目前, 市面出现的合成革多是采用有机溶剂型的 PU树脂作为基层和面层 制成, 即获得 PU革; 这种类型的 PU树脂通过甲苯、 二甲苯、 丙酮、 丁酮、 乙 酸乙脂、 二甲基甲酰胺等作为溶剂以溶剂聚合法制得, 而这些有机溶剂皆为有 害物质, 在发泡合成 PU革的过程产生有对人体有害的气体, 影响身体健康, 而且有害物质还会通过水和空气排放, 严重污染环境, 环保性差。 此外, 众所 周知, 目前的 PU 革难以降解, 废弃在白然界中, 停留时间长, 形成有毒垃 圾, 给人们的生产、 生活、 公众的生命健康构成重大威胁。
随着人类文明社会的发展, 社会各界对环保的意识逐步增强, 市面也随之 出现各种环保产品, 如中国第 01 1 36182. 4 号专利, 提出了一种环保纸, 该环 保纸不仅可回收利用, 而且废弃在自然环境下, 短时间内就能氧化分解, 回归 大地, 不会产生毒气或污染水源。
但在合成革领域, 如何减少或消除生产过程中的环境污染影响及生产出易 降解的合成革, 仍是一个难题。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以环保纸为基材, 达到易分解, 产品无毒的环 保皮革。 本发明的另一目的在于提供一种以环保纸作为基材制备环保皮革的方 法, 以克服传统生产 PU革存在的环保问题, 该制备方法工艺筒单, 易实施。
为达到上述目的, 本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种环保皮革, 该皮革包括环保纸基材和复合在所述基材上的聚氨酯涂料 层。
所述的聚氨酯涂料通过刮涂结合在环保纸基材的面上, 并在环保纸基材与 聚氨酯涂料之间设有粘合剂。 所述的环保纸基材上还粘合有加强的纺织物层。
所述聚氨酯涂料在环保纸基材的面上可为一层或多层, 多层时可包括基层 和色层。
一种环保皮革的制备方法, 该环保皮革包括环保纸基材和复合在所述基材 上的聚氨酯涂料层, 包括如下步骤:
1)、 选材, 根据所生产皮革的要求选用相应尺寸大小和厚度的环保纸;
2)、 涂布, 其是在所选的环保纸上涂覆一层或多层的聚氨酯涂料, 使聚氨 酯涂料复合在环保纸的面上;
3)、 通过印刷或压花形式在聚氨酯涂料上生成紋路, 并进行固化处理;
4)、 喷染, 生成需要的颜色;
5)、 表面处理, 形成环保皮革。
上述制作过程的环境温度需要控制在 70°C以下。
为达到上述目的, 本发明还可采用如下方法制作:
一种环保皮革的制备方法, 该环保皮革包括环保纸基材和复合在所述基材 上的聚氨酯涂料层, 包括如下步骤:
1)、 选材, 根据所生产皮革的要求选用相应尺寸大小和厚度的环保纸;
2)、 将聚氨酯涂料施加在离型纸上, 并进行固化处理;
3)、 采用转印或贴合方式将步骤 2)所得的聚氨酯涂料复合到步骤 1)选取的 环保纸上;
4)、 表面处理, 形成环保皮革。
上述制作过程的环境温度需要控制在 70°C以下。
本发明的有益技术效果在于:
本发明提供的环保皮革, 具有无毒、 可回收再利用、 易分解的优点; 在阳 光、 紫外线及日晒雨淋的大自然环境下, 短时间内将会氧化而分解, 回归大 地, 不产生毒气或污染水源。
本发明再一优点是提供了一个全新的环保聚氨酯革新品种, 在箱包、 高档 包装盒的包覆等领域可完全代替现有的聚氨酯合成革, 其结构筒单, 制作容 易、 无需发泡上艺, 制作成本低, 达到节能、 减排的功效, 具有极高地社会效 益和经济效益, 有助于推动社会环保事业的发展, 保护人类居住环境。 本发明提供的环保皮革制备方法, 具有工艺筒单、 易实施的优点, 且在生 产过程中不产生有对人体有害的气体, 达到节能、 减排的功效, 具有极高地社 会效益和经济效益, 有助于推动社会环保事业的发展, 保护人类居住环境。
依照本制备方法生产的环保皮革具有无毒、 可回收再利用, 易分解的优 点; 在阳光、 紫外线及日晒雨淋的大自然环境下, 短时间内将会氧化而分解, 回归大地, 不产生毒气或污染水源。 附图说明

以下结合附图对本发明作进步说明:
本发明所述的一种环保皮革, 该皮革是由环保纸基材 1复合聚氨酯涂料 2 构成;聚氨酯涂料 2通过刮涂结合在环保纸基材 1 的面上, 并在环保纸基材 1 与聚氨酯涂料 2之间设有粘合剂 3。 其中, 聚氨酯涂料 2在环保纸基材的面上 可为一层或多层设计, 多层时可包括基层和色层, 增加皮革表面多色性, 提高 光泽。 聚氨酯涂料可以是双组分或单组分聚氨酯涂料或者热固性聚氨酯涂料或 者室温固化聚氨酯涂料或者 PUA (聚氨酯、 聚丙烯酸) 复合涂料。
制备时, 选取相应尺寸大小及厚度的环保纸作为基材 1 , 环保纸为中国第 01136182.4号专利 ( CN1213847C )所述的合成纸, 可市面采购。 然后通过刮 涂工艺将聚氨酯涂料 2复合在环保纸基材 1的面上, 构成皮革的面层, 聚氨酯 涂料 2上还根据需要生成紋路, 以获得多款式皮革。 聚氨酯涂料 2复合之前, 在环保纸基材上的复合部位还涂覆有粘合剂 3, 如反应性粘合剂, 以增强聚氨 酯涂料 2与环保纸基材 1之间的复合力, 以致固化后不会裂开, 复合更紧密, 产品寿命更长, 皮革的面层不易脱落。
附图 1所示为本发明的一个实施例环保皮革的结构示意图, 选定环保纸基 材 1后, 先是在其上侧面涂覆有粘合剂 3, 然后再在粘合剂 3的基础上复合聚 氨酯涂料 2, 使聚氨酯涂料 2和环保纸基材 1复合构成皮革, 聚氨酯涂料 2上 还根据需要生成紋路。 该合成革结构筒单, 制备容易, 相对于传统的 PU革, 无需发泡工艺, 制作成本低, 达到节能、 减排的功效, 具有极高的社会效益和 经济效益; 获得的环保皮革具有无毒、 可回收再利用的优点; 且易分解, 在阳 光、 紫外线及日晒雨淋的大自然环境下, 短时间内将会氧化而分解, 回归大 地, 不会形成有害垃圾, 不产生毒气和污染水源。
附图 2所示为本发明另一实施例环保皮革的结构示意图, 其是在图 1所示 的皮革基础上, 在环保纸基材 1 的下侧面粘合有加强的纺织物层 4, 如纺织 布、 纤维等, 从而增强皮革抗拉性, 获得良好的弹性和张力, 不易断裂, 满足 多领域使用。
本发明提供的环保皮革, 是从环保角度进行一次革命性的创新, 以解决了 传统使用的 PU革所存在的不环保问题, 有效推动合成革的发展。 该环保皮革 可应用于服饰、 鞋类、 家具、 表面装饰、 包装等领域, 无毒、 无污染, 有效保 护人类居住环境, 利于人们的生命健康发展。
本发明的环保皮革的制备方法, 是采用环保纸作为基材复合聚氨酯涂料, 以获得无毒、 可回收再利用, 易分解的环保皮革。

1)、 选材, 根据所生产皮革的要求选用相应尺寸大小和厚度的环保纸; 环 保纸为中国第 01136182.4号专利 ( CN1213847C ) 所述的合成纸, 可市面采 购。
2)、 涂布, 其是在所选的环保纸上涂覆一层或多层的聚氨酯涂料, 使聚氨 酯涂料复合在环保纸的面上, 形成面层; 聚氨酯涂料复合之前, 在环保纸基材 的复合部位还涂覆有粘合剂, 如反应性粘合剂, 以增强聚氨酯涂料与环保纸基 材之间的复合力, 以致固化后不会裂开, 复合更紧密, 产品寿命更长, 皮革的 面层不易脱落。
3)、 通过印刷或压花形式在聚氨酯涂料上生成紋路, 并进行固化处理; 固 化处理采用加热方式进行, 如采用烘烤机进行烘烤, 但温度需要控制在 30 °C 以上 70 °C以下, 在确保环保纸不会软化的情况下固化。
4)、 喷染, 生成需要的颜色。
5)、 表面处理, 去除毛边、 凹凸点, 使表面平整、 光滑, 形成环保皮革。 对于上述制备过程的环境温度均需要控制在 0°C以上 70°C以下。
对于上述制备过程, 在涂布后还可以进行切箔下艺, 实现局部贴花, 如特 定部位做标记、 文字显示等, 最后进行后续的印刷、 压花、 喷染及表面处理。
本发明的环保皮革的制备方法还可通过如下步骤完成: 1)、 选材, 根据所生产皮革的要求选用相应尺寸大小和厚度的环保纸; 环 保纸为中国第 01136182.4号专利 ( CN1213847C ) 所述的合成纸, 可市面采 购;
2)、 将聚氨酯涂料施加在离型纸上, 并进行固化处理;
3)、 采用转印或贴合方式将步骤 2)所得的聚氨酯涂料复合到步骤 1)选取的 环保纸上;
4)、 表面处理, 形成环保皮革。
对于上述制备过程的环境温度均需要控制在 0°C以上 70°C以下。
实施例 1
选取宽度为 1300mm、 厚度为 200 ± 20微米的按 CN1213847C专利技术制 备的环保纸; 将单组分聚氨酯涂料刮涂在离型纸上, 并在 60 ± 5 °C下进行固化 处理, 聚氨酯层的厚度为 120 ± 15微米; 采用常规的贴合方式将聚氨酯层复合 到环保纸上; 进行常规的表面处理, 形成环保皮革。 整个制备过程环境温度为 室温。 按照 QB/T 2710-2005方法测试得径向拉伸负荷为 27N/cm, 纬向拉伸负 荷为 26N/cm, 径向断裂伸长率为 200% , 纬向断裂伸长率为 160%。 本环保革 可代替现有的聚氨酯合成革应用于高档包装盒例如红酒类包装盒的包覆材料或 者笔记本电脑的包材。
本发明提供的环保皮革制作方法, 具有工艺筒单, 易实施的优点, 且在生 成过程不产生有对人体有害的气体, 达到节能、 减排的功效, 具有极高的社会 效益和经济效益; 生成的环保皮革具有无毒、 可回收再利用的优点; 且易分 解, 在阳光、 紫外线及日晒雨淋的大自然环境下, 短时间内将会氧化而分解, 回归大地, 不产生毒气或污染水源。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种环保皮革, 其特征在于: 该皮革包括环保纸基材和复合在所述基材 上的聚氨酯涂料层。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的环保皮革, 其特征在于: 聚氨酯涂料通过刮涂结 合在环保纸基材的面上, 并在环保纸基材与聚氨酯涂料之间设有粘合 剂。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的环保皮革, 其特征在于: 环保纸基材上还粘 合有加强的纺织物层。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的环保皮革, 其特征在于: 聚氨酯涂料在环保 纸基材的面上可为一层或多层。
5、 一种环保皮革的制备方法, 其特征在于: 该环保皮革包括环保纸基材和 复合在所述基材上的聚氨酯涂料层, 包括如下步骤:
1)、 选材, 根据所生产皮革的要求选用相应尺寸大小和厚度的环保纸;
2)、 涂布, 其是在所选的环保纸上涂覆一层或多层的聚氨酯涂料, 使聚 氨酯涂料复合在环保纸的面上;
3)、 通过印刷或压花形式在聚氨酯涂料上生成紋路, 并进行固化处理;
4)、 喷染, 生成需要的颜色;
5)、 表面处理, 形成环保皮革。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的环保皮革的制备方法, 其特征在于: 制备过程的 环境温度控制在 70 °C以下。
7、 一种环保皮革的制备方法, 其特征在于: 该环保皮革包括环保纸基材和 复合在所述基材上的聚氨酯涂料层, 包括如下步骤:
1)、 选材, 根据所生产皮革的要求选用相应尺寸大小和厚度的环保纸;
2)、 将聚氨酯涂料施加在离型纸上, 并进行固化处理;
3)、 采用转印或贴合方式将步骤 2)所得的聚氨酯涂料复合到步骤 1)选取 的环保纸上;
4)、 表面处理, 形成环保皮革。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的环保皮革的制备方法, 其特征在于: 制备过程的 环境温度控制在 70 °C以下。
