背景技术
脚底皮肤因为长期走路的磨擦和压力, 容易形成死皮厚茧; 手部皮肤也 容易因为工作磨擦而容易形成较厚角质。 业界一般用于手脚皮肤去除死皮厚 茧的产品以去茧液及去角质足膜为主。 皮肤的死皮角质主要是由角蛋白质所 构成, 角蛋白质不溶于水, 也不溶于油, 但是可被强碱、 强酸或蛋白质分解 酶所分解。 因此, 业界的去茧液或去角质足膜液, 多以强碱如氢氧化钠, 俗 称苛性钠的溶液制成; 或以含高浓度的氢氧基酸, 俗称果酸的溶液制成。
无论用强碱或高浓度的氢氧基酸, 对皮肤都会有某种程度的刺激和敏感 作用, 有人使用强碱去茧液或高浓度果酸的足膜造成皮肤敏感、 红肿、 受伤。 因此, 一种有效的去死皮、 角质又低刺激的安全产品为有死皮厚茧的困扰者 所需要, 也是此领域的技术人员所欲解决的问题。
用于手脚皮肤去除死皮厚茧、 角质的产品, 除了在组成份上有强碱或果 酸性之外,使用方式也不同,有些去茧液是直接涂抹在有死皮或厚茧部位 3~5 分钟后, 再用去角质磨砂棒将软化的死皮角质搓磨去除; 有些去角质足膜则 是制成套袋状, 其内装有强碱的去茧液或高浓度果酸溶液的去角质液, 包覆 50~120分钟后, 再以清水清洗皮肤, 5~7天后, 死皮、 角质会逐渐剥落。 由 于人们走路习惯不同, 与地接触时所摩擦的部位也不同, 故脚底所生成的死 皮角质的部位与厚度也不尽相同。 因此, 全脚包覆式的套袋式足膜无法针对 特定较厚的死皮厚茧加以去除; 而涂抹式的去茧液产品, 虽可针对特定部位 涂抹处理, 但是其涂抹的去茧液容易因为暴露在空气中而挥发流失, 降低其 有效成份。 另外, 一般的去茧液可分解软化死皮角质, 却无法让死皮角质自 然脱落, 必须利用去角质磨砂棒等器械来搓除软化分解的死皮角质, 不但麻 烦, 倘若用力不当, 还会使皮肤受伤。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的上述不足, 本发明提供了一种手脚去死皮角质的有机酸 组合物及含有该组合物的膜片。
本发明首先提供了一种手脚去死皮角质的有机酸组合物, 包含有, 以有 机酸组合物总重的重量百分比计, (1)有机酸及其盐类, 3~30% , 且所述有机 酸与其盐类形成 pH = 1.5~4.5 的缓冲液; (2)蛋白质分解酶, 0.5~20%; 及 (3) 皮肤舒缓剂, 0.2~10%。
本发明还提供了上述手脚去死皮角质的有机酸组合物的优选技术方案: 所述有机酸组合物还包含有粘稠剂和 /或保湿剂;
所述粘稠剂为天然黄原胶、 羟乙基纤维素或羧甲基纤维素;
所述保湿剂为丙三醇、 丙二醇、 丁二醇、 己六醇或胺基酸类;
以有机酸组合物总重的重量百分比计, 所述粘稠剂 0.5~6% , 保湿剂 3~25%。
所述有机酸至少包含有乙酸、 羟乙酸、 乳酸、 苹果酸、 酒石酸、 柠檬酸、 醋酸、 竹醋液、 水杨酸中的一种, 且与其盐类形成 pH = 2.5~3.5 的缓冲液, 其盐类优选为其钠盐;
所述蛋白质分解酶至少包含有木瓜酶、 菠萝酶、 牛奶发酵滤液中的一种; 所述皮肤舒缓剂为植物提取物, 至少从金盏花、 白花春黄菊花、 欧洲椴 花、 矢车菊花、 母菊花、 贯叶连翘、 柳皮、 银杏叶中的一种提取。
本发明还进一步提供了包含有上述手脚去死皮角质的有机酸组合物的膜 片, 该膜片具有吸附层和隔离层, 吸附层吸附有有机酸组合物。 本发明还提供了上述膜片的优选技术方案:

以下实施例仅用于说明本发明, 而不限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明提供的有机酸组合物, 有别于一般巿售碱性去茧液或是酸性足膜 液, 本发明釆用复合式死皮、 角质分解技术, 其主要特征为: 含有 (1)适量的 有机酸及其盐类形成缓冲溶液; (2)蛋白质分解酶; (3)皮肤舒缓剂; (4)具有增 稠及粘着作用的粘稠剂; (5)保湿剂; 和 (6)溶剂;
一、 对本发明提供的有机酸组合物的说明
下述含量均为重量百分比, 以有机酸组合物总重为基准。
(1) . 有机酸及其盐类形成的缓冲溶液(如有机酸与其钠盐或钾盐形成的 缓冲溶液): 本发明所用的有机酸分子量较小, 经稀释后, 对皮肤无刺激、 无 毒害作用, 尤其是含有羟基的小分子有机酸的水溶液对皮肤的刺激、 毒害作 用更小。 含羟基的小分子有机酸包括羟基乙酸(俗名甘醇酸)、 羟基丙酸(俗 名乳酸)、 苹果酸、 柠檬酸及水杨酸等有机酸与其盐类的水溶液, 可形成各种 不同酸碱值的缓冲溶液 (buffer solution)。 部份中和的有机酸缓冲溶液, 可稳定 溶液的酸碱值, 对皮肤的刺激性也比未经缓冲的游离酸温和。 但是, 人类皮 肤的酸碱值为 3.5至 6.0, 有机酸的酸碱值必须低于皮肤的酸碱值, 才具有帮 助分解皮肤死皮、 角质的作用。 因此, 本发明提供的有机酸及其盐类的缓冲 液必须在 pH值 1.5至 4.5才具有较好的去死皮、 角质的作用, 较好的情况是 2.5至 3.5 , 有机酸的含量为 3%至 30%较佳。
(2) . 蛋白质分解酶: 本发明所用的蛋白质分解酶可来自水果的酶, 如木 瓜酶、 菠萝酶或牛奶发酵液中的蛋白质分解酶, 蛋白质分解酶可帮助分解死 皮、 角质蛋白, 也可以缓和有机酸对皮肤的刺激性, 本发明所含的蛋白质分 解酶为 0.5%至 20% (重量百分比, 以有机酸组合物总重为基准 )。
(3) . 粘稠剂: 本发明所用的粘稠剂可为天然的黄原胶或纤维素胶类; 纤 维素胶类可为羟乙基纤维素或羧甲基纤维素, 本发明所含的粘稠剂的量为 0.5%至 6%。
(4) . 溶剂: 本发明所用的溶剂包括水、 乙醇、 甘油等溶剂, 用于溶解有 机酸及粘稠剂, 其含量为 10%至 60%。
(5) . 保湿剂: 本发明所用的保湿剂可为丙三醇 (甘油)、 丙二醇、 丁二醇、 己六醇等多元醇类保湿剂, 也可为胺基酸类保湿剂, 保湿剂可以维持有机酸 及其盐类缓冲液的水份, 防止水份散失, 以维持缓冲液的浓度, 该保湿剂的 含量为 3%至 25%。
(6). 皮肤舒缓剂: 本发明进一步含有皮肤舒缓剂, 可为植物提取液, 如 芦荟提取液、 金盏提取液、 洋甘菊花提取液、 矢车菊花提取液、 白花春黄菊 花提取液、 欧洲椴花提取液、 母菊花提取液、 贯叶连翘提取液、 柳皮提取液 或银杏叶提取液等植物萃取液, 该皮肤舒缓剂的含量为 0.2%至 15%。
二、 本发明提供的膜片
请参阅图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5 , 图中, 手脚去死皮、 角质的有机 酸组合物 2及含有该有机酸组合物的膜片 1 , 该膜片 1具有吸附层 3以及隔 离层 4。 其中, 吸附层 3的材质可为不织布、 无尘纸或一般棉布, 以吸收或 释放其上的有机酸组合物。 隔离层 4具有防水、 不透气的功能, 与吸附层 3 相贴合, 位于有机酸组合物的另一侧, 其材质可为聚乙烯、 聚丙烯等高分子 聚合物的薄层。 该隔离层 4能有效地隔离空气, 避免有机酸组合物挥发, 提 高该有机酸组合物的利用率。
使用此手脚去死皮及去角质的有机酸组合物及含有该有机酸组合物的膜 片 1时, 每次约 45~60分钟, 然后用温水洗净, 并用干布擦干, 皮肤死皮、 角质将在 5~10天内自行脱落; 由新的化学配方组成的有机酸组合物 2, 达到 了较佳的去死皮及去角质的效果, 同时具有舒缓、 滋润及保湿的作用。 本发 明提供的膜片 1除了为原来包覆式手足膜之外, 也可为剪裁式, 使用时, 不 必将全脚掌包覆于膜片内, 可剪裁适当大小的膜片 1 , 贴在欲去死皮及去角 质的部位即可。 因角质生成的部位因人而异, 如运动员因短跑加速、 减速常 常会摩擦到脚后跟及脚掌; 女性穿高跟鞋时, 会摩擦到前脚掌, 故其角质产 生的部位及厚度皆不尽相同。 本发明可针对需要去死皮、 角质的部位, 剪裁 出不同形状的膜片 1 , 如用于后脚跟、 脚底板、 指头的膜片, 可有效地针对 目标部位进行去死皮、 角质, 不会伤害到不必要的皮肤组织。
三、 本发明提供的有机酸组合物及含有该组合物膜片的安全性:
2009年 8月 10日, 在嘉南药理科技大学, 选了 12名受测者, 进行人体 皮肤的刺激性实验, 实验结果证明: 本发明提供的手脚去死皮、 角质的有机 酸组合物及含有该组合物的膜片于皮肤、 足部皆无红斑、 红疹、 搔痒、 红肿、 疼痛等刺激性反应。
本测试试验所用的有机酸组合物釆用三种配比方式分别进行试验。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种手脚去死皮角质的有机酸组合物, 包含有, 以有机酸组合物总重 的重量百分比计, (1)有机酸及其盐类, 3~30%; (2)蛋白质分解酶, 0.5~20%; 及 (3)皮肤舒缓剂, 0.2~10%; 其特征在于: 所述有机酸与其盐类形成 pH = 1.5-4.5的缓冲液。
2. 如权利要求 1所述手脚去死皮角质的有机酸组合物, 其特征在于: 所 述有机酸组合物还包含有粘稠剂和 /或保湿剂。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的手脚去死皮角质的有机酸组合物, 其特征在于: 所述粘稠剂为天然黄原胶、 羟乙基纤维素或羧甲基纤维素, 所述保湿剂为丙 三醇、 丙二醇、 丁二醇、 己六醇或胺基酸类; 以有机酸组合物总重的重量百 分比计, 粘稠剂 0.5~6% , 保湿剂 3~25%。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的手脚去死皮角质的有机酸组合物, 其特征在于: 所述有机酸至少包含有乙酸、 羟基乙酸、 乳酸、 苹果酸、 酒石酸、 柠檬酸、 醋酸、 竹醋液或水杨酸中的一种, 且与其盐类形成 pH = 2.5~3.5的缓冲液。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的手脚去死皮角质的有机酸组合物, 其特征在于: 所述蛋白质分解酶至少包含有木瓜酶、 菠萝酶或牛奶发酵液中的蛋白质分解 酶中的一种。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的手脚去死皮角质的有机酸组合物, 其特征在于: 所述皮肤舒缓剂为植物提取物, 至少从芦荟、 洋甘菊花、 金盏、 白花春黄菊 花、 欧洲椴花、 矢车菊花、 母菊花、 贯叶连翘、 柳皮或银杏叶中的一种提取。
7. 包含权利要求 1 ~6 任一项所述的手脚去死皮角质的有机酸组合物的 膜片, 其特征在于: 所述膜片具有吸附层和隔离层, 吸附层吸附有机酸组合
8. 如权利要求 7所述的膜片,其特征在于:所述吸附层的材质为不织布、 无尘纸或棉布, 以吸收或释放所述有机酸组合物。
9. 如权利要求 7所述的膜片, 其特征在于: 隔离层与吸附层之间为有机 酸组合物, 隔离层与吸附层通过有机酸组合物相贴合。
10.如权利要求 7所述的膜片,其特征在于:所述隔离层的材质为聚乙烯、 聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯。
