 이와 같은 착탈수단으로 착탈하는 것은 동일한 기술범위에 속한다. 따라서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예는 가장 바람직한 착탈수단의 일 예를 들어 설명한 것일 뿐 설명된 착탈수단으로 한정하는 것은 아니며, 다른 착탈수단으로 교체하여 사용하더라도 본 발명의 범주에 속하는 것은 당연한 것이다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 다변형 의류는 칼라(160)가 착탈식이다.
재킷(110)은 목 테두리를 따라 도 2에 보이듯이 2겹의 겉감으로 이루어지며 겉감의 안쪽에는 벨크로테이프가 재봉되어 고정된다. 그리고 도 6 및 도 7에 보이듯이 칼라(160)의 하단에는 재킷(110)의 벨크로테이프에 부착 가능한 벨크로테이프(161)가 고정된다. 따라서 칼라(160)의 하단을 재킷(110)의 목 테두리를 따라 형성된 2겹의 겉감 사이에 끼워 착용한다.
상기 칼라(160)는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 칼라(160)를 전개하였을 때에 길이방향으로 복수 분할된 구조로서, 분할된 부위에는 각각 착탈 가능한 착탈수단이 고정된다. 특히 3부위로 분할되는 것이 바람직한데, 가운데 부분(163)은 목 뒤에 대응하는 부위이고 양측 부분(165)은 목 앞쪽에 대응하는 부위로서, 양측 부분(165)은 도 8 및 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 다양한 형태로 구성함으로써 분위기에 따라 칼라(160)의 형태를 바꿔가며 재킷(110)에 부착 고정할 수 있다. 여기에서 가운데 부분(163)과 양측 부분(165)을 연결하는 체결수단은 벨크로테이프(167)인 것이 바람직하지만, 스냅버튼, 단추와 구멍, 후크와 구멍 등이 대신 사용될 수 있으며, 벨크로테이프(161) 또한 스냅버튼, 단추와 구멍, 후크와 구멍 등이 대신 사용될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 재킷(110)은 소매(170)를 착탈 가능하게 구성된다.
도 10 내지 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 민소매 형태의 재킷(110)에는 소매(170)가 부착될 부위에 슬라이드파스너(115)가 재봉되어 고정된다. 그리고 소매(170)에는 상기 슬라이드파스너(115)와 체결되거나 분리 가능한 슬라이드파스너(171)가 재봉 고정되며, 소매(170)를 재킷(110)에 착탈 가능하다. 그리고 슬라이드파스너(115, 171)가 감춰지도록 소매가 부착될 부위에는 덧감(119)이 형성된다.
도 11 및 도 12에서 볼 수 있듯이, 재킷(110)을 민소매로 착용하거나 반팔 소매, 7부 소매, 긴팔 소매, 셔링 소매, 일자 소매, 블라우스 소매 등 다양한 형태의 소매를 재킷(110)에 부착하여 착용할 수 있다.
여기에서 본 발명에 따른 다변형 의류(100)는 여러 부위를 착탈 가능하게 한 것으로서, 착탈을 위한 착탈수단인 슬라이드파스너, 벨크로테이프, 스냅버튼, 단추와 구멍, 후크와 구멍 등을 사용할 수 있다.
아래에서는 재킷 하부(110L)의 구성에 대해 구체적으로 설명한다.
도 5 및 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이, 재킷 하부(110L)는 재킷 상부(110H)와 벨크로테이프(127, 128)와 스냅버튼(151)의 암컷(151F)과 수컷(151M)으로 부착되어 있어 재킷 하부(110L)를 재킷 상부(110H)에 부착하여 일반적인 재킷(110)으로 착용이 가능하며, 재킷 하부(110L)를 분리하여 숏재킷으로 착용이 가능하다. 필요에 따라서는 재킷 하부(110L)에 부착된 3개의 덧단(181a, 181b, 181c)을 이용하여 다양한 패션으로 착용이 가능하다.
도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 재킷 하부(110L)의 상단에는 벨크로테이프(128)와 스냅버튼의 암컷(151F)이 부착되어 재킷 상부(110H)의 하단 안쪽에 부착된 벨크로테이프(127)와 스냅버튼의 수컷(151M)에 부착하거나 분리할 수 있다. 여기에서, 상기 벨크로테이프(127, 128)와 스냅버튼(151)은 다른 착탈수단으로 대치 가능하다.
한편, 재킷 하부(110L)의 안쪽에는 도 13 내지 도17에 도시된 바와 같이, 길이방향으로 3단으로 분할된 덧단(181a, 181b, 181c)들이 부착 고정된다. 맨 상부에 위치한 덧단을 아래에서는 제1덧단(181a)이라 하고, 제1덧단의 아래에 위치한 덧단을 제2덧단(181b)이라 하며, 제2덧단의 아래에 위치한 덧단을 제3덧단(181c)이라 한다.
각 덧단(181a, 181b, 181c)들은 재킷 하부(110L)의 안쪽면에 벨크로테이프에 의해 부착 고정된다. 그리고 상부에 위치한 덧단과 하부에 위치한 덧단 즉 제1덧단(181a)과 제2덧단(181b), 그리고 제2덧단(181b)과 제3덧단(181c)을 부착하거나 분리할 수 있게 도 14 및 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이 슬라이드파스너(183)가 제1덧단(181a)의 하단과 제2덧단(181b)의 상단, 그리고 제2덧단(181b)의 하단과 제3덧단(181c)의 상단에 재봉 고정되어 상호 결합하거나 분리할 수 있게 구성된다. 또한 재킷 하부(110L)의 하단에도 슬라이드파스너(117)가 재봉 고정된다.
이와 같이 구성된 덧단들을 이용하여 연출할 수 있는 각 스타일에 대해 설명한다.
첫 번째 원피스를 연출할 경우에, 도 14에 보이듯이, 제2덧단(181b)과 제3덧단(181c)을 재킷 하부(110L)의 안쪽에서 분리한 후에 제2덧단(181b)의 슬라이드파스너(183)를 재킷 하부(110L)의 슬라이드파스너(117)에 연결하고 제2덧단(181b)의 하단에 제3덧단(181c)을 연결하여 재킷 하부(110L)로 제2덧단(181b)과 제3덧단(181c)이 내려져 정장 스커트의 원피스를 구성한다.
두 번째 투피스를 연출하고자 할 경우에, 도 15에 보이듯이, 원피스의 형태로 구성하고, 이 상태에서 제1덧단(181a)을 재킷 하부(110L)의 안쪽에서 분리하여 재킷 하부(110L)의 바깥쪽에 위치하고 제1덧단(181a)을 재킷 상부(110H)의 하단에 연결한다. 여기에서 재킷 상부(110H)의 하단에 고정된 벨크로테이프(127)에 부착하여 연결한다. 그러면 제1덧단(181a)에 의해 재킷(110)의 형태를 연출하면서 제1덧단(181a)의 안쪽에 위치하는 재킷 하부(110L)와 제2덧단(181b) 및 제3덧단(181c)에 의해 투피스 형태를 연출할 수 있다.
세 번째 미니스커트를 연출하고자 할 경우에는 원피스든 투피스를 연출한 상태에서 제3덧단(181c)을 분리하여 재킷 하부(110L)의 안쪽에 부착하면 스커트(180)의 길이가 짧아져서 미니스커트를 연출할 수 있다.
한편 아래에서는 양면 의류로 착용할 경우에 대해 설명한다.
양면 의류로 착용할 경우에 재킷 상부(110H)를 외측 겉감(191)과 내측 겉감(193)으로 구성되어 상용화된 양면 재킷으로 구성할 수 있다.
앞에서 설명한 재킷 하부(110L)의 구성으로는 양면으로 뒤집어 착용할 경우에 제1덧단(181a) 내지 제3덧단(181c)이 외측으로 노출되어 지저분해 보인다.
따라서 도 16 및 도 17에 도시된 바와 같이, 재킷 하부(110L)는 외측 겉감(191)과 안감(192) 및 내측 겉감(193)을 포함하며, 각 덧단(181a, 181b, 181c)들이 안감(192)에 부착된다. 이와 같이 구성된 재킷 하부(110L)는 전개될 수 있도록 외측 겉감(191)과 안감(192) 및 내측 겉감(193)의 길이 양단을 각각 슬라이드파스너(195)로 재봉하여 고정한다. 따라서 외측 겉감(191)과 안감(192) 및 내측 겉감(193)을 둥글게 형성한 후 양단에 재봉된 슬라이드파스너(195)를 체결하면 재킷 하부(110L) 또한 양면으로 뒤집어 착용이 가능하다. 또한 재킷 상부(110H)에 착탈편(121)이 장착된 경우에 슬라이드파스너(195)는 착탈편(121)의 슬라이드파스너(122)에 장착되며, 착탈편(121)은 재킷 상부(110H)와 재킷 하부(110L)의 폭을 넓히게 된다.
한편, 도 5와 도 4 및 도 15를 비교하였을 때에, 스커트는 앞과 뒤로 돌려 입을 수 있어 정면에서 보았을 때에 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 슬라이드파스너(195)가 노출될 수 있고 뒤로 돌려 입었을 경우에는 도 14 및 도 15에서와 같이 슬라이드파스너(195)가 정면에 노출되지 않는다.
한편, 안감(192)에 부착된 덧단(181a, 181b, 181c)들을 사용할 수 있도록 외측 겉감(191) 또는 내측 겉감(193) 어느 한 쪽에 절개부(196)를 형성하고 절개부(196)에 슬라이드파스너(199)를 고정하여 절개부(196)를 개방하거나 폐쇄하도록 구성한다. 따라서 앞에서 설명한 바와 같이 덧단(181a, 181b, 181c)들을 이용하여 다양한 형태로 착용하기 위해서는 절개부(196)를 개방하고 덧단(181a, 181b, 181c)들을 이용하여 다양한 패션을 연출할 수 있다. 양면으로 뒤집어 착용하고자 할 경우에는 절개부(196)를 폐쇄한 후에 재킷 하부(110L)를 뒤집어 착용한다.
한편, 도 1에 도시된 장식구(150)는 착탈편(121)에 장착될 수 있고, 도 18에 도시된 바와 같이 재킷 하부(110L)에 장착될 수 있다. 더불어 장식구는 재킷 어디에라도 장착이 가능하다. 따라서 장식구의 장착 부위에 대한 구체적인 설명은 생략한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 재킷은 칼라와 와이셔츠와 넥타이 단편을 각각 재킷에 탈부착할 수 있게 구성함으로써 다양한 형태의 남성용 정장 및 턱시도로도 변형 가능하다.
이들 칼라와 와이셔츠와 넥타이 단편 및 재킷의 숨겨진 적당한 위치에 벨크로테이프를 재봉하면 이들 칼라와 와이셔츠와 넥타이를 탈부착할 수 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따른 다변형 의류는 각 부위별 착탈이 가능함에 따라 도 19 및 도 20에 도시된 바와 같이 칼라와 소매 등을 조합하여 다양한 연출이 가능하다.

  1. 전방부가 수직하게 개방된 재킷으로서,
    상기 재킷은 허리 부위의 둘레를 따라 재킷 상부와 재킷 하부로 분할되며, 상기 재킷 상부의 하단과 상기 재킷 하부의 상단은 상호 연결 또는 분리되도록 체결수단이 각각 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.

    상기 재킷은, 상기 재킷의 개방된 단부에 위치하며 상기 재킷의 개방된 단부에 양측부가 각각 체결되는 착탈편과, 상기 착탈편의 양측부와 상기 재킷의 개방된 단부에 장착되어 상호 체결하는 체결수단을 더 포함하며, 상기 재킷의 개방된 단부에 장착된 체결수단끼리 상호 체결 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 재킷의 목 둘레에는 칼라가 착탈되도록 상기 재킷의 목 둘레와 상기 칼라의 하단 둘레에 체결수단이 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 재킷의 소매부위에 소매가 착탈되도록 상기 재킷의 소매부위와 소매의 단부에 체결수단이 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 재킷 하부의 안쪽에는 재킷 하부의 둘레를 따라 분할되어 길이방향으로 배치된 복수 개의 덧단들이 상기 재킷 하부의 안쪽에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  6. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 칼라는 목둘레의 길이를 따라 3분할되며, 가운데 부위는 목등과 대응하며 가운데 부위의 양측에 위치한 양측 부위는 재킷의 전방쪽에 위치하며 상기 가운데 부위와 양측 부위는 체결수단에 의해 착탈되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 덧단들과 상기 재킷 하부의 안쪽면은 체결수단에 의해 부착하거나 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 덧단들은 3개로서, 상부에 위치한 제1덧단과, 상기 제1덧단의 아래에 위치한 제2덧단 그리고 상기 제2덧단의 아래에 위치하는 제3덧단을 포함하며, 제2덧단의 하단과 제3덧단의 상단은 상호 연결 또는 분리되도록 체결수단에 의해 체결 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 재킷 하부의 하단과 상기 제2덧단의 상단은 상호 연결 또는 분리되도록 체결수단에 의해 체결 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 재킷은 안과 밖을 뒤집어 입는 양면 의류로서,
    상기 재킷 하부는 외측 겉감과 안감 및 내측 겉감이 겹쳐진 상태로 전방에 수직하게 개방된 부위에는 상기 착탈편과 체결되는 상기 체결수단이 고정되며,
    상기 외측 겉감과 내측 겉감 중 어느 한 쪽에는 절개부가 형성되어 상기 절개부를 통해 상기 덧단들이 안감에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 절개부는 체결수단에 의해 개폐되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  12. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 착탈편은, 상기 착탈편의 양측부가 각각 상기 착탈편의 안쪽 중앙을 향해 V자 형태로 접히는 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  13. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 착탈편에는 길이 방향으로 장식구가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  14. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 장식구는 체결수단에 의해 착탈편에 장착되어 착탈되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 체결수단은 슬라이드파스너, 벨크로테이프, 스냅버튼, 단추, 후크 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
  16. 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 체결수단이 장착된 부위에는 덧감이 형성되어 상기 체결수단을 덮어 감추는 것을 특징으로 하는 다변형 의류.
