Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Anlagerung einer Siliciumverbindung S, die mindestens eine H-Si-Gruppe enthält, an eine Verbindung A, die mindestens eine aliphatische C=C Doppelbindung enthält, in Gegenwart eines Platinkatalysators und eines Polyphosphorsäuresilylesters.
Description
Verfahren zur Hydrosilylierung mit Platinkatalysator
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von organofunktionellen siliciumorganischen Verbindungen durch Umsetzen von Olefinen mit einer H-Si-Gruppen enthaltenden
Verbindung in Gegenwart eines gelösten Platinkatalysators und mindestens einer weiteren Zusatzkomponente,
Organofunktionelle Silane sind von großem wirtschaftlichem Interesse und umfassen heute eine Vielzahl technischer
Anwendungsgebiete .
Insbesondere 3-Chlorpropylchlorsilane sind wichtige
Zwischenprodukte bei der Herstellung organofunktioneller Silane. Sie werden in der Regel durch Hydrosilylierung von Allylchlorid hergestellt. Aus 3-Chlorpropyltrichlorsilan bzw. 3-Chlorpropyl-methyl-dichlorsilan kann man beispielsweise 3 -Chlorpropy1 -1 ialkoxysilane, 3 -Chlorpropy1-methy1- dialkoxysilane, 3-Aminopropyl-trialkoxysilane, 3 -Aminopropyl- methyl-dialkoxysilane, N-Aminoethyl-3 -aminopropyl-trialkox - silane, N-Aminoethyl-3 -aminopropyl-methyl -dialkoxysilane, 3- Cyanopropyl-alkoxysilane, 3-Glycidyloxypropyl-alkoxysilane, 3- Methacryloxypropylalkoxysilane, um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen, herstellen.
Die Anlagerung von Si-gebundenem Wasserstoff an aliphatische Mehrfachbindungen ist lange bekannt und wird als
Hydro ilylierung bezeichnet. Gefördert wird diese Reaktion beispielsweise durch homogene und heterogene
Platinkatalysatoren,
Vielfach werden einem homogenkatalytischen Katalysatorsystem zur Erhöhung von Selektivität und Reaktivität
Metallkomplexkatalysatoren, so genannte Cokatalysatoren beigegeben .
JP3122358 beschreibt die Hydrosilylierung in Gegenwart von Phosphenen als Cokatalysator .
EP 1 266 903 beansprucht die Verwendung beispielsweise von Silylestern von Oxo- & Schwefelsäuren, Si-N-substituierten Amiden, Harnstoff erbindungen, Carbaminsäuresilylester und ortho- Phosphorsäureverbindungen zur Steigerung der
Selektivitä . Versuche zeigen, dass beispielsweise bei der Hydrosilylierung von Allylchlorid ( 1 = H, n = 1, X = Cl) mit Methyldichlorsilan
(Y = Cl, b = 2, R2 = CH3, a = 1) bei einem molaren
Eduktverhältnis von 1 : 1 und dem Einsatz eines Katalysators eine Ausbeute an 3-Chlorpropylmethyldichlorsilan von max. 49 Mol-% erhalten wird (siehe Vergleichsbeispiel A in DE 10243180 AI), da sich zwei unerwünschte Nebenprodukte:
Methyltrichlorsilan (NP1 mit R1 = H, n = 1) und
Dichlormethylpropylsilan (NP2 mit Y = Cl, b = 2, R2 = CH3 , a =
1, n = 1, R1 = H) bilden. Letzteres lässt sich nur schwer einer wirtschaftlich sinnvollen Verwendung zuführen.

Eine Verbesserung des genannten Verfahrens ist in EP 1 266 903 Bl beschrieben. Dort werden u. a. monomere Derivate der Orthophosphorsäure wie z. B. Trialkyl- oder Trisalkoxyphosphate als Cokatalysatoren eingesetzt. Es finden aber noch unerwünschte Hebenreaktionen in nicht akzeptablem Umfang statt. Ferner ist die Abtrennung der Cokatalysatoren nicht einfach.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Anlagerung einer Siliciumverbindung S, die mindestens eine H- Si-Gruppe enthält, an eine Verbindung A, die mindestens eine aliphatische C=C Doppelbindung enthält, in Gegenwart eines Platinkatalysators und eines Polyphosphorsauresilylesters.
Überraschenderweise wurde nun gefunden, dass der Zusatz von Polyphosphorsäuresilylestern, deren Herstellung und
Zusammmensetzung in der Literatur (beispielsweise Yamamoto et
al., Chem. Lett, 1982, S. 1225 - 1228; und Imamoto et al., J. Org. Chem., 1984, S. 1105 - 1110) ausführlich beschrieben ist, im Gegensatz zu den o. g. monomeren ortho-
Phosphorsäurederivaten zu einem Platinkatalysatorsystem, bei der Herstellung von organofunktionellen siliciumorganischen Verbindungen erheblich weniger unerwünschte Nebenreaktionen bewirkt. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass der
Polyphosphorsäuresilylester einen deutlich höheren Siedepunkt als die monomeren Derivate besitzt, so dass eine einfachere Abtrennung des Katalysatorsystems, das Platinkatalysator und Polyphosphorsäuresilylester umfasst, vom Produkt,
beispielsweise durch Destillation, möglich ist.
Unter Verwendung dieses Polyphosphorsäuresilylesters als
Cokatalysators kann beispielsweise die Bildung von Propen aus Allylchlorid, die durch die nachfolgende Reaktion des Propens, z. B. mit Methyldichlorsilan, unter Bildung des nicht
erwünschten Propylmethyldichlorsilans die Ausbeute vermindert, deutlich verringert werden. So kann gerade durch die
überraschend vorteilhafte Wirkung der Kombination eines
Platinkatalysators das Verfahren einfacher und wirtschaftlicher gestaltet werden. Zusätzlich kann die Bildung des schlecht verwertbaren Nebenprodukts, wie Dichlormethylpropylsilan unterdrückt werden.
Beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zur Herstellung von
organofunktionellen siliciumorganischen Verbindungen setzt man für die Umsetzung vorzugsweise Verbindung A der allgemeinen Formel I

Bevorzugte Alkylgruppen R und R1 sind die Methyl- Ethyl-, n- Propyl- und Isopropylgruppe .
Bevorzugte Werte von y und m sind 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 und 6,
Besonders bevorzugt setzt man als ungesättigte Verbindung A 3- Chlorpropen-1 , das auch als Allylchlorid bezeichnet wird, oder 3-Chlor-2-methylpropen-l, auch Methallylchlorid genannt, ein. Ferner setzt man beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren als H-Si- Gruppe enthaltenden Verbindung S bevorzugt ein Hydrogensilan der allgemeinen Formel II

R2 lineare, verzweigte oder cyclische Alkyl-Gruppe mit 1 bis
16 C-Atomen oder Aryl -Gruppe mit 6 bis 30 C-Atomen,

a und b die Werte 0, 1, 2, oder 3 mit der Maßgabe
1 < (a + b) < 3, bedeuten.
Bevorzugte Alkyl-Gruppen R2 weisen 1 bis 10, insbesondere 1 bis
6 C-Atome auf. Besonders bevorzugte Alkyl-Gruppen R2 sind die Methyl-, Ethyl-, n-Propyl-, Isopropyl- n-Butyl-, Isobutyl-, sec.-Butyl- und tert . -Butylgruppe .
Beispiele für Aryl-Gruppen R2 sind nichtsubstituierte und alkylsubstituierte Arylreste, wie Phenyl-, Naphthylrest , wie o- , m-, p-Tolylreste, Xylylreste und Ethylphenylreste,
Benzylrest, der alpha- und der ß-Phenylethylrest . Bevorzugte Aryl-Gruppen weisen 6 bis 14 C-Atome auf.
Insbesondere setzt man dabei als H-Si -Gruppe enthaltende
Verbindung Trichlorsilan, Methyldichlorsilan oder
Dimethylchlorsilan ein.
Insbesondere werden nach dem Verfahren die 3- Chlorpropylchlorsilane hergestellt . Vorzugsweise werden pro Mol H-Si-Gruppe in der
Siliciumverbindung S mindestens 1 Mol, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 2 Mol, insbesondere mindestens 3 Mol und höchstens 20 Mol, besonders bevorzugt höchstens 10 Mol, insbesondere höchstens 5 Mol aliphatische C=C Doppelbindung der Verbindung A eingesetzt.
Der Platinkatälysator enthält vorzugsweise mindestens 0,01 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 0,1 Gew.-%, insbesondere mindestens 0,5 Gew.-% und höchstens 20 Gew. -%, besonders bevorzugt höchstens 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere höchstens 5 Gew.-% Platin-.
Als Platinkatalysator können beispielsweise die Platin-Olefin- Komplexe der Formeln (PtCl2 · Olef n) 2 und H(PtCl3 -Olefin) verwendet werden, wobei bevorzugt Olefine mit 2 bis 16
Kohlenstoffatotnen, wie Ethylen, Propylen, Isomere des Butens und Octens, 1-Dodecen, 6-Dodecen oder Cycloalkene mit 5 bis 7 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Cyclopenten, Cyclohexen und Cyclohepten, eingesetzt werden. Weitere Platin-Katalysatoren sind der
Platin-Cyclopropan-Komplex der Formel (PtCl2■ C3H5) 2 , die
Umsetzungsprodukte von Hexachloroplatinsäure mit Alkoholen, Ethern und Aldehyden bzw. Mischungen derselben oder das
Umsetzungsprodukt von Hexachloroplatinsäure mit
Methylvinylcyclotetrasiloxan in Gegenwart von Natriumbikarbonat in ethanolischer Lösung, fein verteiltes Platin auf
Trägermateralien wie Siliciumdioxid, Aluminiumoxid oder
aktivierter Holz- bzw. Tierkohle, Platinhalogenide wie PtCl4 ,
Hexachloroplatinsäure und Na2 tCl4 ·ηΗ20, Platin-Olefin
Komplexe, z.B. solche mit Ethylen, Propylen oder Butadien, Platin-Alkohol Komplexe, Platin-Styrol Komplexe wie in U.S. 4 394 317 beschrieben, Platin-Alkoholat Komplexe, Platin- Acetylacetonate, Reaktionsprodukte aus Chloroplatinsäure und Monoketonen, z.B. Cyclohexanon, Methylethylketon, Aceton,
Methyl-n-propylketon, Diisobutylketon, Acetophenon und
Mesityloxid, als auch Platin-Vinylsiloxan Komplexe,
insbesondere die in U.S, 3 715 334, 3 775 452 und 3 814 730 beschriebenen Platin-Vinylsiloxan Komplexe, wie Platin- divinyltetramethyldisiloxan Komplexe .
Insbesondere bevorzugt setzt man beim erfindungsgemäßen
Verfahren einen KARSTEDT-Katalysator, d. h. einen Pt(0)- Komplex, insbesondere den Platin(O)-
divinyltetramethyldisiloxan-Komplex der Formel
Pt2 [ [ (CH2=CH) (CH3) 2Si] 20] 3 ein.
Ebenfalls bevorzugt ist der Einsatz eines Platin-Olefin
Komplexes, insbesondere des Platin- (1-Dodecen) -Komplexes .
Geeigneterweise setzt man den Platinkatalysator gelöst ein: in einem weitgehend inerten, aromatischen, aliphatischen oder olefinischen Kohlenwasserstoff, vorzugsweise Xylol oder Toluol, in einem Keton, vorzugsweise Aceton, Methylethylketon oder Cyclohexanon, oder in einem Alkohol, vorzugsweise Methanol, Ethanol, n- oder i-Propanol, ein. Besonders bevorzugt ist die Lösung im komplexbildenden Ligand, wie zum Beispiel Dodecen. Dabei beträgt der Gehalt an Pt in der Lösung vorzugsweise mindestens 0,1 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 0,5 Gew.- % und höchstens 10 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt höchstens 5 Gew.-%.
Vorzugsweise werden pro Mol Pt im Platinkatalysator mindestens 1000 Mol, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 10 000 Mol,
insbesondere mindestens 15 000 Mol und höchstens 70 000 Mol, besonders bevorzugt höchstens 60 000 Mol, insbesondere
höchstens 40 000 Mol aliphatische C=C Doppelbindung der
Verbindung A eingesetzt.
Bevorzugte Polyphosphorsäuresilylester weisen die allgemeinen Formeln III , IV und V
R3 lineare, verzweigte oder cyclische Alkyl-Gruppe mit 1 bis
16 C-Atomen oder Aryl-Gruppe mit 6 bis 30 C-Atomen,
o eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 10 und
m und p eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 bedeuten.
Es können nur einer oder eine Mischung aus mehreren
Polyphosphorsäuresilylestern eingesetzt werden.
Beispiele für und bevorzugte Alkyl-Gruppen R3 und Alkyl-Gruppen R3 entsprechen den Beispielen für bevorzugten Alkyl-Gruppen R^ und Alkyl-Gruppen R2 .
Bevorzugte Werte für o sind 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 und 6.
Bevorzugte Werte für m und p sind 1, 2, 3 und 4.
Bevorzugt verwendet man beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren als Polyphosphorsäuresilylester den
Polyphosphorsäuretrimethylsilylester (PPSE) , bei dem R3 die Bedeutung CH3 hat und eine Mischung der Komponenten der
allgemeinen Formeln (III) mit o = 1 und 2, (IV) mit m = 1 und (V) mit p = 1 darstellt.
Für die Durchführung des erf ndungsgemäßen Verfahrens setzt man beispielsweise den Polyphosphorsäuresilylester zunächst der Platinkatalysatorlösung zu und gibt nachfolgend die so
erhaltene Katalysatorlösung dem Gemisch aus mindestens einer H~ Si -Gruppe enthaltene Verbindung S und mindestens einer
aliphatische C=C Doppelbindung enthaltenden Verbindung A zu. Man kann aber auch eine der beiden Eduktkomponenten oder ein Gemisch daraus vorlegen, den in einem Lösemittel gelösten
Platinkatalysator zugeben und anschließend, geeigneter Weise unter guter Durchmischung, den Polyphosphorsäuresilylester zusetzen. Ferner kann man eine der beiden Eduktkomponenten oder ein Gemisch daraus vorlegen, den Polyphosphorsäuresilylester zugeben und anschließend die Platinkatalysatorlösung in das Reaktionsgemisch einbringen. Ebenfalls ist es möglich, eine der Eduktkomponenten, vorzugsweise die H-3L -enthaltende Verbindung S, zu dosieren,
Vorzugsweise werden pro Gewichtsteil Pt im Platinkatalysator mindestens 0,001 Gewichtsteile, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 0,1 Gewichtsteile, insbesondere mindestens 1 Gewichtsteil und höchstens 1000 Gewichtsteile, besonders bevorzugt höchstens 500 Gewichtsteile, insbesondere höchstens 100 Gewichtsteile
Polyphosphorsilylester eingesetzt ,
Vorzugsweise werden pro Mol Pt im Platinkatalysator mindestens 50 Mol, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 102 Mol, insbesondere mindestens 103 Mol und höchstens 1010 Mol, besonders bevorzugt höchstens 500 Mol, insbesondere höchstens 108 Mol H-Si-Gruppe der Verbindung S eingesetzt.
Das erfindungsgeraäße Verfahren wird vorzugsweise bei einer Temperatur von mindestens 10 °C, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 20 °C, insbesondere mindestens 30 °C und höchstens 200 °C, besonders bevorzugt höchstens 180 °C, insbesondere höchstens 150 °C durchgeführt.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wird vorzugsweise bei einem Druck von mindestens 0,5 bar absolut, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 1 bar absolut und höchstens 50 bar absolut,
besonders bevorzugt höchstens 10 bar absolut, insbesondere bei dem Druck der umgebenden Atmosphäre durchgeführt .
Nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren kann man beispielsweise funktionelle Organosilane , insbesondere 3-
Chlorpropyltrichlorsilan, 3-Chlorpropyltrialkoxysilane, 3- Chlorpropyl-methyldichlorsilan sowie 3-
Chlorpropylmethyldialkoxysilane herstellen, wobei Alkoxy bevorzugt für Methoxy oder Ethoxy steht,
So setzt man nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren vorzugsweise 3 -Chlorpropen-1 mit einem Hydrogenchlorsilan der allgemeinen Formel II, insbesondere mit Trichlorsilan oder
Methyldichlorsilan, in Gegenwart eines Platinkatalysators und unter Zusatz mindestens eines Polyphosphorsäuresilylesters um, wobei der Katalysator und der Polyphosphorsäuresilylester vorzugsweise gemeinsam in einem Lösemittel vorliegend
eingesetzt werden, das Hydrosilylierungsprodukt aus dem
Reaktionsgemisch gewinnt. Vorzugsweise wird das
Hydrosilylierungsprodukt mit einem Alkohol in an sich bekannter Weise verestert, wobei ein 3-Chlorpropylalkoxysilan erhalten wird. Als Alkohol für die Veresterung des
Hydrosilylxerungsprodukts setzt man vorzugsweise Methanol, Ethanol oder 2 -Methoxyethanol ein.
Die Verwendung eines Lösungsmittels ist bevorzugt. Als
Lösungsmittel werden aprotische organische Lösungsmittel bevorzugt. Lösungsmittel oder Lösungsmittelgemische mit einem Siedepunkt bzw. Siedebereich von bis zu 120° C bei 1 bar absolut sind bevorzugt. Beispiele für solche Lösungsmittel sind Ether, wie Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran, Diethylethe , Di- isopropylether, Diethylenglycoldimethylether,* chlorierte
Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Dichlormethan, Trichlormethan,
Tetrachlormethan, 1, 2-Dichlorethan, Trichlorethylen;
Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Pentan, n-Hexan, Hexan- Isomerengemische, Heptan, Oktan, Waschbenzin, Petrolether, Benzol, Toluol, Xylole; Alkylchlorsilane und Siloxane,
insbesondere lineare Dimethylpolysiloxane mit
Trimethylsilylendgruppen mit bevorzugt 0 bis 6
Dimethylsiloxaneinheiten, oder cyclische Dimethylpolysiloxane mit bevorzugt 4 bis 7 Dimethylsiloxaneinheiten, beispielsweise Hexamethyldisiloxan, Octamethyltrisiloxan,
Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxan und Decamethylcyclopentasiloxan; Ketone, wie Aceton, Methylethylketon, Di - isopropylketon,
Methyl-isobutylketon (MIBK) ; Ester, wie Ethylacetat,
Butylacetat, Propylpropionat , Ethylbutyrat , Ethyl-isobutyrat ; Schwefelkohlenstoff und Nitrobenzol, oder Gemische dieser
Lösungsmittel .
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird das
Hydrosilylierungsprodukt als Lösungsmittel eingesetzt und insbesondere vorgelegt.
In einer bevorzugten Auaführungsform wird das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wie folgt ausgeführt:
Beispielsweise kann die aliphatische C=C Doppelbindungen enthaltende Verbindung A, z.B. Allylchlorid, in einem
Reaktionsgefäß vorgelegt werden. Anschließend wird die H-Si- Gruppe enthaltende Verbindung S, z.B. Methyldichlorsilan, zu der Verbindung A gegeben und der Reaktionsgefäß- Inhalt gut durchmischt. Es folgt die Zugabe des Platinkatalysatorsystems, das geeigneterweise separat durch Vermischen des
Platinkomplexes mit dem Polyphosphorsäuresilylester, z. B.
Polyphosphorsäuretrimethylsilylesters (PPSE) , hergestellt wurde .
Die mit Katalysator versetzte Reaktionsmischung kann dann langsam erwärmt werden, bis der Siedepunkt des Gemisches erreicht ist und Rückfluss einsetzt. Die Siedetemperatur wird durch die Art der Reaktionskomponenten (Edukte) bestimmt.
Die einsetzende Hydrosilylierungsreaktion macht sich in der Regel durch die Erhöhung der Sumpftemperatur im Reaktionsgefäß bemerkbar, weil durch die Addition Reaktionsprodukte entstehen, die wesentlich höhere Siedepunkte als die Ausgangsmaterialien besitzen. Die Umsetzung der Edukte wird im Allgemeinen durch regelmäßige Probennahme und GC-Bestimmung der Inhaltsstoffe verfolgt. Sobald keine nennenswerte Erhöhung des Gehalts des gewünschten Reaktionsprodukts im Reaktionsgemisch feststellbar ist, kann begonnen werden, die niedrig siedenden Bestandteile des Reaktionsgemischs destillativ abzutrennen, gegebenenfalls unter verminderten Druck. Anschließend kann eine
Peindestillation des Produkts durchgeführt werden, häufig wird auch hierbei unter vermindertem Druck gearbeitet . Dabei erweist es sich als vorteilhaft, dass der Polyphosphorsäuresilylester
zusammen mit dem Platinkatalysator im schwer siedenden Sumpf verbleibt .
Durch die hervorragende Wirksamkeit des erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Katalysatorsystems findet in der Regel die
Addition der H~Si-Gruppe enthaltenden Verbindung S an die aliphatische C=C Doppelbindungen enthaltende Verbindung A so schnell statt, dass Nebenreaktionen weitgehend unterdrückt werden und die Ausbeute und Reinheit an gewünschtem Produkt deutlich höher als bei Verwendung eines dem Stand der Technik entsprechenden Katalysators ist.
So kann man nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren in
vorteilhafter Weise, da einfach und wirtschaf lich,
beispielsweise 3 -Chlorpropylmethyldichlorsilan mit einer hervorragenden Ausbeute herstellen.
Das Verfahren kann diskontinuierlich oder kontinuierlich betrieben werden, wobei die kontinuierliche Betriebsweise bevorzugt ist.
Alle vorstehenden Symbole der vorstehenden Formeln weisen ihre Bedeutungen jeweils unabhängig voneinander auf. In allen
Formeln ist das Siliciumatom vierwertig.
In den folgenden Beispielen sind, falls jeweils nicht anders angegeben, alle Mengen- und Prozentangaben auf das Gewicht bezogen, alle Drücke 0,10 MPa (abs.) und alle Temperaturen 20°C. Die angegeben Selektivitäten beziehen sich auf die nachstehend dargestellten Reaktionen:
Hauptreaktion, Bildung von 3 -Chlorpropylmethyldichlorsilan (P)
HSiCl2(CH3) + H2C=CH-CH2-C1 [SiCl2 (CH3 ) ] -CH2-CH2-CH2-Cl (1)
Nebenreaktion 1, Bildung von Nebenprodukt 1 (NP1)
HSiCl2(CH3) + H2C=CH-CH2-C1 " H2C=CH-CH3 + S1CI3 (CH3) (2)
Nebenreaktion 2, Bildung von Nebenprodukt 2 (NP2)
H2C=CH-CH3 + HSiCl2(CH3) [SiCl2 (CH3) ] -CH2-CH2-CH3 (3)
Selektivität 1: molares Verhältnis des Nebenprodukt 1 zum Nebenprodukt 2 (NP1 NP2)
Selektivität 2 : molares Verhältnis des Produkts zum
Nebenprodukt 2 (P : NP2)
Erfindungsgemäßes Beispiel 1:
In einem 100 mL-Vierhalskolben mit Thermometer, Rückflusskühler (gekühlt auf -30°C) , 50 mL-Zulaufgefäß (mit Wasserkühlung) und einem 5 mL-Zulaufgefäß wird unter StickstoffÜberlagerung 18,9 g 3-Chlorpropyl-Methyl-Dichlorsilan als Lösungsmittel vorgelegt und 0,04 g Polyphosphorsäuretrimethylsilylester darin gelöst. Die Lösung wird mittels Magnetrührer und Heizpilz auf 90 °C vorgeheizt. Innerhalb von 2 Stunden werden bei dieser
Temperatur eine Lösung von 24,4 g Allylchlorid in 33,8 g
Dichlormethylsilan und eine Lösung von 0,08 g Platinkatalysator (Pt-Gehalt 4,8%) in 5 g Allylchlorid codosiert. Nach Ende der Dosierung wird noch 1 Stunde bei 90 °C nachgerührt und
anschließend auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt. Aus
Sicherheitsgründen und um eine unerwünschte Nachreaktion zu unterbinden, wird die Reaktionsmischung mit 3 mL einer 10%igen Lösung von Triphenylphosphin in Toluol desaktiviert .
Die Auswertung der Zusammensetzung erfolgt
gaschromatographisch. Für die Berechnung der Umsätze und
Selektivitäten wird das als Lösungsmittel vorgelegte 3- Chlorpropylmethyldichlorsilan berücksichtigt und rechnerisch entfernt.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Beispiele 1 bis 6 und das nicht
erfindungsgemässe Vergleichsbeispiel analog EP 1266903 Bl werden unter identischen Reaktionsbedingungen durchgeführt. D Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 zu finden:

Die Daten der Tabelle belegen, dass durch den erfindungsgemäßen Einsatz von Polyphosphorsäuresilylester die Selektivitäten
deutlich verbessert werden können, wobei der Umsatz bezogen das H-Silan beibehalten wird .
Claims
1, Verfahren zur Anlagerung einer Sxliciumverbindung S, die mindestens eine H-Si-Gruppe enthält, an eine Verbindung A, die mindestens eine aliphatische C=C Doppelbindung enthält, in Gegenwart eines Platinkatalysators und eines
Polyphosphorsäuresilylesters ,
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem Verbindung A der
allgemeinen Formel I
X- (CH2)n-C( 1) =CH2 (I) , eingesetzt wird, worin
X Wasserstoffatom, Chlor, Brom, -CN, Fluoralkylrest der
Formel CmF2m+i, Alkoxypropylether der Formel
RO" (CH2-CHR-0)y- , 2, 3-Epoxypropyl-l oder CH2=CR-COO-,
R und R1 Wasserstoffatom oder lineare oder verzweigte C^- bis C -Alkylgruppe,
y 0 oder ganzzahlige Werte von 1 bis 30
m ganzzahlige Werte von 1 bis 20 und
n die Werte 1, 2 und 3 bedeuten.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem als Verbindung S ein Hydrogensilan der allgemeinen Formel II
H4„a„bSiR2aYb (II) , eingesetzt wird, wobei 2 lineare, verzweigte oder cyclische Alkyl-Gruppe mit 1 bis
16 C-Atomen oder Aryl -Gruppe mit 6 bis 30 C-Atomen,
Y Chlor, Brom, ethoxy- oder Ethoxyrest und
a und b die Werte 0, 1, 2, oder 3 mit der Maßgabe
1 < (a + b) < 3, bedeuten,
4, Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, bei dem als
Platinkatalysator der Platin-divinyltetramethyldisiloxan- Komplex der Formel Pt2 [ [ (CH2=CH) (CH3 ) 2Si] 20] 3 eingesetzt wird.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, bei dem als
Platinkatalysator der Platin- (1-Dodecen) -Komplex eingesetzt wird .
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, bei dem der
Polyphosphorsäuresilylester eine Formel, ausgewählt aus den allgemeinen Formeln III, IV und V
R3 lineare, verzweigte oder cyclische Alkyl -Gruppe mit 1 bis
16 C-Atomen oder Aryl -Gruppe mit 6 bis 30 C-Atomen, o eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 10 und
m und p eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 bedeuten,
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, bei dem 3- Chlorpropylchlorsilane hergestellt werden.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, bei dem pro Gewichtsteil Pt im Platinkatalysator 0,1 bis 100 Gewichtsteile
Polyphosphorsilylester eingesetzt werden.
