定向随行功能的随行装置 (20) 由万向尼龙滚轮 (201)、 圆柱尼龙滚轮 (202)、 底部横 梁 (203)、 方管主立柱 (206)、 联系梁 (208) 及辅助立柱 (209) 等组成。 底部横梁 (203) 下部安装圆柱滚轮 (202), 圆柱滚轮 (202) 的柱长 /直径比不小于 1.0, 方管主立柱 (206) 为薄壁方管, 上部设置单侧开放式矩形孔 (207), 中部设置单侧窄长矩形孔 (205)、 下部设 置贯通矩形孔 (204)。 方管主立柱 (206) 成铅直状态时, 使辅助立柱 (209) 下部安装的万 向尼龙滚轮 (201) 离地间隙约 5 辅助立柱 (209) 上部焊接定位装置 (10) 时, 使方管 主立柱 (206) 位置符合后滑柱安装的位置要求。
脚踏举升装置 (30) 由支承肋板 (301)、 方管杠杆 (302) 及踏板 (303) 等组成。
升程锁止装置 (40) 由连柄舌卡 (401)、 轴销 (402) 及扭簧 (403) 组成。 轴销 (402) 固定在联系梁 (208)上, 扭簧 (403) 螺旋部套在轴销 (402) 上、 扭簧两丝头分别插入联系 梁 (208)及连柄舌卡 (401) 设置的小孔中。 连柄舌卡 (401) 的卡头部分在扭簧的作用下伸 入方管主立柱 (206) 中部设置的单侧窄长矩形孔 (205) 中, 并超越约 8mm
工件定位置入装置(50)安置在方管主立柱(206)的内腔中,该装置由底部尼龙滚轮(501 活动柱 (504)及尼龙仿形托块 (503) 组成。 活动柱 (504) 为方管, 其断面最大尺寸较方管 主立柱 (206) 断面最小尺寸小 l_2mm, 其中部设置单侧窄长矩形孔 (502), 该孔位置满足工 件举升至安装位置时, 连柄舌卡 (401) 的卡头部分卡止工件定位置入装置 (50) 不使下坠。
图 3所示为一种汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置的工作状态图。 将工件 (60) 置入方管主 立柱 (206) 内套的活动柱 (504) 的仿形尼龙托块(503) 中, 推动该装置进入需装配的汽车 车身空间, 将该装置上设置的弧线部分 (101) 及耳爪部分 (102) 钩挂在定位销体 (70) 及 其下的方块部位,踏踩该装置上设置的踏板(303),方管杠杆(302)另一端撬动活动柱(504) 底部的尼龙滚轮 (501 ) 带动活动柱 (504)上升, 连柄舌卡 (401 )在其外壁滑动。 当活动柱 ( 504)上升至工件(60)的安装高度时,被该装置上设置的升程锁止装置(40)中的扭簧(403) 驱动的连柄舌卡 (401 )卡住锁止, 完成工件(60) 的升程定位。 拧紧工件安装所需的相关紧 固件后, 轻推舌卡的柄部即解锁, 活动柱(504)依靠重力返回原位, 摘除钩挂部位后拉出本 发明。
当然, 本发明汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置不局限于本发明具体的后滑柱安装中, 需定 位定向举升并需无动力跟踪随行装配线的其它物件安装, 均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

1.一种汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置,其特征在于,包括定位装置(10), 随行装置(20), 脚踏升举装置 (30), 升程锁止装置 (40) 和工件定位置入装置 (50), 所述定位装置 (10) 焊接至随行装置 (20) 上部, 所述工件定位置入装置 (50) 安装至随行装置 (20) 的一内腔 中, 所述升程锁止装置 (40) 固定在随行装置 (20) 的横梁上, 所述脚踏升举装置 (30) 可 撬动地连接至工件定位置入装置 (50) 的可上下调整构件上。
2.如权利要求 1所述的汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置, 其特征在于, 所述随行装置 (20) 包括方管主立柱 (206), 联系梁 (208), 辅助立柱 (209), 联系梁 (208) 为横向, 设置在两 竖向的方管主立柱 (206) 和辅助立柱 (209) 之间, 所述定位装置 (10) 焊接至该辅助立柱
(209) 的上部, 所述升程锁止装置 (40) 固定在该联系梁 (208) 上, 所述工件定位置入装 置 (50) 安置在该方管主立柱 (206) 的内腔中。
3.如权利要求 1 所述的汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置, 其特征在于, 还包括一定位销体 (70),该定位销体(70)具有一圆柱部和一方块部位,所述定位装置(10)包括弧线部分(101 ) 和耳爪部分 (102), 构成定位销体 (70) 的联动装置, 该弧线部分 (101 ) 与定位销体 (70) 上的圆柱部相合, 该耳爪部分 (102) 钩挂在定位销体 (70) 上的方块部位。
4.如权利要求 2所述的汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置, 其特征在于, 所述工件定位置入 装置 (50)包括底部尼龙滚轮 (501 )、 活动柱 (504)和尼龙仿形托块 (503), 所述工件定位 置入装置 (50) 安置在方管主立柱 (206) 的内腔中所述活动柱 (504) 为方管, 其断面最大 尺寸较方管主立柱 (206) 断面最小尺寸小。
5.如权利要求 1 所述的汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置, 其特征在于, 所述升程锁止装置 (40)包括连柄舌卡 (401 )、轴销 (402)和扭簧 (403), 所述轴销 (402)固定在联系梁 (208) 上, 扭簧 (403) 螺旋部套在轴销 (402) 上、 扭簧两丝头分别插入联系梁 (208)及连柄舌卡 (401 ) 设置的小孔中。
6.如权利要求 4或 5所述的汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置, 其特征在于, 所述方管主立 柱 (206) 中部设置单侧窄长矩形孔 (205), 活动柱 (504) 中部设置单侧窄长矩形孔 (502), 连柄舌卡 (401 ) 的卡头部分在扭簧的作用下伸入单侧窄长矩形孔 (205) 中, 工件举升至安 装位置时, 连柄舌卡 (401 ) 的卡头部分卡止工件定位置入装置 (50)。
7.如权利要求 1 所述的汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置, 其特征在于, 所述脚踏举升装置 (30) 包括支承肋板 (301 )、 方管杠杆 (302) 及踏板 (303 ), 所述方管杠杆 (302) 及踏板 (303) 支承在所述支承肋板 (301 ) 上, 踏板 (303) 和方管杠杆 (302) 另一端用于撬动活 动柱 (504) 底部的尼龙滚轮 (501 ) 带动活动柱 (504) 上升。

8.如权利要求 1-7中任一项所述的汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置,其特征在于,所述还随 行装置 (20) 还包括万向尼龙滚轮 (201 )、 圆柱尼龙滚轮 (202)、 底部横梁 (203), 方管主 立柱 (206) 垂直固定在底部横梁 (203 ) 上, 底部横梁 (203 ) 下部安装有圆柱滚轮 (202), 辅助立柱 (209) 下部安装有万向尼龙滚轮 (201 )。
9.如权利要求 8所述的汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置,其特征在于,所述方管主立柱 (206 ) 为薄壁方管, 其上部设置有单侧开放式矩形孔 (207), 中部设置有单侧窄长矩形孔 (205), 下部设置有贯通矩形孔 (204), 所述圆柱滚轮 (202) 的柱长 /直径比不小于 1.0, 方管主立柱
(206)成铅直状态时, 辅助立柱 (209) 下部安装的万向尼龙滚轮 (201 ) 离地间隙约 5mm。
10.如权利要求 1-9所述汽车后滑柱上线随行安装装置的使用方法, 其特征在于, 采用如 下步骤:
( 1 ) 将置入方管主立柱 (206) 内套的活动柱 (504) 的仿形尼龙托块 (503 ) 中, 推动 该装置进入工件 (60) 需装配的汽车车身空间;
(2)将该装置上设置的弧线部分 (101 )及耳爪部分 (102)钩挂在定位销体 (70)及其 下的方块部位;
( 3 )踏踩该装置上设置的踏板 (303), 方管杠杆 (302) 另一端撬动活动柱 (504)底部 的尼龙滚轮 (501 ) 带动活动柱 (504) 上升, 连柄舌卡 (401 ) 在其外壁滑动;
(4) 当活动柱 (504) 上升至工件 (60) 的安装高度时, 被该装置上设置的升程锁止装 置 (40) 中的扭簧 (403 ) 驱动的连柄舌卡 (401 ) 卡住锁止, 完成工件 (60) 的升程定位;
( 5 ) 拧紧工件安装所需的相关紧固件后, 轻推舌卡的柄部即解锁, 活动柱 (504) 依靠重力 返回原位, 摘除钩挂部位后拉出本装置。
