用于彩票打印和兌奖的扫描打印一 本申请要求于 2010 年 4 月 9 日提交至中国专利局、 申请号为 201010145944.X, 发明名称为 "用于彩票打印和兌奖的扫描打印一体机" 的 中国发明专利申请的优先权。 技术领域 本发明涉及一种用于彩票打印和兌奖的扫描打印一体机。 背景技术 随着彩票行业的发展, 彩票打印机需求也越来越多。 传统的彩票打印机 仅具有打印功能, 因此, 在彩票销售网点, 需要设置用于打印彩票的打印机, 还需要设置用于彩票兌奖的扫描打印一体机。 这样, 不仅增加彩票销售商的 设备成本, 而且彩票销售设备体积大, 占用空间多。 申请号为 200910141896.4 的中国发明专利申请公开了一种扫描打印一 体设备, 如图 1所示, 扫描通道 11,和供应打印介质的过渡通道 21,交汇于打 印通道 12,的入纸端的打印扫描一体设备, 可以实现彩票打印和彩票兌奖的 功能。 上述扫描打印一体设备在执行兌奖工作时, 先将兌奖彩票由入纸口 6,插 入扫描通道 11,, 通过扫描装置 3,获取兌奖彩票的信息, 然后兌奖彩票由扫 描通道 11,进入打印通道 12,, 通过打印装置 4,在兌奖后彩票上打印上作废标 记后由出纸口 7,排出; 扫描打印一体设备在执行彩票打印工作时, 打印介质 从容纸装置 5,经过渡通道 21,输送至打印通道 12,,打印装置 4,在打印介质上 打印信息后, 打印后的介质由出纸口 7,排出, 在打印通道 12,内未打印的介 质退回过渡通道 21,内。 虽然上述技术方案提供了一种用于彩票打印和兌奖的扫描打印一体机, 但是, 与传统的打印机一样,该方案提供的设备不能检测打印内容的完整性, 即使出现票据内容打印不全造成票据无效的情况, 也认为打印出了有效的票 据并把票据票号登记在主机的软件系统中。 因此, 用户购买获得的票据就可 能由于票据的条形码、 关键号码、 金额等内容不全, 导致票据无法正常使用, 严重损害了票据用户的财产利益, 并造成票据用户与票据发布商之间不必要 的纠纷。 发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种用于彩票打印和兌奖的扫描打印一体机, 其 不仅能够实现彩票打印及彩票兌奖的功能,而且可以检测打印内容的完整性。 为此, 本发明提供了一种扫描打印一体机, 具有与外界入纸口连通的第 一通道、 与纸仓连通的第二通道、 与出纸口连通的第三通道、 以及控制装置, 其中, 第一通道的出纸口和第二通道的出纸口交汇至第三通道, 第一通道中 设有至少一对输送辊, 第二通道中设有第一打印机构和切纸机构, 第三通道 中依次设有扫描机构和用于在介质上打印标记信息的第二打印机构, 其中, 控制装置根据扫描机构所釆集的介质图像对介质的有效性进行判断, 并根据 判断结果控制第二打印机构的打印操作。 进一步地, 上述扫描打印一体机可以为这样的构造, 即包括下机体、 枢 接于下机体前侧的第一机盖和枢接于后侧的第二机盖, 其中, 第一机盖和第 二机盖之间形成第一通道, 第二机盖与下机体之间形成第二通道, 第一机盖 与下机体之间形成第三通道。 进一步地, 上述第二机盖在第一机盖的顶部延伸, 上述第一通道包括基 本水平的延伸段和向第三通道过渡延伸的弧形延伸段, 第三通道倾斜向下延 伸。 进一步地, 上述第一机盖的端面和第二机盖的端面相面对, 第一机盖和 第二机盖之间形成的第一通道的外界入纸口位于整机上表面。 进一步地, 上述扫描打印一体机还可以为这样的结构, 包括下机体、 枢 接于下机体前侧的第一机盖、 以及枢接于下机体后侧的第二机盖, 其中, 第 一机盖和下机体之间形成第一通道,第二机盖与第一机盖之间形成第三通道、 与下机体之间形成第二通道。 进一步地,上述第一通道、第二通道与第三通道的交汇处设置有导向板, 其中, 导向板具有与第一机盖间隔设置的第一侧面、 与第二机盖接触的第二 侧面、 以及与下机体间隔设置的第三侧面。 进一步地, 上述导向板枢接在第一机盖上并且与第一机盖之间设有弹性 支撑元件。 进一步地, 上述弹性支撑元件为固定安装在导向板上的弹簧片。 进一步地,上述扫描打印一体机还包括第二打印机构的打印头抬起机构, 打印头抬起机构包括与第一机盖活动连接的支架和驱动支架活动的驱动机 构, 其中, 第二打印机的打印头固定安装在支架上。 进一步地, 上述支架包括枢接至第一机盖的打印头安装座和在打印头安 装座顶部延伸的驱动板,驱动机构包括与驱动板传动配合的凸轮和驱动电机。 进一步地, 上述第一通道包括基本水平的延伸段和向第三通道过渡延伸 的弧形延伸段, 第三通道倾斜向下延伸。 其中, 第三通道倾斜向下延伸使得 第三通道与第一通道和第二通道 4钎接顺畅, 并且有助于减少整机长度方向的 尺寸。 根据本发明的扫描打印一体机, 不仅实现了彩票打印及彩票兌奖功能, 同时利用扫描机构釆集打印彩票等打印介质和兌奖彩票等扫描介质的图像, 利用第二打印机构在打印介质和扫描介质上打印标记, 实现了兌奖和检测打 印内容完整性的功能。 进一步地, 本发明的扫描打印一体机构造成第一机盖和第二机盖枢接于 下机体前后两端的形式, 其结构紧凑, 并且易于维护。 进一步地, 第一机盖具有活动连接的导向板, 不仅便于更换打印介质, 而且使打印介质和扫描介质在三通道交汇处运行顺畅。 进一步地, 与第二打印机构连接的打印头抬起机构, 降低了打印介质和 扫描介质对第二打印机构的打印头的摩擦, 提高了第二打印机构的打印头可 靠性。 进一步地, 上述控制装置具有位于扫描打印一体机外部的用于判断介质 是否有效的介质有效性判断模块。 除了上面所描述的目的、 特征、 和优点之外, 本发明具有的其它目的、 特征、 和优点, 将结合附图作进一步详细的说明。 附图说明 构成本说明书的一部分、 用于进一步理解本发明的附图示出了本发明的 优选实施例, 并与说明书一起用来说明本发明的原理。 图中: 图 1是传统的扫描打印一体机的示意图; 图 8是根据本发明一实施例提供的扫描打印一体机的打印头抬起机构在 第二状态时的示意图, 其中示出了凸轮的高点与支架搭接; 图 9是根据本发明另一实施例提供的扫描打印一体机纵向剖面示意图; 以及 图 10是根据本发明又一实施例提供的扫描打印一体机纵向剖面示意图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但是本发明可以由权利 要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。 请参考图 2至图 4。 本发明的扫描打印一体机包括下机体 1、 上机盖即 第二机盖 2和前机盖即第一机盖 3。其中第二机盖 2与下机体 1的一端铰接, 可以相对下机体 1打开和闭合; 第一机盖 3与下机体 1的另一端铰接, 可以 相对下机体 1打开和闭合。 在第二机盖 2和下机体 1之间形成纸仓 4 , 用于 存储卷筒状打印介质 R。 当第二机盖 2和第一机盖 3相对于下机体 1闭合时, 在第二机盖 2与第 一机盖 3之间形成第一通道 S1 ,在第二机盖 2与下机体 1之间形成第二通道 S2 , 在第一机盖 3与下机体 1之间形成第三通道 S3。 第一通道 S1的入纸端与入纸口 P连接, 第一通道 S1的出纸端与第三通 道 S3的入纸端连接, 第三通道 S3的出纸端与出纸口 Q连接。 第二通道 S2 的入纸端与纸仓 4连接,第二通道 S2的出纸端与第三通道 S3的入纸端连接。 第一机盖与下机体前侧枢接, 第二机盖与下机体后侧枢接, 并且第二机 盖在第一机盖顶部部分延伸, 第一通道 S1 包括基本水平的延伸段 S11和向 第三通道 S3延伸过渡的弧形延伸段 S12 , 即第一通道 S1入纸口的入纸方向 和第三通道 S3 的出纸口的出纸方向大体平行, 二者位于扫描打印一体机的 正面, 便于操作者插入和接收介质。 在本发明的另一实施例中, 如图 9所示, 第一机盖与下机体前侧枢接, 第二机盖与下机体后侧 区接, 第一机盖端面与第二机盖端面相对, 二者之间 形成第一通道的外界入纸口 P位于整机上表面。 在本发明的又一实施例中, 如图 10所示, 当第二机盖 2 和第一机盖 3 相对于下机体 1闭合时, 在第二机盖 2与第一机盖 3之间形成第三通道 S3 , 在第二机盖 2与下机体 1之间形成第二通道 S2 ,在第一机盖 3与下机体 1之 间形成第一通道 Sl。 在该实施例中, 第一机盖与下机体前侧枢接, 第二机盖 与下机体后侧枢接, 其中第二机盖在第一机盖顶部部分延伸, 或者第一机盖 端面与第二机盖端面相对, 二者之间形成第一通道的外界入纸口 P位于整机 上表面。 第一通道 S1 中设有送纸辊, 送纸辊的数量为一对或一对以上, 即至少 一对, 用于驱动由入纸口插入的介质在第一通道内运动, 在图 3所示的实施 例中布置有一对输送棍 91 , 在图 10所示的实施例中布置有两对输送棍 91、 92。 第二通道 S2包括第一打印机构 5和切纸机构 6, 沿打印介质前进方向, 切纸机构位于第一打印机构的下游。 需要说明的是, 切纸机构也可以位于打 印机构的上游, 同样可以实现切纸工作。 其中, 第一打印机构 5用于在打印介质上打印设定图像和文字, 切纸机 构 6用于切断打印介质, 使其与纸卷分离。 本实施例中, 第一打印机构 5为 热敏打印机构, 包括相对设置的热敏打印头 51和胶辊 52。 打印时, 打印介质 R从热敏打印头 51和胶棍 52之间通过, 胶棍 52在 支撑打印介质 R 与热敏打印头 51配合的同时, 驱动打印介质 R向打印机构 下游运动, 从而使热敏打印头 51在打印介质 R上连续打印出图像或文字。 当然第一打印机构 5也可以为激光打印机构、 点阵式打印机构或喷墨打 印机构等其他类型的打印机构。 切纸机构 6 包括相对设置的固定刀片 61 和 可动刀片 62。打印介质 R从固定刀片 61和可动刀片 62之间穿过,可动刀片 62相对固定刀片 61 故往复直线运动, 可以切断打印介质 R, 使其与纸卷分 离。 第三通道 S3包括扫描机构 7和第二打印机构 8, 沿介质(打印介质或扫 描介质) 前进方向, 第二打印机构 8位于扫描机构 7的下游。 扫描机构 7包括相对设置的光学器件 71。 光学器件 71可以为接触式图 像传感器 CCD, 当然, 也可以为其他类型的能够釆集介质图像信息的光学器 件, 比如电耦合式图像传感器 CCD。 当光学器件 71是接触式图像传感器 CIS时, 扫描机构 7还包括与其相 对设置的压纸件 72。 压纸件 72与光学器件 71 紧密接触, 介质从压纸件 72 和光学器件 71之间通过, 光学器件 71可以完成对介质表面图像的釆集。 第二打印机构 8可以是热敏打印机构, 也可以为激光打印机构、 点阵式 打印机构或喷墨打印机构等其他类型的打印机构。 本实施例中, 第二打印机构 8为热敏打印机构, 包括相对设置的热敏打 印头 81和胶昆 82。 打印时, 介质从热敏打印头 81和胶昆 82之间通过, 胶 辊 82在支撑介质与热敏打印头 81配合的同时, 驱动介质向打印机构下游运 动, 从而使热敏打印头 81在介质上连续打印出图像或文字。 优选地, 第三通道 S3 中还包括送纸辊, 用于驱动介质在第三通道中运 动。 优选地, 第一打印机构 5的热敏打印头 51设置在第二机盖 2和下机体 1 中的一个上, 胶辊 52设置在二者中的另一上。 本实施例中, 热敏打印头 51 设置在第二机盖 2上, 胶辊 52设置在下机体 1 上, 当然, 二者位置可以互 换。 切纸机构 6的固定刀片 61设置在第二机盖 2和下机体 1 中的一个上, 可动刀片 62固定在二者中的另一个上。 扫描机构 7的光学器件 71设置在第一机盖 3和下机体 1二者中的一个 上, 压纸件 72设置在二者中的另一上。 第二打印机构 8的热敏打印头 81设置在第一机盖 3和下机体 1二者中 的一个上, 胶辊 82设置在二者中的另一个上。 这样, 当第二机盖 2相对于下机体 1 打开时, 第一通道 Sl、 第二通道 S2敞开, 纸仓 4完全暴露, 便于清洁通道、 处理纸张卡塞、 更换打印介质等 操作。 当第一机盖 3相对于下机体 1打开时, 第三通道 S3敞开, 便于清洁 通道, 处理纸张卡塞等操作。 优选地, 在第一通道 Sl、 第二通道 S2和第三通道 S3的交汇处, 还设置 有与第一机盖 3铰接的导向板 10。 如图 5和图 6所示, 导向板 10通过其两端设置的转轴 11a与第一机盖 3 铰接, 导向板大体呈三面体, 具有第一侧面 10b、 第二侧面 10c和第三侧面 10d。 在导向板 10的第一侧面 10b和第一机盖 3之间还设置弹性支撑元件 11 , 弹性支撑元件 11一端与导向板 10连接, 另一端与第一机盖 3连接, 在弹性 支撑元件 11的弹力作用下, 导向板 10第一侧面与第一机盖 3之间保持设定 距离, 可以引导扫描介质从二者之间通过。 当第二机盖 2、 第一机盖 3相对于下机体 1闭合时, 导向板 10的第二侧 面 10c与在弹性支撑元件 11作用下与第二机盖 2紧密接触, 导向板 10的第 三侧面 10d与下机体 1之间保持设定距离, 可以引导打印介质从二者之间通 过。 当需要更换打印介质时, 打开第二机盖 2 , 将卷筒纸放入纸仓 4 内, 同 时将卷筒纸自由端放置在第一机盖 3暴露面上, 然后闭合第二机盖 2 , 使打 印介质位于导向板 10的第二侧面和第二机盖 2之间, 在打印介质挤压下, 导向板 11克服弹性支撑元件 11弹力,有绕转轴 11a向第一机盖 3旋转趋势。 这样, 驱动打印介质进入第二通道 S2 , 将拉出的打印介质退回纸仓, 使 打印介质的前端恰好位于第一打印机构的打印位置。 因此, 仅需要开启第二 机盖 2 即可完成更换打印介质的操作。 同时, 由于导向板 10相对于第二机 盖 2是活动的, 卷筒纸自由端从导向板 10和第二机盖 2之间穿过, 从而避 免了导向板 10 尖角对打印介质的阻力, 使介质退回纸仓不受阻碍, 运动更 力口顺畅。 扫描打印一体机还包括控制装置, 该控制装置包括第一打印机构控制模 块、 切刀控制模块、 扫描机构控制模块、 介质有效性判断模块及第二打印机 构控制模块。 其中, 第一打印机构控制模块用于根据接收到的打印数据控制第一打印 机构工作, 在打印介质上打印设定的图像或文字; 切刀控制模块用于根据接 收切纸控制指令控制切刀机构切断打印介质, 使其与纸卷分离; 扫描机构控 制模块用于控制扫描机构工作, 釆集由扫描通道输入的介质或打印通道输入 介质的图像; 介质有效性判断模块用于根据扫描机构釆集的介质图像和基准 数据 (如中奖彩票数据或接收的打印数据)对介质的有效性进行判断。 其中, 对介质的有效性进行判断包括: 对由扫描通道输入的介质的有效 性判断 (如是否中奖) 及对由打印通道输入的介质的有效性 (如是否打印完 整) 判断; 第二打印机构控制模块根据介质有效性判断模块的判断结果控制 第二打印机构执行打印操作。 需要说明的是, 控制装置的介质有效性判断模块可以与其他控制模块集 成一体位于扫描打印一体机内部,也可以独立设置位于扫描打印一体机外部, 并通过通讯模块与其他控制模块连接。 当介质有效性判断模块位于扫描打印一体机外部时, 如位于与扫描打印 一体机连接的外部控制装置 (如主机) 时, 扫描机构控制模块将釆集到的由 扫描通道输入的介质或打印通道输入介质的图像通过通讯模块传输给介质有 效性判断模块, 介质有效性判断模块根据扫描机构釆集的介质图像和基准数 据对介质的有效性进行判断, 并将判断结果通过通讯模块反馈给第二打印机 构控制模块, 从而第二打印机构控制模块根据介质有效性判断模块的判断结 果控制第二打印机构执行打印操作。 下面简单介绍一下本发明提供的扫描打印一体机用于彩票打印和兌奖时 的工作原理。 兌奖工作过程 当扫描打印一体机执行兌奖工作时, 需要兌奖的彩票从入纸口 P插入第 一通道 S1 , 在送纸辊的驱动下, 彩票由第一通道 S1进入第三通道 S3; 彩票 进入第三通道 S3后, 首先进入第三通道 S3中扫描机构 7, 光学器件 71对彩 票表面图像进行釆集, 并将釆集到的数据发送给控制装置 (图中未显示) 比 对。 接着, 扫描后的彩票进入第三通道 S3中的第二打印机构 8, 当扫描信息 比对成功后, 控制装置控制第二打印机构在扫描后的彩票上打印标记信息, 比如"已兌奖 "或"作废"字样, 以防止票纸被重复利用, 打印后的彩票经出纸 口 Q排出。 打印工作过程 当扫描打印一体机执行打印工作时, 打印介质 R从纸仓 4进入第二通道 S2 , 经过第一打印机构 5和切纸机构 6后进入第三通道 S3。 第一打印机构 5 的热敏打印头 51在打印介质 R打印设定图像或文字, 打印后的打印介质接 着进入第三通道 S3中的扫描机构 7, 光学器件 71对打印后的打印介质表面 图像进行釆集, 并将釆集到的数据发送给控制装置比对。 接着, 打印后的打印介质进入第三通道 S3中的第二打印机构 8, 当光学 器件 71 釆集到的数据与控制装置接收的打印数据一致时, 说明票纸上打印 的内容完整, 第二打印机构 8不动作, 或者在票纸上打印表示票纸打印完整 的标 ΐ己, 打印后的票纸被切纸机构 6切刀后经出纸口 Q 4 出。 当光学器件 71 釆集到的数据与控制装置接收的打印数据不一致时, 说 明票纸上打印内容不完整, 第二打印机构 8在票纸上打印 "作废,,标记, 防止 票纸被不法分子利用;控制装置可以通知主机记录打印失败或重新打印票纸。 当打印完成后, 打印介质退回第二通道内。 优选地, 扫描打印一体机还设置有打印头抬起机构 12。 如图 7和图 8所 示, 打印头抬起机构 12与第二打印机构 8连接, 包括凸轮 121和电机 122。 打印头 81 固定在支架 83上, 凸轮 121与支架 83搭接, 电机 122与凸轮 121 传动连接, 通过电机 122可以驱动凸轮 121旋转。 其中, 支架 83 包括通过才区接部 832才区接至第一机盖的安装座 831和在 安装座 831顶部延伸的与凸轮 121传动配合的驱动板 833。 安装座 831上设 有按压弹簧 84 , 安装座的底部用于安装第二打印机构的打印头 81。 当电机 122驱动凸轮 121旋转到第一设定位置时,如图 7所示,凸轮 121 的低点与支架 83搭接, 第二打印机构的打印头 81与胶辊 82相切紧密接触, 此时第二打印机构的打印头 81可以在打印介质上打印。 当电机 122驱动凸轮 121旋转到第二设定位置时,如图 8所示,凸轮 121 的高点与支架 83搭接, 第二打印机构的打印头 81与胶辊 82分离, 二者之 间形成间隙, 介质可以不与第二打印机构的打印头摩擦而顺利通过。 因此, 当第二打印机构的打印头需要工作时, 通过打印头抬起机构使第 二打印机构的打印头与胶辊接触, 执行打印; 当第二打印机构的打印头不工 作时, 通过打印头抬起机构使第二打印机构的打印头与胶辊分离, 减小了介 质输送过程对第二打印机构的打印头的摩擦, 从而提高打印头可靠性。 需要说明的是, 本发明提供的扫描打印一体机能够实现扫描、 扫描后打 印、 打印后扫描、 打印后扫描再打印的功能, 因此尽管其典型应用为彩票的 打印和兌奖, 但并不限于此应用。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域 的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围 之内。

1. 一种扫描打印一体机, 具有与外界入纸口连通的第一通道、 与纸仓连通 的第二通道、 与出纸口连通的第三通道、 以及控制装置, 其中, 所述第 一通道的出纸口和第二通道的出纸口交汇至所述第三通道,其特征在于, 所述第一通道中设有至少一对输送辊,
所述第二通道中设有第一打印机构和切纸机构,
所述第三通道中依次设有扫描机构和用于在介质上打印标记信息的 第二打印机构, 其中, 所述控制装置根据所述扫描机构所釆集的介质图像对介质的 有效性进行判断, 并根据判断结果控制所述第二打印机构的打印操作。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的扫描打印一体机, 其特征在于, 包括下机体、 枢 接于下机体前侧的第一机盖和区接于下机体后侧的第二机盖, 其中, 所 述第一机盖和所述第二机盖之间形成所述第一通道, 所述第二机盖与所 述下机体之间形成所述第二通道, 所述第一机盖与所述下机体之间形成 所述第三通道。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的扫描打印一体机, 其特征在于, 所述第二机盖具 有在所述第一机盖的顶部延伸的部分。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的扫描打印一体机, 其特征在于, 所述第一通道包 括基本水平的延伸段和向所述第三通道过渡延伸的弧形延伸段, 所述第 三通道倾斜向下延伸。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的扫描打印一体机, 其特征在于, 所述第一机盖的 端面和所述第二机盖的端面相面对, 所述第一机盖和第二机盖之间形成 的所述第一通道的外界入纸口位于整机上表面。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的扫描打印一体机, 其特征在于, 包括下机体、 枢 接于下机体前侧的第一机盖、以及枢接于下机体后侧的第二机盖, 其中, 所述第一机盖和所述下机体之间形成所述第一通道, 所述第二机盖与所 述第一机盖之间形成所述第三通道、 与所述下机体之间形成所述第二通 道。
7. 根据权利要求 2所述的扫描打印一体机, 其特征在于, 所述第一通道、 第二通道与第三通道的交汇处设置有导向板, 其中, 所述导向板具有与 所述第一机盖间隔设置的第一侧面、 与所述第二机盖接触的第二侧面、 以及与所述下机体间隔设置的第三侧面。
8. 居权利要求 7所述的扫描打印一体机, 其特征在于, 所述导向板 ^区接 在所述第一机盖上并且与所述第一机盖之间设有弹性支撑元件。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的扫描打印一体机, 其特征在于, 所述弹性支撑元 件为固定安装在所述导向板上的弹簧片。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的扫描打印一体机, 其特征在于, 还包括所述第二 打印机构的打印头抬起机构, 所述打印头抬起机构包括与所述第一机盖 活动连接的支架和驱动所述支架活动的驱动机构, 其中, 所述第二打印 机构的打印头固定安装在所述支架上。
11. 居权利要求 10所述的扫描打印一体机, 其特征在于, 所述支架包括枢 接至所述第一机盖的打印头安装座和在所述打印头安装座顶部延伸的驱 动板, 所述驱动机构包括与所述驱动板传动配合的凸轮和驱动电机。
12. 居权利要求 1至 11中任一项所述的扫描打印一体机, 其特征在于, 所 述控制装置具有位于所述扫描打印一体机外部的用于判断介质是否有效 的介质有效性判断模块。
