Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mobile lift apparatus, and more particularly, to a mobile lift apparatus having an overturn prevention system that prevents the lift apparatus from overturning due to a change in the center of gravity when the user rotates the bed.
- a patient or an elderly person with a discomfort may live with the help of a caregiver or dependent.
- a wheelchair or a mobile bed may be used for long-distance travel when a severe patient or an elderly person is unable to move by himself.
- the conventional mobile lift device has a lot of restrictions on the path that the mobile lift device can move by simply lifting and lowering the patient or performing only a function of moving the patient after lying on the bed.
- the bed portion is formed to have a long longitudinal direction to one side to lay down the patient, when the mobile lift device meets the person facing in the corridor of the hospital or when going through a narrow door, the entire mobile lift device must be rotated. Accordingly, there is a problem that discomfort occurs in the caregiver who moves the mobile lift apparatus and the patient who boards the mobile lift apparatus.
- the present invention is to solve the above problems, the present invention is to provide a movable lift device having a rotatable bed portion that can be rotated only the bed portion is convenient to move.
- another object of the present invention is to provide a movable lift apparatus having a rotatable bed portion having a stable structure that does not overturn even when the bed portion is rotated to change the center of gravity.
- the base frame constituting the bottom, a post extending a predetermined length above the base frame, the bottom surface so that the user is supported by the post and lie down
- a bed unit provided to be horizontally formed with the bed unit, wherein the bed unit is configured to be rotatable and liftable with respect to the base frame, and an anti-overturn to adjust the height of the bed unit based on the rotation of the bed unit.
- a mobile lift apparatus having a rollover prevention system including a control unit.
- the upper structure may include a post rotatably coupled to the base frame, a boom rotatably provided along the post and a bed portion coupled to the boom.
- the anti-overturn control unit may include a height adjusting unit for elevating the boom with respect to the post, and adjust the height of the boom with respect to the base frame according to the rotation angle of the bed unit.
- the height adjustment unit the lifting hole is formed in the inner circumferential surface of the post is formed along the longitudinal direction of the post, the inside of the boom is provided along the longitudinal direction of the lifting hole and is engaged with the thread of the lifting hole
- a height adjusting motor for elevating the boom engaged with the post by rotating the screw in a forward direction and a reverse direction by controlling a screw having a screw thread formed on an outer circumferential surface to move up and down according to rotation.
- At least one or more extending legs for selectively extending or contracting to the outside of the base frame to support the base frame to be movable relative to the bottom surface is further included, wherein the anti-overturn control unit is the rotation of the bed portion It can be made to adjust the amount of stretching of the extending leg according to.
- the anti-overturn control unit may include an extension drive configured to expand and extend the extension leg with respect to the base, and adjust the amount of expansion of the extension leg according to the rotation angle of the bed.
- the telescopic drive unit extends from the extending leg toward the base frame, is fixed to the base frame with a gear tooth formed on one surface thereof, is fixed to the base frame, is engaged with the rack, and is rotated a predetermined number of times in the forward or reverse direction by the control of the rollover prevention controller. It may be made to include a stretch control motor for moving the rack in a straight direction.
- the movable lift apparatus provided with the rotatable bed portion of the present invention has the following effects.
- the post supporting the bed portion is rotatably provided, since only the bed portion can be rotated without rotating the base frame as a whole, there is an easier advantage when passing through a narrow corridor or door.
- an extension leg is extended by the roll-over control unit to more stably support the moment acting by the bed, or the height of the bed lowers, thereby acting on the bed itself. It is made to be reduced so that the mobile lift device is prevented from overturning accident, thereby preventing the secondary injury of the patient.
