Abstract

Um bei der Strukturierung von den Gleitlagerflächen (1 ) einer Kurbelwelle durch gezielt eingebrachte, mikroskopisch kleine Vertiefungen (27) mit geringem Aufwand eine hohe Reduzierung der Reibung im Einsatz der Kurbelwelle zu erzielen, wird vorgeschlagen, bei Mittellagern und den Hublagern gezielt nur die stark belasteten Bereiche der Lagerfläche, sowohl in Umfangsrichtung als auch in axialer Richtung, zu strukturieren, da bereits dies angesichts des nur wenige μm großen Arbeitsspaltes zum Werkzeug schwierig zu erreichen ist.
