- 複製対象データを記憶する複製元記憶装置を備えた複製元ストレージ装置と、複製先ストレージ装置に備えられた前記複製対象データの複製先となる複製先記憶装置と、がネットワークを介して接続されており、
前記複製先記憶装置に、当該複製先記憶装置が前記ネットワークと接続するためのインタフェースであるホストバスアダプタを備える共に、
前記複製元ストレージ装置と前記複製先記憶装置に備えられた前記ホストバスアダプタとに、これらの間に位置する前記ネットワークを前記複製元ストレージ装置のバスの延長として利用し、前記複製元ストレージ装置と前記複製先記憶装置に備えられた前記ホストバスアダプタとを接続する接続機器をそれぞれ備えた、
ストレージシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のストレージシステムであって、
前記複製元ストレージ装置は、前記接続機器間の接続を確立して、前記ホストバスアダプタを介して前記複製元ストレージ装置のバスの延長上に前記複製先記憶装置を接続するよう制御する接続制御手段を備えた、
ストレージシステム。 - 請求項2に記載のストレージシステムであって、
前記複製元ストレージ装置は、前記接続制御手段にて接続が確立された前記複製先記憶装置に、前記複製元記憶装置に記憶された複製対象データを送信して複製記憶する複製手段を備えた、
ストレージシステム。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のストレージシステムであって、
前記複製先記憶装置側の前記接続機器は、複数の前記複製元ストレージ装置に備えられた各前記接続機器と接続の確立が可能である、
ストレージシステム。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のストレージシステムであって、
前記接続機器はExpEther機器であり、前記ネットワークはイーサネットである、
ストレージシステム。 - 複製対象データを記憶する複製元記憶装置を備えた複製元ストレージ装置と、複製先ストレージ装置に備えられた前記複製対象データの複製先となる複製先記憶装置と、がネットワークを介して接続されており、
前記複製先記憶装置に、当該複製先記憶装置が前記ネットワークと接続するためのインタフェースであるホストバスアダプタを備える共に、
前記複製元ストレージ装置と前記複製先記憶装置に備えられた前記ホストバスアダプタとに、これらの間に位置する前記ネットワークを前記複製元ストレージ装置のバスの延長として利用し、前記複製元ストレージ装置と前記複製先記憶装置に備えられた前記ホストバスアダプタとを接続する接続機器をそれぞれ備えたストレージシステムが構成されている場合に、
前記複製元ストレージ装置に、前記接続機器間の接続を確立して、前記ホストバスアダプタを介して前記複製元ストレージ装置のバスの延長上に前記複製先記憶装置を接続するよう制御する接続制御手段を実現させるためのプログラム。 - 請求項6に記載のプログラムであって、
前記複製元ストレージ装置に、さらに、前記接続制御手段にて接続が確立された前記複製先記憶装置に、前記複製元記憶装置に記憶された複製対象データを送信して複製記憶する複製手段を実現させるためのプログラム。 - 複製対象データを記憶する複製元記憶装置を備えた複製元ストレージ装置と、複製先ストレージ装置に備えられた前記複製対象データの複製先となる複製先記憶装置と、がネットワークを介して接続されており、
前記複製先記憶装置に、当該複製先記憶装置が前記ネットワークと接続するためのインタフェースであるホストバスアダプタを備える共に、
前記複製元ストレージ装置と前記複製先記憶装置に備えられた前記ホストバスアダプタとに、これらの間に位置する前記ネットワークを前記複製元ストレージ装置のバスの延長として利用し、前記複製元ストレージ装置と前記複製先記憶装置に備えられた前記ホストバスアダプタとを接続する接続機器をそれぞれ備えたストレージシステムにて、
前記複製元ストレージ装置が、前記接続機器間の接続を確立して、前記ホストバスアダプタを介して前記複製元ストレージ装置のバスの延長上に前記複製先記憶装置を接続するよう制御する、
