Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Cartridgeventil (1) mit einer Metallbuchse (4), die zumindest zwei axial zueinander beabstandete Ports (B, P, A) aufweist. Koaxial zur Metallbuchse (4) ist eine Siebkartusche (17) aufgesetzt. Diese Siebkartusche (17) weist Kunststoffträgerringe (12, 13, 14, 15) und ein in diese eingebettetes Sieb (16) auf. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass die hydraulische Trennung der beiden Ports (B, P, A) voneinander mittels der Kunststoffträgerringe (12, 13, 14, 15) erfolgt.
Description
Cartridgeventil
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Cartridgeventil gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Patentanspruch 1 .
Ein solches Cartridgeventil ist bereits aus der DE 10 2007 050 447 A1 bekannt. Dieses Cartridgeventil weist eine Metallbuchse auf, innerhalb derer ein Kolben axial von einem Elektromagneten verschiebbar angeordnet ist. Dabei verteilt der Kolben Hydraulikfluid über Ablaufkanten auf mehrere axial zueinander beabstandete Ports. Diese Ports bilden einen Versorgungsanschluss P und zwei Arbeitsanschlüsse A, B und einen Tankanschluss T. Vor dem Versorgungsanschluss P ist eine
Siebkartusche koaxial auf die Buchse gesetzt. Die Siebkartusche umfasst einen Kunststoffträgerring, der ein Metallsieb trägt.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein kostengünstiges und schmutzunanfälliges
Cartridgeventil zu schaffen.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit den Merkmalen von Patentanspruch 1 gelöst.
Gemäß einem Vorteil der Erfindung ist zur Vermeidung des Schmutzeintrages eine Siebkartusche vorgesehen, die mehr als einen Port überdeckt, so dass nicht nur der Zufluss über den Versorgungsanschluss P vom Schmutzeintrag freihaltbar ist.
Zudem wird der Eintrag von grobem Schmutz auch aus einem Arbeitsanschluss A bzw. B oder dem Tankanschluss T verhindert. Dies ist insbesondere dann von Bedeutung, wenn auch Hydraulikfluid vom Arbeitsanschluss A bzw. B oder dem Tankanschluss T zurück ins Cartridgeventil fließt.
Das Cartridgeventil kann beispielsweise zur Steuerung von
Schwenkmotornockenwellenverstellern verwendet werden. Bei dieser Anwendung von Cartridgeventilen wird das Hydraulikfluid den einer Drehrichtung zugeordneten Druckkammern zugeführt und aus den der entgegengesetzten Drehrichtung zugeordneten Druckkammern abgeführt. Das abgeführte Hydraulikfluid wird dem
Tankabfluss T zugeleitet, wie dies beispielsweise in der DE 10 2008 030 058.6 dargestellt ist.
In besonders vorteilhafter Weise erfolgt die hydraulische Trennung der beiden Ports voneinander mittels des Kunststoffträgerrings, der das eigentliche Sieb trägt. Damit übernimmt der Kunststoffträgerring eine Doppelfunktion, indem er zum einen der Siebkartusche Stabilität verleiht und zum anderen die beiden Ports ausreichend gegeneinander abdichtet. Diese ausreichende Abdichtung muss nicht in der hohen Dichtwirkung liegen, die beispielsweise mit O-Ringen erreicht werden kann. So kann eine ausreichende Abdichtung in einigen Fällen schon in einer ausreichenden Drosselung des Volumenstromes liegen. Beispielsweise übliche
Nockenwellenverstellern arbeiten vielfach mit dem relativ geringen Überdruck des Motoröles, der je nach Viskosität des Motoröls bis auf unter 1 bar herunter gehen kann.
Durch diese hydraulische Trennung der beiden Ports voneinander sind
beispielsweise gegenüber dem Cartridgeventil der DE 10 2007 050 447 A1 keine Ringkanäle mehr notwendig, die ansonsten in die Metallbuchse eingedreht werden müssten. Patentanspruch 2 sieht demzufolge den Verzicht auf solche Ringkanäle mit dem entsprechenden kostenmäßigen Fertigungsvorteil vor. Um dennoch zu verhindern, dass die Siebkartusche auf dem durchgehenden Durchmesser der Buchse axial verrutschen kann, kann gemäß Patentanspruch 3 eine axiale
Abstützung vorgesehen sein, welche den Siebträger gegenüber dem
Aufnahmegehäuse für das Cartridgeventil abstützt. Ein solches Aufnahmegehäuse kann beispielsweise ein Zylinderkopf oder ein Getriebegehäuseteil sein. Die axiale Abstützung kann ein Absatz am Zylinderkopf etc. sein. Ebenso kann die axiale Abstützung eine separate Hülse oder ein hülsenartiger Fortsatz an der Siebkartusche sein. Die axiale Abstützung bildet dabei eine Verrutschsicherung.
Wenn die Siebkartusche mehrteilig oder aufklappbar ausgestaltet ist, ist es auch möglich, die Verrutschsicherung als Absatz an der Metallbuchse vorzusehen.
Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung gehen aus den weiteren Patentansprüchen, der Beschreibung und der Zeichnung hervor.
Die Erfindung ist nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen
Fig. 1 ein Cartridgeventil mit einer Siebkartusche im eingebauten Zustand und
Fig. 2 im demontierten Zustand eine zweite Ausgestaltungsform eines
Cartridgeventils mit einer Siebkartusche, die in einer Teilungsebene geteilt ist.
Fig. 1 zeigt ein Cartridgeventil 1 , welches in ein Aufnahmegehäuse 2 eingesetzt ist. Dazu weist das Aufnahmegehäuse 2 eine Bohrung 3 auf, in welche eine
Metallbuchse 4 des Cartridgeventils 1 eingesetzt ist. Das Cartridgeventil 1 weist dabei eine Längsachse 5 auf, von der sich Kanäle B, P, A radial durch das
Aufnahmegehäuse hindurch erstrecken. Diese Kanäle B, P, A folgen axial
aufeinander beabstandet in der Reihenfolge B, P, A.
Jeder dieser drei Kanäle B, P, A mündet in einem ausschließlich diesem Kanal B bzw. P bzw. A zugeordneten Ringkanal 6, 7, 8, der um die Metallbuchse 4 herum verläuft. In jeden dieser Ringkanäle 6, 7 ,8 münden wiederum am Umfang der Metallbuchse 4 verteilte Querbohrungen 9, 10, 1 1 .
Die Seitenwände der Ringkanäle 6, 7 ,8 werden von vier Kunststoffträgerringen 12, 13, 14, 15 gebildet, die axial benachbart zueinander um die Metallbuchse 4
umlaufen. Diese Kunststoffträgerringe 12, 13, 14, 15 tragen ein Sieb 16 und sind somit Teil einer Siebkartusche 17. Im axialen Bereich dieser Siebkartusche 17 weist die Metallbuchse 4 einen durchgehenden Durchmesser 18 auf. Somit ist die
Siebkartusche 17 von vorne axial auf die Metallbuchse 4 aufgeschoben.
Damit bilden sich am Cartridgeventil 1 drei axial zueinander beabstandete Ports B, P, A. Diese Ports B, P, A sind mittels der Siebkartusche 17 jeweils vor dem Eindringen von Schmutzpartikeln geschützt. Dazu deckt das in den Kunststoffträgerringen 12, 13, 14, 15 der Siebkartusche 17 eingespritzte Sieb 16 aus einem gelochten
Metallblech oder aus einem Metallmaschendraht jeden Port B, P, A ab.
Zum Aufschieben der Siebkartusche 17 auf die Metallbuchse 4 ist an der Metallbuchse 4 eine Fase 19 vorgesehen.
Um zu verhindern, das Hydraulikfluid aus der Bohrung 3 gelangen kann, ist am hinteren Ende der Metallbuchse 4 ein Dichtring 20 vorgesehen, der in eine Ringnut eingesetzt ist. Dieser Dichtring 20 ist als O-Ring ausgeführt.
Innerhalb der Metallbuchse 4 ist eine zentrale Bohrung 21 vorgesehen, innerhalb derer ein zeichnerisch nicht näher dargestellter Hohlkolben mittels eines
elektromagnetischen Stellgliedes 22 axial verschieblich angeordnet ist. Dieser Hohlkolben weist eine umlaufende Ringnut auf, mittels deren Ablaufkanten das vom Port P kommend Hydraulikfluid auf den Port A oder den Port B leitbar ist. Soll ein Port A oder B den zugehörigen Kanal A bzw. B leeren, so wird das Hydraulikfluid auf einen Tankabfluss T geleitet. Dieser Tankabfluss T führt das Hydraulikfluid axial am vorderen Ende der Metallbuchse 4 aus dieser heraus.
Die Kunststoffträgerringe 12, 13, 14, 15 weisen in axialer Richtung eine
unterschiedliche Breite auf. Die mittleren beiden Kunststoffträgerringe 13, 14 sind relativ breit, da sie den mittigen Port P von dem Port A bzw. dem Port B trennen. Diese große Breite bietet eine Dichtlänge, die bei relativ geringen Systemdrücken von beispielsweise 4 bar die Leckage ausreichend verringert.
Die Siebkartusche 17 ist an deren axialem Ende gegenüber einem
Aufnahmegehäuse 2 mittels einer Verrutschsicherung 23 axial abgestützt. Diese Verrutschsicherung 23 kann entsprechend der Zeichnung als Absatz des
Aufnahmegehäuses 2 ausgeführt sein. Wie durch die gestrichelte Linie angedeutet, kann die Verrutschsicherung aber auch als separate Hülse ausgeführt sein. Ebenso ist es möglich, die Verrutschsicherung 23 als einteilig an die Siebkartusche 17 angeformte Hülse auszuführen, welche in einem Bohrungsgrund der Bohrung 3 axial anstößt.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine alternative Ausgestaltungsform der Erfindung, bei welcher die Siebkartusche 17 aus zwei gleichartig ausgeformten Halbschalen 24, 25 besteht, so
dass die Siebkartusche 17 in einer Teilungsebene geteilt ist. Die beiden Halbschalen 24, 25 können mittels angeformten Stiften 26 und korrespondierenden Löchern zusammengesteckt werden und werden im eingebauten Zustand durch ein
Aufnahmegehäuse zusammengehalten, welches analog dem Aufnahmegehäuse 2 gemäß Fig. 1 ausgestaltet ist.
Die Kunststoffträgerringe 12, 13, 14, 15 sind mittels sich axial erstreckenden Stegen 27, 28, 29, 30 miteinander verbunden. Diese axialen Stege 27, 28, 29, 30 sind in radialer Richtung dünner als die Kunststoffträgeringe 12, 13, 14, 15, so dass das Hydraulikfluid gänzlich um die Ringnut umlaufen kann.
Werden diese axialen Stege in einer alternativen Ausgestaltung hingegen so dick gefertigt, dass es zu einer maßgeblichen Drosselung kommt, so ist entweder eine winkelgerichtete Montage und ggfs. eine Verdrehsicherung gegenüber der
Metallbuchse 4 notwendig. Oder die axialen Stege sind im Verhältnis zu den
Querbohrungen 9, 10, 1 1 in einer winkelmäßigen Teilung angeordnet, die sicherstellt, dass auch bei ungünstigster Überdeckung der abgedeckten Querbohrungen 9 bzw. 10 bzw. 1 1 ausreichend Volumenstrom durch die nicht abgedeckten Querbohrungen 9 bzw. 10 bzw. 1 1 gelangen kann.
Die gleichartige Ausgestaltung der Halbschalen 24, 25 ermöglicht eine
kostengünstige Fertigung und ein einfaches Handling bei der Montage. Da die beiden Halbschalen 24, 25 nicht ständige geöffnet und geschlossen werden, ist es aber auch möglich, den Kunststoffträgerring 12, 13, 14, 15 der beiden Halbschalen 24, 25 einteilig zu fertigen, wobei zwei axiale angrenzende Stege mittels eines sehr dünnen Scharniersteges verbunden sind. Dann ist es möglich, die Siebkartusche bei der Montage an der Metallbuchse 4 zusammen zu klappen. In diesem Fall können an der Metallbuchse auch Absätze zur Axialsicherung der Siebkartusche gegenüber der Metallbuchse 4 vorgesehen sein.
Als Verbindung der beiden Halbschalen müssen nicht in Löcher steckbare Stifte vorgesehen sein. Es ist auch möglich, an der Teilungsebene eine Rastierung
vorzusehen. Eine solche Rastierung an dem Steg auf der einen Seite ist auch kombinierbar mit einem Scharniersteg auf der anderen Seite.
Das Sieb muss nicht beim Spritzgießen des Kunststoffträgerringes als Einlegeteil eingebettet sein. Es ist beispielsweise auch möglich, das Sieb zu verkleben oder lose einzulegen. Das Sieb muss nicht einteilig sein. Es kann auch mehrteilig aus
Blechstreifen gefertigt sein. Je nach verwendetem Kunststoff und
Schmutzpartikelgröße, die zurückgehalten werden müssen, ist es auch möglich, das Sieb mit dem Kunststoffträgerring einteilig aus Kunststoff zu fertigen.
Es sind dabei auch alternative Filtergewebe möglich. Beispielsweise können
Nylongewebe oder andere Textilgewebe Anwendung finden. Im Falle eines Siebes aus Metall muss auch kein Stahl verwendet werden. Es sind auch Buntmetalle wie beispielsweise Messing oder Kupfer möglich.
Bei den beschriebenen Ausführungsformen handelt es sich nur um beispielhafte Ausgestaltungen. Eine Kombination der beschriebenen Merkmale für
unterschiedliche Ausführungsformen ist ebenfalls möglich. Weitere, insbesondere nicht beschriebene Merkmale der zur Erfindung gehörenden Vorrichtungsteile, sind den in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Geometrien der Vorrichtungsteile zu entnehmen.
Claims
1 . Cartridgeventil (1 ) mit einer Metallbuchse (4), die zumindest zwei axial zueinander beabstandete Ports (B, P, A) aufweist, wobei koaxial zur Metallbuchse (4) eine Siebkartusche (17) aufgesetzt ist, die zumindest einen Kunststoffträgerring (12, 13, 14, 15) und ein von diesem abgehendes Sieb (16) aufweist, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoffträgerring (12, 13, 14, 15) die beiden Ports (B, P, A) hydraulisch voneinander trennt.
2. Cartridgeventil nach Patentanspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallbuchse (4) axial zwischen den beiden Ports (B, A, P) einen durchgehenden Durchmesser (18) aufweist.
3. Cartridgeventil nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebkartusche (17) an deren axialem Ende gegenüber einem Aufnahmegehäuse (2) axial abgestützt ist.
4. Cartridgeventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sieb (16) in den Kunststoffträgerring (12, 13, 14, 15) eingesetzt ist.
5. Cartridgeventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoffträgerring (12, 13, 14, 15) radial innen dichtend an der Metallbuchse (4) und radial außen dichtend an einer zumindest auf einer axialen Teillänge zylindrischen Innenwand einer Aufnahme anliegt.
6. Cartridgeventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sieb (16) aus einem gelochten Metallblech besteht.
7. Cartridgeventil nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass das Sieb (16) aus einem Metallmaschendraht besteht.
8. Cartridgeventil nach einem der Patentansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sieb mit dem Kunststoffträgerring umspritzt ist.
9. Cartridgeventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebkartusche (17) mehrere axial benachbarte
Kunststoffträgerringe (12, 13, 14, 15) umfasst.
10. Cartridgeventil nach Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoffträgerringe (12, 13, 14, 15) mittels sich axial erstreckenden Stegen (27, 28, 29, 30) miteinander verbunden sind.
1 1 . Cartridgeventil nach Patentanspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest zwei Stege (27 und 29 bzw. 28 und 30) vorgesehen sind, durch die eine Teilungsebene verläuft.
12. Cartridgeventil nach Patentanspruch 1 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebkartusche (17) an der Teilungsebene zusammensteckbar und/oder rastierbar ist.
13. Cartridgeventil nach Patentanspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilungsebene durch ein Scharnier verläuft, mit welchem zwei Teile der
Siebkartusche an dem einen Steg zusammengehalten werden.
