Abstract

本发明公开了一种大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,包括呈对称状布置的第一焊合模具和第二焊合模具,所述第一焊合模具上设有用来对口管进行定位的第一定位叉。本发明是一种结构简单紧凑、制作简单、操作简便、能够提高焊合质量、进而提高制袋合格率的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置。

大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置
技术领域
本发明主要涉及到医疗器械的生产设备领域,特指一种大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置。 
背景技术
目前,在大输液软袋生产线中,参见图1和图2,当使用船型的口管1结构时,均需对船型的口管1与膜6进行焊合,以完成制袋过程。船型的口管1与膜6的焊合分为热焊合与冷焊成型两个步骤,在现有的口管焊合技术中,无论是热焊还是冷焊成型,均没有对口管1进行准确定位的装置。由于口管夹具7的位置存在较大误差,在口管1没有进行准确定位的情况下,容易造成焊合不牢固、虚焊、过焊等众多问题,使得制袋合格率下降。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就在于:针对现有技术存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种结构简单紧凑、制作简单、操作简便、能够提高焊合质量、进而提高制袋合格率的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案。 
一种大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,包括呈对称状布置的第一焊合模具和第二焊合模具,其特征在于:所述第一焊合模具上设有用来对口管进行定位的第一定位叉。 
作为本发明的进一步改进: 
所述第二焊合模具上与第一定位叉对应的位置处设有第二定位叉。这样第一定位叉和第二定位叉可单独使用,也可同时使用,即在实施过程中可只有一个定位叉,或同时包含两个定位叉。 
所述第一定位叉与第一焊合模具一体成型,或第一定位叉通过螺栓与第一焊合模具相连。 
所述第二定位叉与第二焊合模具一体成型,或第二定位叉通过螺栓与第二焊合模具相连。 
所述第一焊合模具固定于模具上安装板上,所述第二焊合模具固定于模具下安装板上,所述第一焊合模具与模具上安装板之间以及所述第二焊合模具与模具下安装板之间均设有隔热板。 
所述第一定位叉和第二定位叉上均设有与口管相适应的定位圆弧。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点就在于:本发明的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,结构简单紧凑、制作简单、操作简便,通过相对设置于焊合模具上的定位叉,在焊合时对口管进行精确定位,使口管始终处于最佳焊合位置处,从而提高焊合质量,最终提高制袋合格率。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。 
如图3、图4、图5和图6所示,本发明的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,包括呈对称状布置的第一焊合模具2和第二焊合模具11,第一焊合模具2上设有第一定位叉8,第二焊合模具11上与第一定位叉8对应的位置处设有第二定位叉9,第一定位叉8和第二定位叉9用来对口管1进行定位,保证其处于最佳的焊合位置。参见图7和图8所示,第一定位叉8与第一焊合模具2一体成型,第二定位叉9与第二焊合模具11一体成型;或者,参见图9和图10所示,第一定位叉8通过螺栓与第一焊合模具2相连,第二定位叉9通过螺栓与第二焊合模具11相连。本实施例中,第一焊合模具2固定于模具上安装板4上,第二焊合模具11固定于模具下安装板5上,第一焊合模具2与模具上安装板4之间以及所述第二焊合模具11与模具下安装板5之间均设有隔热板3。第一定位叉8和第二定位叉9上均设有与口管1相适应的的定位圆弧10,让定位叉能够更好地与口管1配合。参见图5和图6,当口管1和膜6输送至焊合位置时,第一焊合模具2、第二焊合模具11在现有动力带动下进行合模,固定在模具上的第一定位叉8和第二定位叉9也同步靠拢,一直到定位圆弧10与口管1的圆柱面吻合,最终将口管1进行准确定位。

Claims (8)

1.一种大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,包括呈对称状布置的第一焊合模具(2)和第二焊合模具(11),其特征在于:所述第一焊合模具(2)上设有用来对口管(1)进行定位的第一定位叉(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,其特征在于:所述第二焊合模具(11)上与第一定位叉(8)对应的位置处设有第二定位叉(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,其特征在于:所述第二定位叉(9)与第二焊合模具(11)一体成型,或第二定位叉(9)通过螺栓与第二焊合模具(11)相连。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,其特征在于:所述第一定位叉(8)与第一焊合模具(2)一体成型,或第一定位叉(8)通过螺栓与第一焊合模具(2)相连。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,其特征在于:所述第一焊合模具(2)固定于模具上安装板(4)上,所述第二焊合模具(11)固定于模具下安装板(5)上,所述第一焊合模具(2)与模具上安装板(4)之间以及所述第二焊合模具(11)与模具下安装板(5)之间均设有隔热板(3)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,其特征在于:所述第一焊合模具(2)固定于模具上安装板(4)上,所述第二焊合模具(11)固定于模具下安装板(5)上,所述第一焊合模具(2)与模具上安装板(4)之间以及所述第二焊合模具(11)与模具下安装板(5)之间均设有隔热板(3)。
7.根据权利要求2或3所述的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,其特征在于:所述第一定位叉(8)和第二定位叉(9)上均设有与口管(1)对应的定位圆弧(10)。
8.根据权利要求5所述的大输液软袋生产线用口管焊合装置,其特征在于:所述第一定位叉(8)和第二定位叉(9)上均设有与口管(1)相适应的定位圆弧(10)。
