现有的别墅、 楼房的结构为砖混结构或水泥框架结构, 以砖或水泥加砖作为承重墙, 内 墙再加壁纸或瓷砖装修。 这种结构最大缺点是野外施工时间长, 来往运输的时间长, 施工效 率低。 因是高层立体操作, 施工操作架的搭建与撤除, 浪费很多时间, 而且因上料、 接料需 要很多人工和机械, 建筑工期很长。 以上这些原因给建房造价增加了很多成本费用。 发明内容
为解决上述问题, 本发明提供一种施工效率高、 使用时建筑周期短、 造价低的快装房屋 模块和快装房屋。
本发明快装房屋模块, 其中: 第一钢管围合成矩形框, 第二钢管连接在所述矩形框的上 下边框之间, 第一镀锌铁板固定在所述矩形框的前侧, 第二镀锌铁板固定在所述矩形框的后 侧, 所述第一镀锌铁板和所述第二镀锌铁板之间填充有保温材料。
本发明快装房屋模块, 其中: 所述第一镀锌铁板的前侧还固定有木质地板或瓷砖。 本发明快装房屋模块, 其中: 第三钢管连接在所述第二钢管之间。
本发明快装房屋模块, 其中: 若干相邻的两个所述第二钢管之间设有窗口。
本发明快装房屋模块, 其中: 所述快装房屋模块中设有电气管道, 所述第一镀锌铁板的 前侧还固定有瓷砖或装饰板或墙纸。
本发明快装房屋模块, 其中: 所述第一钢管、 所述第二钢管、 所述第三钢管中设有钢筋 和水泥, 所述保温材料为聚苯板、 聚苯发泡、 珍珠岩之一。

2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的快装房屋模块, 其特征在于: 所述第一镀锌铁板 (4) 的 前侧还固定有木质地板 (7) 或瓷砖。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的快装房屋模块, 其特征在于: 若干第三钢管 (8) 连接在 所述第二钢管 (2) 之间。

7. 一种快装房屋, 包括地板和墙板, 其特征在于: 所述地板由若干权利要求 2所述 的快装房屋模块通过连接件连接而成, 所述墙板由若干权利要求 5所述的快装房屋模块通过 连接件连接而成, 快装房屋模块上的所述第一钢管、 所述第二钢管 (2) 中浇注有水泥。
8. 一种快装房屋, 包括混凝土框架 (12) 和固定在所述混凝土框架 (12) 上的地板 和墙板, 其特征在于: 所述地板为权利要求 2所述的快装房屋模块, 所述墙板为权利要求 5 所述的快装房屋模块。
