大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置 技术领域
本发明主要涉及到医疗器械的生产设备领域,特指一种大输液软袋生产线用口管焊 背景技术
目前, 在大输液软袋生产线中, 参见图 1和图 2, 当使用船型的口管 1结构时, 均 需对船型的口管 1与膜 6进行焊合, 以完成制袋过程。船型的口管 1与膜 6的焊合分为 热焊合与冷焊成型两个步骤, 在现有的口管焊合技术中, 无论是热焊还是冷焊成型, 均 没有对口管 1进行准确定位的装置。 由于口管夹具 7的位置存在较大误差, 在口管 1没 有进行准确定位的情况下, 容易造成焊合不牢固、 虚焊、 过焊等众多问题, 使得制袋合 格率下降。 本发明要解决的技术问题就在于: 针对现有技术存在的技术问题, 本发明提供一种 结构简单紧凑、 制作简单、 操作简便、 能够提高焊合质量、 进而提高制袋合格率的大输 液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,包括呈对称状布置的第一焊合模具和第二 焊合模具, 其特征在于: 所述第一焊合模具上设有用来对口管进行定位的第一定位叉。
作为本发明的进一步改进:
所述第二焊合模具上与第一定位叉对应的位置处设有第二定位叉。这样第一定位叉 和第二定位叉可单独使用, 也可同时使用, 即在实施过程中可只有一个定位叉, 或同时 包含两个定位叉。
所述第一定位叉与第一焊合模具一体成型,或第一定位叉通过螺栓与第一焊合模具 相连。
所述第二定位叉与第二悍合模具一体成型,或第二定位叉通过螺栓与第二焊合模具 相连。
所述第一焊合模具固定于模具上安装板上,所述第二焊合模具固定于模具下安装板 上, 所述第二焊合模具固定于模具下安装板上, 所述第一焊合模具与模具上安装板之间 以及所述第二焊合模具与模具下安装板之间均设有隔热板。
所述第一定位叉和第二定位叉上均设有与口管相适应的定位圆弧。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点就在于: 本发明的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装 置, 结构简单紧凑、 制作简单、 操作简便, 通过相对设置于焊合模具上的定位叉, 在焊 合时对口管进行精确定位, 使口管始终处于最佳焊合位置处, 从而提高焊合质量, 最终 提高制袋合格率。

以下将结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图 3、 图 4、 图 5和图 6所示, 本发明的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置, 包 括呈对称状布置的第一焊合模具 2和第二焊合模具 11,第一焊合模具 2上设有第一定位 叉 8, 第二焊合模具 11上与第一定位叉 8对应的位置处设有第二定位叉 9, 第一定位叉 8和第二定位叉 9用来对口管 1进行定位, 保证其处于最佳的焊合位置。 参见图 7和图 8所示, 第一定位叉 8与第一焊合模具 2一体成型, 第二定位叉 9与第二焊合模具 11 一体成型; 或者, 参见图 9和图 10所示, 第一定位叉 8通过螺栓与第一焊合模具 2相 连, 第二定位叉 9通过螺栓与第二焊合模具 11相连。 本实施例中, 第一焊合模具 2固 定于模具上安装板 4上, 第二焊合模具 11固定于模具下安装板 5上, 第一焊合模具 2 与模具上安装板 4之间以及所述第二焊合模具 11与模具下安装板 5之间均设有隔热板 3。 第一定位叉 8和第二定位叉 9上均设有与口管 1相适应的的定位圆弧 10, 让定位叉 能够更好地与口管 1配合。 参见图 5和图 6, 当口管 1和膜 6输送至焊合位置时, 第一 焊合模具 2、第二焊合模具 11在现有动力带动下进行合模, 固定在模具上的第一定位叉 8和第二定位叉 9也同步靠拢,一直到定位圆弧 10与口管 1的圆柱面吻合,最终将口管 1进行准确定位。

3、 根据权利要求 2所述的大输液软袋生产线用口管悍合装置, 其特征在于: 所述 第二定位叉(9) 与第二焊合模具 (11 )一体成型, 或第二定位叉 (9) 通过螺栓与第二 焊合模具 (11 ) 相连。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置, 其特征在 于: 所述第一定位叉 (8 ) 与第一焊合模具 (2) —体成型, 或第一定位叉 (8 ) 通过螺 栓与第一焊合模具 (2) 相连。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置, 其特征在 于: 所述第一焊合模具 (2) 固定于模具上安装板 (4) 上, 所述第二焊合模具 (11 ) 固 定于模具下安装板 (5 ) 上, 所述第一焊合模具 (2) 与模具上安装板 (4) 之间以及所 述第二焊合模具 (11 ) 与模具下安装板 (5) 之间均设有隔热板 (3)。
