Abstract
Selon l'invention, un élément d'absorption de choc (20a), qui permet d'absorber le choc provenant du côté avant d'un véhicule pendant une collision, est positionné entre un moteur (30) et une structure avant de véhicule positionnée sur le côté avant du moteur (30), par exemple sur le côté avant du radiateur (16). Par conséquent, un nouveau trajet pour la charge est formé entre le radiateur (16) et le moteur (30). De cette façon, il est possible de réduire la charge appliquée aux autres sections du châssis du véhicule, telles qu'un élément latéral avant (12) ou un élément central (14), et d'améliorer l'efficacité d'absorption des chocs pendant une collision.
