Abstract

본 발명은 한계하중을 증가시킬 수 있도록 구조가 개선된 캠 종동자를 개시한다. 상기 캠 종동자는 액체 윤활제를 매개로 하여 캠과 상대운동을 하는 캠 종동자로서, 상기 캠과 접하는 상기 캠 종동자(10)의 접촉면(11)에는 복수의 홈(11a)이 제공되며, 상기 접촉면(11)의 복수의 홈(11a)의 깊이(d,40)는 0.005~0.03mm인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 캠과 접하는 캠 종동자의 접촉면에 복수의 홈을 제공하여, 액체 윤활제를 매개로 하여 서로 상대운동을 하는 캠과 캠 종동자 간의 윤활상태를 개선시키고 그들의 경계면에서 발생하는 열과 마모를 저감시킬 수 있게 한다.
