Description

应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置
本发明涉及液晶显示设备技术领域,特指一种重量轻、成本低、结构紧凑牢固的应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置。
传统液晶显示设备中的背光源装置结构如图1所示,其由前框、中框、后框及发光板和液晶玻璃罩板组成,前框固定液晶玻璃罩板,中框固定发光板,前框、中框、后框合起来通过螺钉固定成型,传统结构存在以下不足:其一,这种结构的前框、中框、后框均由冲压和注射成型,依赖大型模具,开发费用高昂,以32“为例,整个模具成本接近 RMB200万;其二,目前液晶玻璃生产厂商没有统一的标准,即使是单一厂商玻璃的升级换代速度极快,造成模具开发后需要不断的设变以兼容玻璃的升级,修改维护传统模具的费用巨大;其三,随着液晶电视尺寸的不断扩大,结构件的厚度和材料的成本之间的矛盾愈来愈突出,增加厚度可增加机械强度,成本和重量也是大幅增加。如何改进背光源装置结构克服以上缺陷成为有待解决的技术问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的不足之处而提供的一种重量轻、成本低、结构紧凑牢固的应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置。
技术解决方案
为达到上述目的,本发明包括有:设于液晶显示设备内、由显示电路控制发光的发光板和遮照在发光板上方的液晶玻璃罩板,所述发光板和所述液晶玻璃罩板的边缘对应插设有型材框。
所述液晶玻璃罩板的各个边缘均对应插接有上型材件,每两相邻上型材件通过上连接块相互插接在一起形成上型材框;所述发光板的各个边缘均对应插接有下型材件,每两相邻下型材件通过下连接块相互插接在一起形成下型材框。
所述上型材件与上连接块通过螺钉固定,所述下型材件与下连接块通过螺钉固定。
每两上下相对应的上型材件和下型材件之间具有相互嵌合结构,装配后,相对应的上型材件和下型材件插设在一起。
所述插设在一起的上型材件和下型材件通过螺钉固定。
所述发光板对应的下型材框和所述液晶玻璃罩板对应的上型材框也为设计为同一型材框。
所述液晶显示设备为液晶显示屏或液晶电视。
所述型材框为铝型材组成。
所述型材框为四边框。
有益效果
采用上述结构后,由于可采用铝型材拼接,模具费用很低;采用型材结构可根据需要生产长短不一的产品以适应液晶玻璃的尺寸变化,几乎不会带来费用,具有极低的模具维护成本;本新型结构还克服了传统结构产品厚度和材料成本之间的矛盾,利用铝型材天然的强韧和轻巧,在保证优良的机械强度的同时还保证了低廉的成本;本新型利用铝型材的独特加工工艺,可以把传统的后框和中框合二为一,即原来的三大件前中后变为前,后两部分,结构紧凑。

本发明的最佳实施方式
现根据附图对本实用新型进行进一步详细叙述:
图1是传统背光源装置结构立体分解示意图,其由前框a、中框b、后框c及发光板10和液晶玻璃罩板20组成;
如图2本实用新型实施例中,设于液晶显示设备内、由显示电路控制发光的发光板10和遮照在发光板10上方的液晶玻璃罩板20,所述发光板10和所述液晶玻璃罩板20的边缘对应插设有型材框30。所述液晶玻璃罩板20的各个边缘均对应插接有上型材件311,每两相邻上型材件311通过上连接块312相互插接在一起形成上型材框31;所述发光板10的各个边缘均对应插接有下型材件321,每两相邻下型材件321通过下连接块322相互插接在一起形成下型材框32。所述上型材件311与上连接块312通过螺钉固定,所述下型材件321与下连接块322通过螺钉固定。
如图3和图4所示,每两上下相对应的上型材件311和下型材件321之间具有相互嵌合结构33,装配后,相对应的上型材件311和下型材件321插设在一起。所述插设在一起的上型材件311和下型材件321通过螺钉固定。所述型材框为四边框,其中的上型材件311组成的上型材框31由两根横向长型材件和两根纵向短型材件组成,而下型材件321组成的下型材框32也由两根横向长型材件和两根纵向短型材件组成。
本发明的实施方式
另外,也可根据实际需要将所述发光板10对应的下型材框31和所述液晶玻璃罩板20对应的上型材框32设计为同一型材框30。
上述所述液晶显示设备可为液晶显示屏或液晶电视。其中的所述型材框30为铝型材组成。
工业实用性
采用上述结构后,由于可采用铝型材拼接,模具费用很低;采用型材结构可根据需要生产长短不一的产品以适应液晶玻璃的尺寸变化,几乎不会带来费用,具有极低的模具维护成本;本发明结构还克服了传统结构产品厚度和材料成本之间的矛盾,利用铝型材天然的强韧和轻巧,在保证优良的机械强度的同时还保证了低廉的成本;本发明利用铝型材的独特加工工艺,可以把传统的后框和中框合二为一,即原来的三大件前,中,后,变为前,后两部分,结构紧凑。

Claims (9)

  1. 应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置,包括有:设于液晶显示设备内、由显示电路控制发光的发光板和遮照在发光板上方的液晶玻璃罩板,其特征在于,所述发光板和所述液晶玻璃罩板的边缘对应插设有型材框。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置,其特征在于:所述液晶玻璃罩板的各个边缘均对应插接有上型材件,每两相邻上型材件通过上连接块相互插接在一起形成上型材框;所述发光板的各个边缘均对应插接有下型材件,每两相邻下型材件通过下连接块相互插接在一起形成下型材框。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置,其特征在于:所述上型材件与上连接块通过螺钉固定,所述下型材件与下连接块通过螺钉固定。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置,其特征在于:每两上下相对应的上型材件和下型材件之间具有相互嵌合结构,装配后,相对应的上型材件和下型材件插设在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置,其特征在于:所述插设在一起的上型材件和下型材件通过螺钉固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置,其特征在于:所述发光板对应的下型材框和所述液晶玻璃罩板对应的上型材框为同一型材框。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置,其特征在于:所述液晶显示设备为液晶显示屏或液晶电视。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3或5或6或7所述的应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置,其特征在于:所述型材框为铝型材组成。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或5或6或7所述的应用于液晶显示设备中的新型背光源装置,其特征在于:所述型材框为四边框。
