Abstract

Se describen en la presente los métodos para el cribado de fármacos en un animal no humano usando la tecnología de alta resolución que conduce a la generación de mapas farmacológicos. Además se describen en la presente los métodos para predecir el beneficio terapéutico y/o la toxicidad de los compuestos candidatos del fármaco. En las modalidades específicas, se proporcionan en la presente los métodos para predecir los efectos clínicos de un fármaco de prueba con base en la comparación del mapa farmacológico del fármaco de prueba con uno o más fármacos de referencia con los resultados clínicos conocidos.
