Abstract

본 발명은 세포 내에서 세포내 물질의 생리활성 기능을 조절하는 조절물질을 검출하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 자력선 방향으로 자화되는 자성물질의 패턴과, 세포내 물질과 결합한 표지물질의 패턴을 이미지화하여 세포 내에서 참조물질과 조절물질 간의 경쟁반응여부를 결정함으로써 세포내 물질의 생리활성 기능을 조절할 수 있는 조절물질을 검출할 수 있다. 본 발명은 약물과 같은 조절물질 및 참조물질에 대한 세포내 물질의 반응이 살아 있는 세포 안에서 일어나므로 조절물질과 참조물질 간의 경쟁반응이 실제 세포내 물질대사를 반영하는 장점이 있다. 본 발명은 소수의 참조물질을 이용하여 다수의 조절물질을 스크린닝할 수 있다는 장점을 제공하고, 참조물질의 도입에 의해 조절물질의 변형 작업 없이 조절물질의 세포내 작용, 즉 약효 등을 탐색할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.
